It's been already a few hours since we started our conversation, I went into further details. I started by quickly mentioning Kaguya, then Madara, and how he easily won against the five Kage ganging up upon him.

I also explained the roles of Naruto and Sasuke, how they got much stronger succeeding in dealing with such a threat, and how they grew up.

Both Itachi and Shisui were sad and depressed when hearing the fate of the Uchiha clan, but once I reminded them that Shisui was supposed to be dead by now and he isn't. they calmed down and their eyes started shining brightly.

Itachi: "Good! that means the future that you saw can be changed"

Shisui: "Yes but kayle is also right, we need to be very careful from now on and not cause too many ripples in the present or it would start deviating from the future you saw and we would lose the only advantage we have"

Kayle: "Yes especially as it seems that there was a peaceful era after the war, despite the casualties it brought all the hidden villages together"

Kayle: 'Hey Maru...I just want a slow and easy life, I want to travel, I want to spend time with my friends and I want to be free'

Maru: 'Then do that...'

My consciousness then slowly faded as I started to fall asleep.

The next day I woke up early as usual and resumed my training, we decided with Itachi and Shisui to meet one week from now so we can each think separately as to what's ahead of us.

While training my body I created a few clones to start training medical Ninjutsu, it will help me improve my chakra control, and knowing how to heal an injury is always beneficial.

I also started reflecting on what Maru said yesterday, If I keep training like this I may become strong but I feel that I still won't be able to defeat Naruto or Sasuke at their peak, I know I don't need to be that strong to survive in this world, but my pride as man is burning this idea deep inside my mind.

I don't want to be second or third, I want to be the strongest. Only then can I relax and enjoy my slow life.

Shisui POV:

After seeing both Itachi and Kayle leave, I facepalmed myself as I remembered something... We didn't ask Kayle about the slapping.
