11 officially joining squad 13 , meeting rukia and time skip

captains remark about lieutenant caused my jaw to drop falling to the ground ( like luffy and ussop in one piece anime) . I was silent for sometime and coughed twice to hide my embarrassment which caused 3 of them to laugh loudly . I asked him if he was sure to which he just nodded . he then went to sleep and idiot duo took me to my new office .
when we reached there I saw the sheer amount of paper work and rubbed my temple in annoyance but got to work quickly .I sent the idiot duo off and sat on my desk . I quickly made 2 shadow clones and 3 of us got to work and completed it quickly with the help of my photographic memory which I guessed was due to the sharingan and skills from past life clerk experience. I dispelled the clones and got all the information and sorted the scrolls and files accordingly and went out .
after I got out of my office and stretched my body lightly, I saw the idiot duo standing near my door and asked them about their shocked expressions. they replied that they were here so that they could quickly assist me in my work when I called them due to annoyance. I laughed loudly and pointed a finger inside my room mysteriously and dissapeared quickly anticipating their reaction to see the complete work . after that name of work God was added to my achievement which made happy as I loved nicknames like anime characters.
I strolled the barracks slowly and memorised the faces of my squad members. after some time I saw frail and short figure of rukia sitting on the ground and lost in thoughts with a sad expression . I sighed and went towards her with my lieutenant badge on and said hello to her waking my hand .
rukia- ah .. hello ( lifeless small bow ) , you you you lieutenant. sorry sorry rukia kuchki sir . ..
I laughed at her flustered little figure and cursed renji in my mind for not being there for her when she needed him . I sighed and sat on the ground telling her to sit to improve myself . after that we were back in the real world where only 3 seconds passed and I was exhausted totally out of stamina and my reserves were almost empty. I then passed out on the floor . when I woke up I was besides captain and rukia who were looking at me with grateful expressions . I sighed and got up and looked at rukia and smiled lightly. I the nodded at captain and dissapeared without saying anything.
captain - what a kind soul . sigh . rukia remember his teachings well and train hard to repay the for which you cannot repay in your lifetime ( satisfied) .

I then reached the trainung grounds as I realised that training of my techniques was not enough at all as I had passed out before just by casting a technique from exsauthion .

in this year after incident with rukia , I never went out for any mission which I guessed was a type of break for me and time given to get used to my new position. captain would sick and better irregularly and I had to do all the work of passing out assignments to my subordinates . I trained rukia and everyone else in the basics of four main combat techniques and guided them to finger their own techniques while training with my friends in the secret training grounds. I thought about the cure for captain too which was progressing slightly and I guessed that in time I would find the right way to cure him in time .

I had far increased the training intensity from before to break multiple limits of my body which I realised that I could not do the same again as it would result it problems of the body using my medical knowledge which I increased with practice on myself and advice from captain unohana using the communication seals . I talked with her a lot to complain about work and shared laughs with her which improved our mother son kind of relationship more .
