72 Slateport Gym- Part 2

Crawdaunt was defeated and from next pokeball of Briney a pink bipedal pokemon appeared, it was a Slowbro.

"Do you want to switch your pokemon ?" Asked Referee.

Jason nodded and recalled his Lucario then sent his next pokemon to the battlefield, it was Absol. Soon after entering in battlefield that Absol roared.

"So Absol this is our first battle together, lets show everyone your potential." Said Jason and Absol again roared in response.

"Lets see how this pokemon will fight against mine." Said Briney and motioned Slowbro to initiate the attack.

Slowbro started with powerful Water Pulse towards Absol, for which Absol used Psycho Cut and destroyed that Water pulse in Mid Air.

"That was impressive, this pokemon is quite skilled." Said Briney who was impressed by absol's attack.

"We have many attacks in our sleeves, now Absol use Night Slash." Said Jason. Absol shook his horn and sent a powerful dark slash towards that Slowbro who wasn't able to dodge due to his slow speed. That attack did a great impact and Slowbro cried loud in pain. Without giving him any chance to recover Absol again used a powerful psycho cut followed by another powerful Night Slash.

Slowbro cried again but sent powerful Hydro Pump towards absol who couldn't dodge it and got hit by it and after impact he was hit on wall as well. That Slowbro used a powerful Water Pulse next and it was also a direct hit. Slowbro planned to use another Water Pulse but absol woke up and used a powerful Night Slash on that slowbro.

These attacks from both sides continued for next 10 minutes and both pokemon were breathing heavily and slowbro's both arms were bleeding, Jason knew that this pokemon can only take one more hit and Absol is very Speedy compare to that pokemon so it will be easy to defeat him.

"Absol quick use Shadow ball to divert him and then use Psycho cut followed by Night Slash." Said Jason and absol used a powerful Shadow ball towards Slowbro who destroyed it in mid air by using water pulse and then turned on other side and used Hydro Pump to stop two attacks but of no use, those both attacks sliced that Hydro Pump in two and both attacks directly hit Slowbro, that Hydro Pump was also a direct hit on Absol and both pokemon fell on ground together, Unconscious.

"Both pokemons are unable to battle, please switch your pokemon." Announced Referee.

Jason recalled his absol and thanked him for the powerful show. He then sent out his next pokemon, that was his powerful Sceptile. Briney also sent out his next pokemon and it was his Pseudo king Level Blastoise.

Battle started with a powerful Leaf Blade attack from sceptile who was very fast now after harsh training in last 7 months, Blastoise also used Hydro Cannon on Sceptile who dodged it but one of his leg got hit by this hit, after using that attack Blastoise was immobile and Sceptile used this chance to hit him continuously with Leaf Blade. These attacks were doing greater damage as Sceptile was now a Pseudo king level pokemon. Suddenly sceptile surrounded itself with his green aura and then sent a powerful green ball towards blastoise, this energy ball was very powerful which sucked almost half of sceptile's powers but did a very large amount of damage on blastoise.

Blastoise was very close to defeat and this unlocked his ability torrent, he was surrounded by powerful blue aura and used surf attack on sceptile who was very tired to dodge that attack and got a direct hit from that Surf attack, this also unlocked his ability which was overgrow and he was also completely surrounded by Green aura.

Blastoise used powerful Hydro Canon on Sceptile and Sceptile used a powerful Energy ball on blastoise, both the attacks were direct hits on each other and that impact caused a big smoke around both of the pokemon, when that smoke subsided both the pokemon were fallen on the ground and they were unconscious.

"Both pokemons are unable to battle, please switch your pokemon." Announced referee.

Jason thanked his Sceptile and sent out his Lucario to battle any upcoming pokemon. He planned to use Nidoking if and only if necessary. Briney sent out his fourth pokemon which was a Wailord, it was also a Pseudo King level Pokemon and as per Gym Leader's Info Jason had, this pokemon was Most Powerful Pokemon of Briney.

"Lucario you take benefit of your speed, and try to dodge as much attack as you can because any hit from this pokemon will be very heavy." Said Jason and he knew that Lucario was little tired from battle with Crawdaunt.

Lucario nodded and dashed towards Wailord, he used extremespeed to get behind that Wailord and used Aura Spheres on him. Around 5-6 Aura Sphere hit that pokemon and Wailord cried in pain, Lucario was going all out so he was tired after using these Aura Spheres and these were more powerful compare to previous ones.

Lucario kept on dodging attacks from Wailord and using powerful aura Spheres or Shadow balls, he was using only long range attacks as in close range he won't be able to dodge attack from Wailord. This Hit and Run battle from Lucario continued for next 15 Minutes and Lucario was completely exhausted, wailord was also tired as he was using powerful attacks but none were hitting Lucario but all the attacks from lucario were direct hit at his big body. Lucario used last ball of Aura spheres which was very weak and fell on ground unconscious.

"Lucario is unable to battle, please switch your pokemon." Announced Referee.

Jason recalled his Lucario, "You were really amazing there buddy, despite power difference you gave a quite good battle, now take a proper rest." Said jason and took out another pokeball.

"Go Gengar." Said Jason and Gengar appeared in the battlefield. "Lucario did his part now you can easily finish this pokemon." Jason Continued and Gengar Looked at Mighty pokemon infront of him who was breathing heavily and had many wounds around his body.

Gengar started with Shadow ball, Wailord used water pulse to destroy this attack in mid air but got a hit from Sludge bomb which gengar used from behind him. For final hit Gengar summoned powerful Thunderbolt attack and used Shadow ball as finishing touch. Wailord cried in pain and then fell unconscious.

"Wailord is unable to battle, please switch your pokemon." Announced Referee.

"You defeated my most powerful pokemon, your pokemons are really amazing me Jason. This battle is completely one sided now so I accept my defeat here." Said Briney and looked at Referee for announcement.

"As Gym Leader Briney has accepted his defeat and don't want to proceed with battle, So Challenger Jason from Gao Village is the winner." Announced Referee and Jason looked at both of them with shocked expression.

Briney walked towards Jason and said, "My next two pokemons are only at Initial Elite and from what I can Sense, this Gengar is too powerful for them and that will only waste our time so I accepted my defeat."

Briney handed Jason a badge with wave on it and had two stars on it, "Jason thanks for giving me my last memorable battle." Said Briney.

"Last ?" Asked Jason.

"Yes, League has planned to make 8 gyms only and without any stars after this Hoenn League Championship, so I took out my city and requested them to choose any other 8 Cities as the Gym Towns. This is my last official battle and now I am leaving for my world tour as a sailor, I wish to see you in future." Said Briney.

"I also wish you good luck for your journey Mr. Briney, hope to see you soon." Said Jason.

"Wow Jason you were amazing in the battlefield." Said Wallace who came running as soon as referee announce Jason as winner.

"Thank you Wallace." Said jason and smiled.

"Kids if you don't mind, can we go for a treat, that will be from my side because you both gave me a great battle." Said Briney and both of them agreed.

Hoenn League has planned to make only 8 Main Gyms. Jason will know some more changes which league will be doing in coming future, keep reading if you also wants to know about those changes.
