Avana!" A thick voice called softly, moving closer to the tiny and famished little werewolf, trembling in the mud, a mighty rain had begun and ended on her head from seeking refuge from the wood. Avana took a slow turn at the old omega, whose eyes were full of tears. The sight of the old wolf gave her a form of energy. When everyone else turned against her, the omega was always there to strengthen her.

"Luna Kally called for you," the old omega said, nudging Avana's fur softly with his battered claw.

Avana's eyes turned bitter at the mention of the Luna. She howled and sluggishly stepped away from the old wolf, galloping down into the mansion, making sure she transformed into a human before entering.

Luna Kally was rumored to be an ugly wolf, but ever since she mated with the Alpha Zik,Avana father,who was never aware of his daughter existence, she found her strength to transform fully into a human, and shockingly, a very beautiful one at that. She had since then ordered all the other wolves to be in their human form before entering the mansion.

Avana walked down the lane from the mansion gate, her fur still visible on her cheeks. That had been the case with her,she had never been strong enough to transform fully, and without full strength, she was going to struggle to turn back. But thanks to her gift, she was the only young wolf who could transform without the full moon.

"You cursed creature," the Luna's best maid yelled, running towards Avana and pulling her by her hair. Avana was silent; she had undoubtedly seen something worse. The maid threw her against the lobby wall, her weak body trembled, trying hard to regain balance.

Avana stood up quickly, bowing her head slightly. The pain in her heart wasn't one to come as tears, she couldn't even force herself to cry again. Her heart was full and heavy from the continuous assault from the whole pack. Her stomach growled loudly from being beaten and the all too familiar hunger that seemed to weaken her soul.

"Get the Luna her favorite tonic from the wood, and better be fast about it. After that, wash all the dresses the Luna and I wore," the maid stated, her stares condemning the poor girl.

Avana sprang into action as the maid and her condemning stares left. She hurriedly left the mansion into the woods. Something she enjoyed doing most was getting herbs in the woods; she loved the feeling of freedom, the feeling away from the tormenting hell called the mansion. Her fur had started spreading across her neck; she howled loudly as she forced the little strength in her to transform back into a wolf.

She looked so tiny as a wolf than as a human, with her little energy gone, she loped around the forest slowly, hoping to catch an unlucky game. Fortunately, a bird came flying down towards a nest full of eggs. Avana growled, like a sharp cry, rejoicing over her quest.

She closely watched the bird land on its eggs,on a tree and with the amount of pain in her eyes, she launched on the bird and scare it away, pounced on an egg and galloped down into the woods.

After much trial into the woods, she retrieved the tonic herbs and galloped back to the mansion.

"Will you keep walking around like that?" the old omega's voice echoed, sending a cold shiver down Avana's ribs. The old omega moved closer to her and handed her an old dress to cover her stark naked body,as a reform of her transformation. "And drop by the lobby; there's food at the edge of the art," he whispered, finding his exit before he lands himself in trouble.

Although the torments didn't make Avana cry anymore, things like that made her cry. She watched the old man walked away; every step sent flashes of stories told, the period of her birth, the time the world cheated and rejected her...

In a diverge mansion situated amidst a dense forest encircled by an ancient wall, its vintage interiors and luxurious grounds emanating an air of timeless elegance.

Luna Avana howled so loudly; the creature in her stomach moved so fast, earning so much growl from the Luna. Her maids and nurses worried, they had done what they could, but the baby seemed not to be a easy one. The looks on their faces clearly showed their troubles and concern.

The best midwife in the packs was contacted and after many hours ,and close to the dimming of the night, The Luna constricted and had her little baby wolf,Avana.

The news got to the whole pack; while others rejoiced, Kally's poisonous heart planned on how to attack the Luna.

Kally was a bossom friend of Luna Avana before her mating ritual with Alpha zik,jealousy and enviouness soaked her all being,and she hated the Luna overnight,looking for ways to get the Alpha zik to herself,and finally getting help from a disloyal member of The Luna pack, she was able to penetrate the mansion.

After many attacks, the wounded Luna tried to run away with her child but was apprehended by Kally's ally, succeeding in ending the Luna.

The busy Alpha heard of his Luna's death; it was said that the demons that reside in her killed her with her baby. Little Avana was handed over to the commonest wolf to raise as a servant, and although all those happened clearly under the Omega's sight, he dared not speak of it, except he had told the stories to Avana, hoping that one day, she realized whose stories it really is.

"Avana," a young maiden reached out to Avana, and she slowly came back from the heart-shattering revelations. It was like she was present at the time it happened; the way she saw the Tyrant Luna killed her mother reformed her into a different person, reckoning on the ways to be set free. She hungrily craved for freedom.

"The Luna said you should be present at the open mansion tomorrow; we're having some important visitors," the young maiden said, patted Avana gently on the back, and hurried back to where she came from. It was obvious no one must be seen with Avana; rumour was passed out, that the demon that resides in her mother's, reside in her also, and the Luna has since then ordered that any significant person being seen with her would be greatly dealt with, and they all know better than to witness the Luna's threats.

"Tomorrow I would run away, and I would be free," Avana said, dragging her feet towards the laundry room, hoping tomorrow doesn't bring her so much suffering.
