14 Feast

The organization largely exceeded my expectations, after we finished the afternoon lessons on the Academy, We all went home to notice our respective parents and decided to meet one hour later at Naruto's house.

I quickly ran as fast as I could home.

Kayle: "Mom !!! Dad! I'm home"

Mom: "Welcome back! how was your day?"

Kayle: "It was very good! I even made two new friends"

My mom pats my head and smiles as she is happy for me.

Mom: "You should definitely introduce us to us one day, they could come to play here or I would prepare a meal for them"

Kayle: "Well actually we planned to do something similar, can I go to my friend's house and have a sleepover? we are also planning to cook for ourselves and then spend some time playing"

As the village is well known for being safe, My mom had no reason to refuse, she only made me promise to not go out of my friend's home once it's late at night and to be sure to not be late for the Academy the next day.

I took a box with most of the spices I need and some cheese as the rest potatoes, oil, floor and meat it was arranged that the others would either bring them from their home or buy them on their way to naruto's house.

I also took an extra box I had ready at the side which contains a few games I prepared in the past and quickly left to meet up with everyone else.

Naruto's apartment was in a pretty good area, it was not too far away from the Hokage's office, if it wasn't for the building being old and not in good condition it would really be worth quite a lot.

As I came inside I found that I was the first one there except for Naruto, he was busy trying to clean the big mess he had in his apartment as he never expected to have guests today, I started helping with the cleaning as we waited for everyone else.

Shinji, Choji, and Shikamaru joined us one by one, As they started helping with the cleaning I started making the food, I did everything from scratch, what took the most time was making the buns and cooking them... I even had to make extra as they started eating the buns alone.

I let them share two buns between the four of them out of kindness as they never tasted burger buns before.

Choji: "Wow this bread is so soft and spongy..."

Shinji: "Ye.. I'm pretty sure they are a little sweet too"

Naruto: "How about we get one more? you made so many buns... we don't need that much for one meal.."

Well, it's a good thing that I started cooking the burgers patty and some fries, their discussions stopped and they kept staring as the enchanting smell that started spreading inside the Appartement e.

I cut the buns in half, spread some homemade bbq sauce on them, and finally put a few slices of cheese on top of the still-cooking burger.

After only a few minutes the enchanting smell became heavenly with everyone swallowing their saliva and doing their best to control themselves... I started seeing fire burning deep inside Choji's eyes and I'm pretty sure there was smoke coming out of his ears... I'll have to be more careful next time and tie him up before cooking as I'm not sure what could happen.

Once everything was cooked the plating took only a few minutes and before I even had time sitting at the table with everyone I saw them already taking big bites of their burgers...

I then spent the next hour cooking more and eating with them as we each had four burgers each before laying on the floor with our bulging stomachs... I taught them UNO rules we later started playing UNO while snacking on the leftover fries... the cards were created so I could play with my parents it's a good thing that I thought of bringing them here tonight.

We also made a wonderful discovery that night... there is one thing Choji doesn't like to eat...

Shikamaru: "Eat this... +4"

Choji: "No thanks... I ate enough how about we give more to Kayle.. + 4"

Kayle: *Tears running down my cheeks*

Kayle: "Really guys? teaming up on me... I already have 13 cards.. look naruto has only two remaining..."

Naruto laughing sillily...
