Last Goodbye

Prince Qui was wishing that he had no prior knowledge that he was going to leave tomorrow. Maybe he would be having a grander time and the blame would not be on him. Perhaps he really should have let that secret go quiet. Perhaps he should not have tried finding it out. 

But it was too late for that. All that was left for him was regret. As the day went by, Tianshi Xue was getting brighter and brighter, like the opposite of a setting sun.

While she enjoyed her lunch, Prince Qui was having trouble swallowing it all down. For the first time, her back was straight, and she looked unbothered as the common issues flew around the table. It was like she could not hear any of it, like nothing would destroy the peace inside of her.

Little did she know, it was not eternal. It was more of a bomb ticking.
