29 Becoming an Adventurer

In the sea of East blue, an ordinary looking small ship could be seen. On the ship, there was a boy looked around 15-16 years of age. He was tall and handsome. He had a bit darker shade of skin. His hair was of brown colour. He had a dark gray eyes. He was, of course, Alden, our main character.

He changed his appearance from his original using transformation technique. He also changed his ships shape and size to ordinary looking small ship.

He was thinking about his talk with Z after completion of his training with Z. Z told him: "If you don't want to become marine, then go to Adventurer's Association. There you can become adventurer, do some quests. Hunt pirates for bounties and become bounty hunter."

At that time he replied: " I will go to Adventurer's association and become Adventurer. But I will do whatever I deem good and I will uphold my way of justice. If I see anyone bullying weak, then I will stop that. Then I won't care if that is Pirate or Marine."

He went through library function of Adventurer's association, and found that it was very big organization similar to World Government. But an year before Pirate King's execution, their President died due to some unknown reasons that didn't come to light. And after that it went in to decline and became very small organization.

Z gave him an introduction letter which will make his entry in adventurer's association easier. Alden asked him to give the letter for an alias. He had thought of a name: Walter Steve. It was his friend's name in his previous life.

He asked Alden to go to the branch in East Blue. As he had a friend there who can help him. He also taught him about the use of log pose and gifted him one.

Its been 6 months since he left Alpanac Island. He was almost 13 years old. When he left he used his den den mushi to tell his parents about completion of his training. He wanted to meet them so badly. So after getting the location he got the supplies for 3 months with him and started his journey alone. They lived on a small island at the farthest corner of east blue seas.

He started his journey towards that island. He used flying ability of Flying Dutchman rarely, because he didn't want to reveal himself this early. It took him 1 and half months to reach the island. In the journey he met few small pirates. He ignored the ones that didn't disturbed him and annihilated the ones that were hostile to him. But they weren't much of a challenge to him.

After reaching the island, he observed it. It was a small island with a small village of around 100 population. It was peaceful place and his parents were living happily. He stayed with them for few months and enjoyed peaceful life. He kept his training to minimum and spent his most of the time with his parents. He knew that after he leave this place, he would not get this peace for a long time.

So he told them about his plan of becoming Adventurer and not joining Marines. They didn't show any opinion against it and encouraged him to do whatever he wants and be safe. They said goodbyes with teary eyes. And he left on his journey of becoming an adventurer.

While he was thinking about it, he checked his own status:

Looking at own stats he thought he should be as strong as luffy when he was fighing Rob Lucci and CP9. In these 6 months he didn't have major breakthrough as he didn't train much. But may be due to relaxation after these 5-6 years of continuous training, his spirit attribute increased drastically.

Because of not reaching the level of sword master, his zanpakuto also wasn't unsealed completely which was stopping him from developing. So after becoming an adventurer, he was planning to find Dracule Mihawk AKA Hawkeye to spar. As per his calculations Hawkeye should be around 3 years older than him. So he should not be at much higher level than him in sword mastery. So he wanted to challenge Hawkeye to breakthrough to Sword Master level.

His another thought was about Trafalgar Law, he wanted to save that kid and his family as he took Ope Ope no Mi from him and gave it to his father.

But before that he wanted to do few missions in East Blue.

So for now with these goals in his mind he was on the way to adventurer association.
