Reincarnation: My Life with Wishes in Naruto

I Am going to make a fan-fic people can enjoy. Don't expect a constant schedule as Summer will end soon. My internet sucks as well. My inherent language is English so hope it suits people's tastes. I will give my OC three wishes, basic plot armour, and a OP system. Character's Name Before Reincarnation: Tatsuki Asushi P.S. Not good at translation but I'll do my best for the Original Jutsu I create. Will have Blood and Gore. The main Character is going to have bottlenecks and obstacles for a better story and maybe even Other Reincarnates. P.S. definitely not forshadowing.
