A hunt for Ancient weapons (1/4)

One month later after Ian had finished learning the new technique.

Ian and co had already separated from the red-haired pirates after Ian learned the technique. Shanks also promised his help in the future, and Ian left the place a happy man.

He gathered so many allies already, and the future was looking good.

Shanks had also told Ian where to find the Poneglyph. Which was his earlier intention. As Ian was nearing the time he would reach Laughtale.

After that, Ian sailed to the place Shanks had given him and discovered the last Poneglyph he needed.

It was hidden in quite an obvious place, but at the same time, a place that would be impossible to find if you didn't know about it beforehand.

It was actually hidden on Tequila Wolf, which is located in the east blue.

Ian was given exact coordinates, and he went alone by teleporting.

He then knew that the hiding place for it was ingenious upon his eyes landing on the bridge.

The bridge on Tequila Wolf was being built by stones cut in the same size as the Poneglyphs… so Shanks had the idea to die the red Poneglyph blue like the stones of the bridge, and he then chose a part that was already built before changing one of the stones with the Poneglyph.

Even though Ian knew the exact place from Shanks, he found out that it wasn't necessary. After all, as soon as he was nearby the bridge, his voice of all things ability pointed him in its direction.

After taking it out though, he didn't get back to the ship just yet. He still had something important to do…

He took his den-den Mushi and contacted Dragon.

He won't just turn a blind eye to all these people suffering and being treated as slaves… Even those in Marijois, Ian didn't forget about them, no. He was biding his time, as that place was a bit dangerous to the current him. but he WILL do something about it, that's for sure. Along with Kuzan who mentioned that on multiple occasions.

Ian and Dragon then organized a plan to free them, and over the course of a few hours, all the people there became free people.

Dragon provided transportation for them all and various types of food. the people who were Injured, hopeless and dying slowly, shed happy tears at this new chance they had gotten.

Only after doing that did Ian go back to the ship. His feelings at the time of satisfaction at doing the right thing.

Robin also had the happiest day of her life at that time.

When all four red Poneglyphs were laid in front of her.

Various things were unearthed by her after reading them, but the most important thing she found out was the locations on each red stone. They still needed to pinpoint from them the location of Laughtale too, but for now, even that was enough.

The stones also mentioned the three ancient weapons.

This was something Ian was expecting.

He had thought about this, since he remembered that in the original world, Roger had gone back to inquire about these weapons, so that meant that they were necessary if you wanted to reach laughtale and get the one piece.

Although roger did reach it and he did learn the truth of the world, he still said that they were early.

Why early? Because the ancient weapons had not been birthed in the world just yet.

So getting them was a must and Ian decided to start with that immediately.

However, even when he gets them, Ian won't be heading directly to laughtale. There were still some things he needed to fulfill…

Right now deep in the water, the Odyssey was seen sailing underwater while being encased in a telekinetic shield.

Libell was the one responsible for this as she followed the eternal log pose she had in her tiny arms.

The crew was busy doing their own things on the ship as they awaited the time they reach their destination.

Where was that? It was Fishman Island.

Home of Don, their companion, and crewmate, but most importantly the home of the ancient weapon Poseidon.

Ian had Libell on his lap as he was surrounded by robin and Elene.

"So will we take her with us?" Elene asked Ian.

She was referring to the mermaid princess, whom they knew to be Poseidon.

The whole crew was informed about this.

This was the only weapon that Ian knew the whereabouts of. Meanwhile, Robin had said she knew about pluton and that she will lead them, so they had their destinations set.

Ian pondered about this.

And he could only nod in the end.

"Yes, we have no choice." He sighed.

He knew that she was still young and naïve, but since he needed her powers, as Poseidon, then he must take her with them. He was even willing to make her a part of their crew if she wanted to.

For pluton, then he could just store it in the ring, which would leave Uranus.

The last of the ancient weapons, and the most mysterious one.

Robin sighed.

"To think that the ancient weapons could be a power passed down through bloodlines…" She said in wonder.

She had searched about Pluton, and she knew it to be a ship. Granted its technology was beyond anything currently possible, but it was still only that, a ship.

Meanwhile, the mermaid princess was a living being. And Poseidon turned out to be an ability passed down from her ancestors. This ability let her communicate with sea kings and order them.

They would listen to her as if she was their empress…

She could see how this could be coined with the term an ancient weapon capable of mass destruction.

When she grows up, if she masters her ability, she would possibly be the strongest person in the world. And her nation would have the strongest army and protection.

She would control the seas.

Ian stood up with little Libell still in his arms. His line of sight going forward.

"Well, Poseidon yeah, but for Uranus… that still remains to be seen." He answered her.

Uranus still remained a mystery for now. And Ian didn't even know how he will start to search for it.

But it was needed. All three of them were needed.

Forget about the need for them to go to Laughtale… If Ian was going to go against Im, he needed them even more.

Robin and Elene also stood up and looked ahead of them.

Don who was nearby looked at Ian calmly.

He didn't mind about Ian's plans, after all, he had been on his ship for a while, so he knew that Ian would treat the princess well. No, what he was more excited about, is to be in his home place after such a long time…

Don looked where Ian's eyesight was.

And he saw the beautiful sight of his homeland.

They had reached Fishman Island.
