Chapter 1:Ariana

I walked down stairs heading to the kitchen to start with breakfast, even though I was the beta's daughter I  was treated worse than a servant.

"Hurry up! You know that they will beat you to a pulp if they walk down to see that breakfast isn't ready."

"Sorry Casey! Come in let us do it quickly." I replied and together we made our way to the kitchen to start with breakfast.

"You know this is the week when Hunter finds his mate."

"Yeah what about it."

"Are you not curious to know who the lucky girl is."

"Not really."

"To think of it this week is your 18th birth day too, so are you excited to find you mate."

"Yeah, I just hope that be can get me out of this shit called life."

"What if you are Hunter' s mate?"

"Casey don't joke like that if Hunter happenes to be my mate then I am doomed, he won't take from this hellhole cause he joins when they a beating me."

"Please let's drop this topic."

"okay but you guys even share a birthday."

"Which his is celebrated and mine isn't."

Casey decided to drop the topic as she could see that is was started to annoy me. I didn't want to think about Hunter being my mate, even though I had a crush on him before, but that was before he also started to abuse. I was the punching bag of the whole pack, everyone just took out their frustration on me.

At least they didn't sexually abuse me otherwise that would have broken me completely. My body was filled with scars that it would take a miracle to them to disappear.

"You know Ari I am happy to find our mate this week." My wolf said which brought a smile to my face cause I know that we both want find our mate.

"Yeah me too I just the he is going to love me for who I am."

"I'm sure he will, you are really a good person."

"Thanks you know that I  love you Rose."

I said to her before placing the last wish on the table and just in time as everyone started to come downstairs. I saw my mom and dad take their place next to the Alpha and the Luna since my dad was the beta and my mom was the beta female.

"Looks the good for nothing knows how to cook."

Mom said as they started eating. My feeling got hurt at the words, but you would that o would have learned to ignore her words since it's what she says every day.

"Indeed Rebecca at least she is good at one thing." The Luna said yo my mom and they both laughed.

"You dismissed!" The Alpha said and I bowed before leaving and went to my room to get ready for school.

It's not like I hate school I just hate the things that happens at school, the other teenagers bully me there for being a nerd. I mean how is it my fault that I a a straight A student, it just comes naturally.

I never have time to study back at the packhouse because it's either I am working around the house or cleaning  my wounds, but I always managed to pass with straight As. The teenagers in the pack are jealous because even if they study they still always get Cs in their tests.

That was another reason to me getting beaten every time I scored high, they would whip me saying that I am trying to act to smart. I saw the saw come in view and felt a shiver running down my body. I was not ready cause I know that today is the would reveal the test score and if I was on top then I knew that they won't wait until we reach him before beating me black and blue.

"Ariana don't you know that you have to hurry up and carry my books." I heard my sister Ava say.

My sister was drop dead gorgeous, she had blond hair with grey eyes, and full lips, she also had a great body she got her looks from mom except the eyes she got it from my dad. While me, I had strawberry blond which I inherited from my grandmother and bright green eyes. So with her looking that beautiful it got to her head and she started treating me as of I am her maid.

My brother was also the same the only person who always stood by me was Casey and of course my wolf if she were to leave then I would be alone. Bradley was not any better he made his everyday punching bag.

I walked to her and tool the bag since I don't want to land myself in more trouble. I watch her as shears out with Hunter, did I mention that they were dating. They have sex so many times in a day before you could even count to five.

We all went into the class with trailing behind the popular. Why am not popular like them if I am related then it's simple mom and dad didn't want to have more kids so I was the mistake. They did try to abort me but it resulted in mother being sick, do it didn't work and ever since I could learn to walk I was beaten for tiny things. I was not allowed to go the amusement park like the rest of them, I was not allowed in the family pictures. I was not even allowed to cry. What a sad life I have.

The teacher walked in with an envelope and I started to sweat. She looked at me and smiled, she was one of my favourite teacher she always encouraged me to do well in my studies. I passed a nervourse smile cause I knew with the knees she was going to announce I am going to be beaten straight after class.

"I'm happy to announce that you all did well but Ariana your marks are outstanding A+ as always."

I sighed and lowered my head down. I said a silent prayer do heavens to save after this. Finally the bell rang and I could feel my heart jumping out of my chest and into my throat.

The teacher left and I looked to see them waiting outside, the moment I was close to the door I felt someone pull my arm and dragged me to the janitor's closet. Aha shoved me and I fell to the floor, they all started to kick me and I had to use my hands to cover my face. They left me after they were done.

"Now isn't this a good look for."

"Yeah once pathetic always pathetic."

They left me as I winced in pain. "

"Rose cam you help me." "Sure let's get you healed."

My wold said and healed me but it wasn't much help, it's just that now I can move a little. It wasn't my wolf's fault since I was forbidden to shift, she wasn't that strong to heal me completely.
