12 training , lieutenant meeting and saving ichigo s mom

8 years have passed since I reincarnated in this world . I have made friends , met mother like captain unohana and made many bonds with different kinds of people . all this I would have never expected in my past life which was only a busy life devoid of much contact with people.

since , I joined the 13 th squad as their lieutenant nobody in the squad died and atmosphere improved which was down due to the death of their previous lieutenant and bad health of the captain which got worse after his death. new members joined , old ones improved with experience and training and helped the new ones train with my teachings.

I would hold public lessons for all seiretei members for training and gave speech about importance of heart and training according to teachings of our captain which I liked very much . all benefited from my lectures so popularity increased and sometimes captains also came to listen in their free time . te popularity caused me headache as transfer applications from all squads came to me except 4 th and 11 th squads which caused me trouble with their captains in which captain ukitake had to intervene all the time to solve the mess .

captain commander would come to watch all the time and was very satisfied with the positive atmosphere and increase in strength and praise me once in front of everyone which caused me blush . I gave observation haki manual to rukia early on which helped her tremendously during fights with multiple hollows during missions . her insane progress made her the 5 th seat of our squad quickly and motivated everyone to train more which was a very good positive effect. I realised that rukia had more potential than my 3 friends which made me happy and surprised too . my 3 friends also improved immensely and now had to hide their strength continuously. the 3 had about the same amount of potential which made me realise that they would make their full potential in a year or 2 so I decided to study body and reiryoku more to solve the problem .

after much hard work I discovered a second origin like from fairy tail anime which was locked in everyone's body. I also discovered the complicated method to forcefully open it which was easy for me with my sharingan . I experimented on a criminal who had killed many and found that the increase in pure power level after successfully opening it was about only 50 % after reaching ones full potential but the density of reiatsu would increase 5 times the former . after repeated simulations I found that it could only be opened after one had reached full potential , if it was opened before that the said person would die after 10 minutes .

I met other captains during their complaining sections like captain kyoraku, komamura etc multiple times. captain kyoraku always used this as an excuse and visited out 13th squad barracks multiple times to slack off . I got to know him better and about the deep brotherly relationship between my captain and him . I invented cola with akon using my knowledge about carbonated drinks which I had casually picked for a novel in past life . it caused captain kyoraku to forget about sake and only drink it . I then released it in the market for common people and it was a huge . me and akon got 5 % of the sales so divided it in half always and used it as we saw fit . I was huge money and I had no use for it , so I only kept money for simple presents and training equipment for my squad and openly donated thr left amount to some welfare organizations which I never knew before that they existed in this world .

my captain and captain unohana praised me for a long time and got to used to now after getting tired of praising . my captain was now a father like figure to me which was a completely new and good experience for me as I had never known anything about a father in my past life. I also found the perfect cure for captain and can only use it after I reach bankai .

I trained crazy like always with my friends and now only waiting for the main story to start . I also attended a lieutenant's meeting organized by aizen to test my and uchiha s theory about the illusion of aizen s kyoka suigetsu . I knew that aizen would not leave me alone now after everything I had done . I guessed that I had graduated from a plaything in hos eyes to a small threat to his ambitions.

only omeda , rangiku , and chojiro with me of course came to the meeting as everyone was busy with something all the time . just I had expected aizen talked about some nonsense before showing us his shikai and I felt the change with my kenbunshoku. it looked like our theory was correct as after returning back from the meeting , I quickly cast Koto amatsukami on myself with my EMS and the illusion broke .

it looks like that both powers were in basic same so they could cancel each other out . I then decide it was time visit urahara and yoruichi in the world of living and cast koto amatsukami on them . there was no reaction from aizen in the days I waited for him so I guessed that he had no recollection of it happening which meant it was safe to use the idea .

I then took the mission to patrol karakura town and went there through senkaimon . I quickly arrived at now seemed modern town and reminisced about earth for some time. I did the usual patrolling duties to avoid suspicion from aizen and research team of squad 12 that I knew were watching as I constantly released my kenbunshoku and felt te intention .

I also waited for that hollow whose name I forgot that killed ichigo s mother in the anime series . as expected I caught it with my kenbunshoku one day and used kamui to travel at the location instantly at the moment when masaki ( ichigo mother ) lost her Quincy powers because of yhwach . I saw ichigo go to the puppet and the scene from anime played out till masaki protecting ichigo from danger with her back towards the hollow which had now emerged completely. I then used my battojutsu to instantly kill it and laughed for no reason .
