35 Uchiha Massacre

Days kept advancing with more and more Uchiha successfully being transferred to the forest of Darkness, even Shinji was transferred as today is finally the date of the massacre

As night came and Konoha was engulfed in its darkness, Obito finally materialized himself inside of the Uchiha compound, He looked at the list Itachi gave him and started doing his job as he had a lot of work to do.

He could smell a very light smell of blood and it seemed that Itachi already started doing the work, he started by teleporting inside the first house, assassinate the people inside it then throw them in his dimension, once this was done he headed towards his next target not taking any rest between two assassinations.

What surprised him was that he didn't see nor hear anyone except the people he was charged with killing, he held his curiosity to himself as he didn't have any energy to investigate and continued his hard work.

Itachi who finished transferring everyone to the safe zone finally went to the storage he prepared earlier, once he opened the door, a putrid odor started spreading in his surroundings, he had accumulated quite a few weeks of meat and stored everything inside.

After waiting for Obito's signal of him being almost done, Itachi finally moved.

His three tomoe Sharingan started spinning faster and faster until the three tomoe transformed to a black shuriken-like design.

Itachi: "Amaterasu"

Black flames started burning, spreading quickly on the meat that has been prepared and getting bigger and bigger until it engulfed the whole warehouse.

Obito who just finished doing his last bit of work noticed a huge amount of black flames not too far away, curious he went as fast as he could to find its origin, once there he first noticed Itachi standing with blood running down his right eye calmly watching the fire burn consuming whatever was beneath it.

Obito: "What's this? you will bring the whole village here... what's happening"

Itachi: "I finished my job... I'm only getting rid of the evidence..."

Looking closer Obito finally noticed that under the black fire flesh and bones were melting, he couldn't even recognize a human form due to the damage the fire made, and everything slowly turned to ash.

Itachi: "This fire won't dissipate until it completely disintegrates what I've focused....we can leave, once the warehouse is dust the fire will stop by its self"

Obito: "What??!! you already finished everything? I'm pretty sure I only had around half the work you had..."

Obito looked very disturbed and shocked creating a mental note, 'Never mess up with Itachi'

Itachi: "Go by yourself first, I will be there shortly... I will say goodbye to my brother"

Obito nodded as he left Konoha using his dimension, not wanting anyone to see him.

Itachi sighed out of relief and started thinking back about the events that happened, even though he had a lot of trust for Kayle, he couldn't totally believe him blindly.

He started calculating the different events happening since the moment the first prediction came out.

Itachi: 'First, there is a high chance that Shisui would have lost an eye against Danzo if he wasn't alert and maybe do what the prediction said...commit suicide'

Itachi: 'Secondly, Kayle really didn't seem to interfere much, he kept training and enjoying his time, so he didn't influence the Hokage nor the Uchiha in any way... due to my nature, if I had to choose between the clan and the village I would have chosen the later with the exception of Sasuke...'

Itachi: 'That means that today... There would be a lot more casualties, the only things that avoided the total massacre of the Uchiha was Kayle and his ability so today it seems like we did the right decision...'

Itachi finally arrived in front of his house, opened the house, and looked at his sleeping younger brother.

Itachi: "Sorry Sasuke... you are the most precious thing in my eye...I want you to grow happily but I need more time to investigate the prediction, right now the safest thing is to follow what was supposed to happen as to have the best advantage we can have"

Itachi gave his little brother one last hug, which woke up Sasuke before suing the Genjutsu on him and make him see how he killed his parents in front of him.

As morning came the whole village was in turmoil, the Uchiha Clan had disappeared with only one kid left.

Danzo who was happy as he had an opportunity to get his eyes in multiples Sharingan's went into a Blind rage once he saw a black fire still burning the bodies, he tried everything he could to stop it but nothing worked all he could do was collect the ashes once the fire ceased and complain to the Third Hokage.

Danzo: "We should make Itachi a traitor of the village! look at what he has done?"

The third Hokage gave him a thumb up as he whispered.

Hiruzen Sarutobi: "Nice acting my friend... if I wasn't in the same room as you when the plan was created with the elders I would have definitely fallen for it"

Danzo *Split blood out of rage*
