63 Bombshell

Zabuza and Haku were both intrigued by Kayle, by the power of his two subordinates they knew that he could almost for them to work for him but he decided to take a more diplomatic approach with them which honored them.

Zabuza: "I'm willing to listen to your deal brat..."

Shisui: "Hey! Careful with the way you talk to Kayle!"

Kayle: "Stop it Shisui... we aren't here to fight and I don't mind it at all..."

Shisui looked slightly upset as Zabuza didn't seem to respect Kayle, but as Kayle didn't want to cause any more conflicts he backed off while giving Zabuza a nasty look.

Kayle: "Well I know everything about you guys...You defected from Kiri after you tried to kill the Mizukage of the Blood Mist Village and I even know why you worked for Gato as well, the main reason for it was that you were trying to raising funds for a second attempt"

Zabuza: "How... just how do you know about this... no one should be able to know..."

Kayle smiled without saying anything, he turned around walked past the two tombstones, and looked at the horizon as the sun was slowly setting.

Kayle: "The world is much more complicated than you think it is... there are shadows that you wouldn't even dare to imagine hiding from everyone's eyes... if you want to get to know the truth you would gain much more by following me"

Zabuza: "...I...What if I don't follow you?"

Kayle: "That's your choice, I won't force anyone to work for me... you would be free to leave"

Haku that has been silent all this time finally talked.

Haku: "I already made my decision... Zabuza I owned you my life and today I repaid my dept... I was also supposed to die but was once more saved"

Haku looked at Zabuza with tenderness then smiled at Kayle while kneeling in front of him.

Haku: "I own you my life and I will serve you till you consider I paid my debt, I'm willing to swear my loyalty to you!"

Kayle: "Good from now on you are part of my team! you will be under the direct order of Itachi, I know you don't enjoy fighting so you will mostly be attributed mission that doesn't require killing."

Haku grabbed Zabuza's hand as she continued talking.

Haku: "I know we don't own each other anything now... but I'd like to spend my time with you... during all these years that we spent together... our link only kept getting stronger... would you like to join me on this mission? "

Zabuza felt his emotions going out of control at that moment and he had made his decision, he owned too much to Haku and he would definitely follow him from now on to take care of him the same way he was taken care of all these years.

Zabuza: "...Maybe I should drop my revenge and follow you... "

Kayle: "Don't worry... our objectives are aligned, and even if I'm a Ninja from Konoha I'll make sure that the other villages prosper as well... and five years are definitely more than enough to finish everything I want to do so you will be free from then on"

Zabuza looked astonished at this bombshell Kayle had just dropped on him, he was confused, doubtful and even a little relieved thinking that there is a small chance of the Mizukage dying, maybe there was still hope for the village he grew up in.
