Duke’s Income...

In a remote restaurant in City Z Duke and Saitama were eating. To be more precise Duke was eating due to his Saiyan physique while Saitama was counting the amount of plates of food going into Duke's stomach.

"It's amazing, it's the first time I have seen someone eat like this. Are you sure you are a human being and not a mysterious being Duke ?", Saitama asked as he pulled away the empty plates blocking his vision of Duke.

"I have to replenish the amount of energy every time I fight. If the energy is not replaced then I become weak. I just eat a bit of food.", Duke said with an evil grin. That is a lie, it's just with Duke's Saiyan physique in the one punch man world he consumes a lot of food.

Duke continues to gobble up the plates of food and said, "You are the one who is weird. The intake and output of energy from your body is out of proportion.".

Saitama looked at the pile of plates and amount of food going into Duke's belly and wondered if this can be considered a small sum of food.

Saitama's brain will tend to not think of the problem of how so much food can fit into Duke's stomach. In fact Saitama's main concern most of the time will be supermarket promotions and hair follicles. However today was a day that Saitama will remember forever, Saitama found an opponent that could fight him without dying easily and that same opponent was treating him to dinner now.

The bald headed Saitama decided to hold on to Duke's thick thighs so that he would have worry about eating and drinking. Yes, Saitama decided to leech on his Rich benefactor Duke !

Five minutes later, the restaurant owner bowed and sent Saitama and Duke away. On the one hand the food in the restaurant was exhausted and they needed to close the restaurant early. On the other hand the restaurant owner wanted to appease his cooks. Two of his chef were exhausted and slumped down unconscious in the kitchen. And another chef was hiding in the toilet refusing to come out. The chef in the toilet threatened to commit suicide if he was forced to come out by putting his head into the toilet bowl and drowning himself.

Duke and Saitama was walking back to their homes with Duke holding a tooth pick in his mouth walking like a gangster from an old Hong Kong movie. Duke was hoping some real gangsters would jump out and attack him out of anger for his posture of imitating a real gangster. Duke had made lots of money when gangsters had attacked him. You could say gangsters make up a large portion of Duke's income.

That's why Duke loves gangsters and bad guys. These gangsters and bad guys had to pay Duke money after they had attacked him and gotten their asses kicked.

The reason why Duke had money to support himself was not because of his superhero salary. The main income of Duke's came from gangsters and bad guys that had attacked Duke and gotten their assess kicked by Duke.

Duke had once met a group of gangsters that was in the export and import of illegal drugs. He had stopped their illegal trade of drugs.

Under Duke's preaching of justice to these group of gangsters after he had kicked their asses until they accepted his preaching, these group of drug trade gangsters reluctantly had to give their hard earned illegal money to Duke. Duke did not send this group of drug trade gangsters to jail as he knew they would commit another crime again. Duke would spy on these group of gangsters and anytime they committed any crime he would appear and kick their asses. In addition Duke would take these group of gangsters illegal money and preach to them to mend their evil ways. Duke's efforts were not in vain. Every time these group of gangsters or bad guys had to hand in their suitcase full of money to Duke, they would shed tears of pain. Duke would keep on hitting these gangsters or bad guys until he accepted their suitcase full of cash. If Duke did not accept these group of gangsters or bad guys suitcase full of cash, Duke would continue hitting them. So every time these group of gangsters or bad guys see Duke, they would beg Duke to accept their suitcase full of money. These gangsters always shed tears until Duke accepted their suitcase full of money, I do not know whether they were really repentant or it was from the pain of Duke hitting them until he accepted their illegal money.

Whenever Duke thinks of this matter Duke felt embarrassed.
