20 CHAPTER 20: VALLETTA

Having dinner with someone who had a vision for greater things filled Krystal with a lot of motivation. Krystal was motivated to earn a lot of money because of her system and the desire to live a life where she didn’t have to worry about anything. And as someone who was on the path of immortality she needed to be so rich in order to cater for her future needs.

After listening to Paula speak, she knew right away that she had made the right choice in trying to poach her.

“So why did you want to meet me?” Paula asked her.

“What do you think about becoming a C.E.O of a company that will take on the world?”

“And where can I find that company exactly?”

“It will soon show up as long as you agree to join my side.”

“Tell me more about it.”

With that Krystal began to talk about her vision to Paula, she had to convince this woman to join her company otherwise she won’t be willing. She slowly explained and seeing the convinced look on Paula’s face she knew that she had done it.

“I love everything that you have spoken about and to me it is something new and challenging. We should sign a contract and take it from there.”

“What about your current job?”

“I will resign first thing in the morning and make this dream come true.”

Since the two had come to a verbal agreement, Krystal couldn’t wait to draft the contract.

She sent Paula away and returned back to her suite. She began to draft the contract and included everything that they had agreed upon earlier during dinner. Before she went to bed Krystal looked up on the news of her brother. When she finds out where he was, she was happy and decided to check up on him the next day after she was done doing business with Paula.

Krystal looked at the moon and felt the huge surge of energy being drawn towards her. This was something that she had noticed for a while now and it made her curious. So Krystal made a visit to the pagoda to check on her problem or this wonderful opportunity.

After going through a number of books, he was so depressed. She couldn’t find anything at all so she spoke out loud hoping to check if the pagoda can automatically give her an answer.

Luckily for her, a book floated right in front of her. She paid a crystal for the book and took it back to her suite where she began to read. According to the book, a person possesses roots or a certain body physique. There were all kinds of roots that a person can possess like fire, water, earth and metal.

Possessing water roots was more troublesome as a person with that kind of roots was prone to many dangers from others. Her body was irresistible and she or he could be used to progress other people’s cultivation as long as they used that person sexually.

Seeing that her problem was now solved, she decided to go back to sleep. The next day she met with Paula after ten when she was done settling her resignation. The two decided to go and have the contract notarized. So the contract was signed and notarized. They each kept a copy and another step was taken.

According to the contract, Paula was going to be in charge of the renovation of the building, the setting up of the company and hiring employees. She wanted the place to be up and running in three months at least.

She placed a tracker on Paula just in case something goes wrong and transferred E$50 million to her for a start. She visited the building that she had bought and she was satisfied with it.

Krystal and Paula had already discussed about the uses of each floor and Paula had to renovate them according to the way they had discussed.

They had lunch together and separated after that. Krystal took a taxi to the company where her brother was working at. She sat in a café opposite the company for three hours playing with her phone as she spied on him.

She felt teary as she saw him for the first time after so many years. He was doing so great and she was very glad to see that. Even though it took her more than two hours to just have a glimpse of his face, it was worth it.

After seeing her brother, Krystal took a taxi back to the hotel where she rested for the night. She had already used a lot of days and was left with around three days. She was going to spend some of that time having some fun and find someone for a great lay.
