I go to the training hall and find Xinya sparring against Sister Shan

we bow to each other and I immediately begin my attack, I start by slashing and using my previously used moves on her and try to lower her guard and she suddenly starts a close combat with me, although I can keep up with her attacks, my Qi will deplete quickly so I immediately put some distance between us and use thunderfire slash and immediately rush towards her seeing that I was using an Ordinary flame slash and rushing towards her, she parries it
