Op Skill (Chapter 2)

I Realised i was reincarnated into a fantasy, when i was a teenager, i dreamed of being reincarnated into a fantasy world.

When i was 2 years old, i found some magical books. I decided to read it. I coudnt understand it at first, but my mother taught me to read a few weeks later. I decided to read the first page.

Basic Spell: Water Bullets

Stats:

Attack: 3.5

Defensive: 1

Range: 7.5

Agility (Speed): 7

I decided to try the spell, Water bullets. I said the incantation and around 50 water bullets appeared. I kinda understand that there would be lots of bullets since the attack is under 4.

Stats go by number out of ten, some spells that are superior to 10/10 spells will show three question marks, but only heros can wield them, but there are exceptions. If someone was reincarnated, then they can have some skills like that.

I decided i would read the second page.

Intermediate spell: Water Blast

Stats:

Attack: 4-5.5 (depends on user)

Defense: 4.5 (because of knockback)

Range: 6.3

Agility: 5

I also seen in a book that if you say "Status check", it will shoe you your skills.

I decided to check it.

-Water Bullet (Basic Spell) (Lv 01)

-Water Blast (Intermediate Spell) (Lv 01)

-Muderous Intent (GODLY SPELL) (Lv 01)

(When muderous intent is used, everyone around you restarts there level back at level 1 (against a mob, they still drop the same items))

(When a spell is Godly, the writing is black (only the "Godly spell" part))
