"what! the hell happened here. how did that crack and the bird suddenly disappeared right infront of our eyes" shouted Mr Singh on seeing that the crack had completely disappeared

"sir, we are unable to find out a single thing, it's like nothing ever happened here, it all literally just disappeared " said another scientist while working on a device

"just keep working on it everyone, try everything we will eventually find out something" resulted Mr Singh and started to use some devices to check for clues

AFTER SOME TIME.

ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE CLOSED CRACK

"f*ck" Rahen shouted as he opened his eyes, though the shout was only in his head and outside he only grunted faintly.

opening his eyes he found out that he was laying down on floor made of wood, though he was unable to look around at the time due to the damage done to him by the bullet.

the bullet had slightly missed his head otherwise his head would have been blown off instead of his right wing.

"so system where am i ? " he asked confused. He lost consciousness after the bullet wound so he did not remember what happened later on and how he got to a house from middle of the forest .

"what! doesn't that mean I'm on a different planet?"

while talking with the system Rahen heard some footsteps and people talking, but he could not understand their language.

following the message from system Rahen had a sharp pain in his head that lasted for a few seconds. as the pain subsided he came to know that he could understand the language of people approaching now. although it was a little difficult but he could now vaguely guess what they were saying

"huh! so i learnt a new language just like that. feels like its not given to me by system but i learn it myself"

as he was wondering about how efficient the system was, the footsteps stopped. whoever that footsteps belonged to were standing near Rahen now

"What.. creature.. this? never.. seen.. first." one of the person standing there said in a female voice. even though it was heavier than normal female voices he had heard, still rahen could tell that the voice now belonged to one.

"know.. not.. new... dead.. zone.. find.. near.."

said another voice though it belonged to a male.

they continued to talk through which Rahen was able to know that they found Rahen in a place they called dead zone. since he was a creature never seen before the personnel there reported it to the castle.

right now he was being held in one of army outpost waiting for someone from lord's castle to arrive.He also came to know that half a day had passed since se he have arrived in this world

Knowing that they were not planning to kill him, not currently at least rahen turned his attention to the more important thing.

"system can my wing be healed?" he asked system the thing he was most worried about .

he knew that even if the people here try to harm him he won't be able to do anything with his damaged wing.

"that means I'm on their mercy for a month. *sigh let's just hope they do not plan to do anything bad"

while he was wondering over his situation he heard movement. he could hear few more people coming toward the place.

soon the gate was opened again and a few people entered the room

"greeting Miss" said both people who were already there in unison

"can... stand .... this.... creature... found.... new ?" asked ladylike voice while continuing to walk toward Rahen.

"yes" replied both of them

"interesting" said the ladylike voice after stopping near rahen. Rahen wanted to look at her but could not as he was pretending to still be unconscious.

"put.. in cage... bring... with.... us.." said that voice and started to walk away.

"yes" replied a new male voice and started walking toward Rahen. reaching rahen that person carefully picked rahen up in his rough and large hands.

while being picked up rahen could tell that the person who was doing it was definitely not a human. he could tell that from that person's large hands and that he only had 2 large fingers and one thumb.

still all he could do was stay still and let the person put him in a cage, which was also done soon. but instead of harsh cage he expected Rahen was put on something soft and comfortable and was soon carried away.

"what.. miss.. plan... with... it..?"said the person who was carrying Rahen's cage

"no.. idea.." replied another person

"she.... take... animal.. but... they.... never.... again.. seen. no.. one.... knows.. what... happen..." that person continued

since rahen could hear them, he became afraid hearing that no animal have returned after that lady took them

"never seen again! she must have done something to them. what should I do now, run away? no i can't do that with my current situation" his head started to race about what he could do to escape his current situation but he could not find any solution than one.

"do i really have to use my reincarnation ticket in this situation. I've been saving it to escape some sh*tty Reincarnation i might get next" he wondered about whether to use his ticket or not.

"for now let's just wait and see what happens" he decided as he did not want to waste his ticket

soon his cage was put down and the person who was holding it walked away from there.

while he thought that no one was there he decided to finally open his eyes and sneak a look around the place.

he saw that once again he was in a place built with wood. slowly turning his head he looked around and saw that the place he was in looked like a horse Cart though it was much bigger than that. the cart he was in was even larger than the apartment he used to live in

"just what type of monsters' hand have i fallen into" he sighed while thinking about his bad luck that brought him here.

as he was blaming his luck and the cart started to move.
