Dividing Teams

"These will be the teams, we have arranged the names in Teams by random serializing system so its not biased." Said Fiona and pointed towards the big screen.

First 10 teams were decided and till this none of our heroes got to know about their team yet, finally in Team 11 everyone saw name of Brawly.

"Congrats Brawly, you are in Team 11." Said Phoebe.

"Yes, I am little nervous now." Said brawly with nervous tone.

"Don't be nervous, I know you will give a great fight." Said Jason still looking at the screen which was showing names of 16 trainers from Team 12 now.

After around 3 hours, all 64 teams were decided and our heroes were placed in different teams. So teams allotted for them were as follows,

Jason- Team 25

Brawly- Team 11

Winona- Team 18

Wallace- Team 38

Phoebe- Team 45

Steven- Team 57

"Finally we have got our teams, I think we will have to wait for battle between us as we are not gonna battle in preliminary round for sure." Said Steven.

"Yes, but don't take preliminary round very lightly as this year many trainers participated and some are very strong as well, like in Team 57 that guy Thomas, he is also very powerful, I have heard about him when I was taking quests from Pokecenter, he is very strong and a Master Level Trainer." Said Jason.

"Yes and also that girl in team 40, Flannery she is a good fire type trainer from Lavaridge Town." Said Wallace.

"Lavaridge Town is a very small town, it doesn't even have any official gyms yet." Said Steven.

"It may be a small town but do you know this Flannery is grand daughter of Senior Elite Four Member Mr. Moore." Said Wallace pointing at a person with white hairs and calm posture, who was sitting beside Leon, "He is a powerful fire type trainer." He continued.

"Wow, she must be something than." Said Phoebe.

"Yes and Mr. Moore even applied for Gym in his town for upcoming 8 Gyms which Hoenn League is planning, his grand daughter is a Master Trainer and she may become a Gym Leader there if League allows." Said Wallace.

"Guys, let's first focus on our preliminary round, we may get chance to battle Flannery in next round, and Steven don't you dare to loose against that Thomas." Said Jason.

"Yes Sir, noted." Said Steven and gave a salute to Jason, all four laughed on Steven's this reaction.

"Ok, trainers, please focus here." Said a lady (who was Fiona) and all the trainers who were talking about their teams stood straight looking towards the stage.

"So now we are settled with the Team allotment, so now I will be announcing the trainers you will be facing in first round of Preliminary round." Said Fiona and pointed again towards the screen. Where upcoming battles for Team 1 were announced and this continued so on.

On screen it could be seen that they were gonna have a total of 4 battles in Preliminary round (If they win), and after that quarter final round was going to be announced, the total duration of tournament was going to be around 90 days.

They all checked their first opponents and Jason was going to battle with some girl named Lucy in his first battle. Steven also saw that if by any chance he wins his first 3 battles and Thomas do the same too then they were going to battle in the final round of Preliminary round for their respective Team.

Jason's first battle was after 2 days in Water field, he saw these details on the device he got from registration counter after registration was done and this device was gonna show info about the field he was gonna battle for next round (If he reaches to next round).

Everyone checked their details as well in their respective devices and Steven was going to battle on Rock Field, Phoebe on Ice Field, Wallace on grass field, Winona on sand field and Brawly on normal field.

After all this everyone returned to their respective dorms and promised to meet for dinner in night. Jason went in his room and called out his Swampert and Lapras, "You guys have a battle after two days and I know you will do great there." said Jason and he also choosed his Lucario in case he was needed. He had to register his 3 chosen pokemons for battle 1 hour prior to the Match, it was a mandatory rule or else trainer could be disqualified.

Jason fell on his bed and looked up towards roof thinking, 'Finally day has come, we will get to know the best trainer of hoenn region after 90 days. I will give my best in this tournament, no matter who I will fight.'
