They arrived at the palace. The guards are out and the queen was outside.

" Oh my God, Faith you are back,"

" Yes, I am,"

" Do you know how much I was so worried about you?"

" I am okay,"

She looked at David.

" What happened?"

" She was kidnapped, we went to bring her back that is why we are late,"

The queen slapped David. We were so shocked.

" Mom, why did you hit him?"

" How am I sure you did not plot the kidnapping?"

" I did not, I don't know what to do if you don't believe me,"

" David, you are growing wings,"

" Mom, it is not fair, he was the one who saved me because of me he got injured, I have never seen a mother like you," Faith shouted

" Are you talking to your mother like that?"

" You should be thanking him not slapping him, is this how people behave here?"

" David, she will expose herself, stop her,"

David secretly holds Faith hand signaling her to stop.

" I will leave now," Faith left.

" Aish, if David has not told me to stop I would have exposed myself," Faith thought.

" Everybody, leave now," the queen was agitated.

They all left.

[In Faith chambers]

" Faith, you almost exposed yourself,"

" I know, if not for David who tell me to stop I could have, continue saying things I don't want to say,"

" The queen will be very suspicious of you because the princess doesn't get angry with the queen, she can get angry with anybody but not the queen,"

" She was annoying me, if it was my mother she will thank him and even offer him food to eat yet that woman slapped him in the face after saving me by putting his life on the line,"

" Faith I don't know what life you live in your world but in here none of it you are saying happens in this place,"

" I see, I think I have to apologize to her after she calms down already,"

" By the way, are you alright?"
