hunting felis demons is so easy now it's terrifying, hunting just 5 of them will get me 100EXP which is great for now but I don't want to rely on such a slow grinding process on the other hand though there's shadow demons but their mostly active at night and during that time it's a feeding frenzy I'm not sure I'll survive..sigh.
I hopped off the deceased felis demons body and started dragging it along the ground towards my stone shelter that I'd now decorated with the hide I acquired from the felis demons, my eyes glanced around the room as I dropped the body by the entrance and threw myself onto the makeshift carpet I'd made
"I am truly.....proud of myself!!"

I smiled and crossed my legs triumphantly as I started to ponder on the various things I'd be able to accomplish later on

all I need to do is devour 1 huh.....however a title like this has to have a catch, cannibalism isn't right whichever way you slice it plus this is the first title that's willing to give me something for obtaining it

that's a short time space, during daytime there's usually just 1 shadow demon roaming around and for some reason their stupidly overpowered and even if I could take them down that'll limit my grinding to once per day...so does that mean I'll have to....
I stared outside the stone shelter noticing the sunlight had completely disappeared and reminisced on what had transpired the first time I was caught outside during nighttime.
"I've got a lot more experience than last time what do you say system do you think it's a good idea?!"

I stood up and stretched while muttering embarrassing words of encouragement to myself a habit I had whenever I'd find myself in a tough position during campaigns, confidently I exited the stone shelter and activated predator. The area was blank with barely a single dot in a 120 meter distance.

1,2,3,4,7,10,20,red dots started swarming my vision as they multiplied ten fold each time to the point where my entire vision was painted red, shadow demons of all kinds began forming themselves from the ground up.

These levels are complete insanity however there's at least one reasonably leveled shadow demon here
my body sprinted towards the human sized six legged leopard ahead of me, seconds before I could land any kind of attack the demon was practically swarmed by several lower level rat like shadow demons acting as one unit as they devoured the leopard and moved on to the next .
my frustration was apparent although it was natural for such things to happen in an area with no rules at all , using appraisal I lunged towards the closest low level shadow demon I could find biting down onto it's neck while gouging at its eyes.
the demon flayed it's horns violently as it toppled to the ground before it's movements halted completely.
that wasn't hard at all but then again I've gained more than enough experience from hunting felis demons....sigh,souls have no taste anyway

my movement's shifted from being my own,one demon to the next I used the skill appraisal and spotted out any demon I could feasibly take down.

Exhilaration that I couldn't explain flooded me as I tackled the bat like shadow demon slashing at it violently in a manner I'd never thought I'd see myself doing although in a way it felt normal and familiar

grabbing the jaw of the shadow demon I slowly tearing it off while enjoying every second of the experience, devouring them only fueled my hunger for more their taste was intoxicating, it didn't matter how many I devoured I still wanted more of them.

I glanced at where my arms should have been only to find they were nowhere to be seen although despite the fact they were missing the pain was barely there.
