Chapter 15:Nōkon

Going back to check on how everyone in the human group was doing, I saw that almost everyone was in a down mood.

Valliere was comforting Viviana, Saying that everything will be ok, its going to work out fine, and don't worry to much they're going to get back home safe and sound.

Meanwhile most of the maids and guards were off training with a friend or alone. Considering that they're supposed to protect Valliere and Viviana, I fingered that the maids and guards were training out of frustration of being to weak. These feeling were either for Valliere and Viviana, themselves, a loved one, or something in the past that I don't know about.

Confirming my assumptions, I watched their actions since nothing and escape my view in my Inner World.

(Note:

Maids: level 200-240, 1 sword welder, 1 archer, 3 assassins, 1 mage.

Guards(Female): level 180-200, 3 sword welders, 2 archers, 1 mage.

Guards(Male): level 190-200, 2 knights(tank), 1 sword welder.

The M.C also gave them their respective weapons and gear since theirs were stolen)

The both the male guard and maid sword users of the group were both in the forest, violently slashing their swords at trees while saying "weak" over and over again.

The other sword welders and knights of the group were sparring with each other in an open plains, while the archers were also "sparring" by practicing shooting arrows at targets; see who's the better archer.

Meanwhile, while one of the mages was practicing her magic; firing it into the lake. The other mage was meditating alone in her room.

As for the assassins, two of them were doing their job as a maid and was preparing tea and snacks for Valliere and Viviana. Meanwhile the other assassin was sharpening her daggers.

Shomei:Everyone of them seems down. What should I do? I don't really know them that well or a therapist.

Shomei:If this was an anime, I would play the role has their teacher and help them get stronger... but I'm only strong because of Creation Magic, i can't really teach them anything. What should I do? Use Creation Magic on them?

Eva:The User shouldn't do that, I recommend the User only use Creation Magic on your woman since they'll be with you unlike the humans currently with you, who you barely now.

Shomei:Although I don't like the way you said that, I somewhat agree with you. We're most like going to split up once I get them home.

Eva:I recommend the User use this time traveling to Mournstead to convince the humans to become yours. The easiest to convince would be the maid who's feeling weak, the User can promise her power in exchange for becoming yours. While the User can also promise power or treasure for the rest of them as well.

Shomei:I feel like your Orochimaru right now.

Eva:I can see were the User is getting at, but the User would be hurt them. The coming yours part is just insurance so that they won't back stab you once you give them what they want. It's not like your trying to experiment or take over their bodies like Orochimaru.

Shomei:... I guess your right.

Eva:Of course I am, if you listen me you'll be able to have an orgy with every girl here.

Shomei:... I don't really know what to say to that.

Eva:Don't say anything, just listen to me.

Listening to Eva, I went to the maid that's currently slashing her sword at a tree, calling herself weak with every slash. She had long straight dark blue hair in a hime cut, black eyes, and her boobs were between C and D cups.

Shomei:"I didn't know that you hated trees so much"

Hearing what I said, she stops swing her sword and just stares at me. Maid:"..."

Shomei:I guess she doesn't have sense of humor.

Shomei:"What's your name? I didn't get a chance to ask before"

Nōkon:"Nōkon"

Shomei:"Ok, so Nōkon. I know it's kinda creepy, but I've been watching you and all I want to ask is; why do you want to become stronger? Because seeing you keep on saying weak while your cutting my trees made me come up with 3 theories:

theory number 1, (puts up index finger*) my trees aren't up to your standards.

theory number 2, (puts up middle finger*) saying weak to yourself is just part of your sword training exercise.

And theory number 3, (puts up ring finger*) you want to become stronger for someone, something, or just for yourself. Either way it doesn't really matter to me.

But if I had to bet, I would go with number 3. Is my bet correct?"

Nōkon:"... Yes, but what does it matter to you?"

Shomei:"Well I just want to confirm my hypothesis before asking; would you like to make a deal with me?"

Nōkon:"What type of deal?"

Getting closer to Nōkon, Shomei:"It's simple, I'll give to the power to protect whoever or whatever you want and you'll become mine"

Nōkon:"Although I can see that you're quite powerful, having an Inner World and all. But I doubt that you could help me, what I need isn't just pure power but something else as well"

Shomei:"And What is this something else you need?"

Nōkon:"... I used to be in an adventurers group with my sister, during one of are dungeon exploration are group was unfortunate to encountered a monster surge. Unfortunately some of the members in are group were kill while some were gravely injured... and my sister was given something worst than an injury. My sister was cursed by a dying skeleton mage. As the skeleton mage knew it was dying, it cursed my sister with the curse of eternal burning as it's last act before it died. The curse slowly burns the target's body until he or she dies... but because we thought that my sister was sick and just had a fever since the dungeon was dirty and she might have just gotten something in the dungeon, we let the curse develop. When we found out about the curse, it was already to late to dispel it. After awhile of trying to find a way to get rid of the curse, we were running out of time. Not wanting to lose hope, I had to watch as my sister was sealed in ice so that we could have more time to find a cure... but while I was searching for a cure for her... someone kidnaped her. I don't know what twisted bastard took her, but once I'll find them, I won't just kill them, I'll make them want to be dead" Saying that last part, I could see Nōkon tighten the grip on her sword and hear her grind her teeth.

Shomei:"So you want power to protect your sister and a way to help her"

Nōkon:"Yes, If you can do that. I'll do anything for you, I'll even become your slave and do whatever you want to me"

Shomei:"Hmmm... do you have any leads on where your sister might be?"

Nōkon:"Not really, the person who kidnaped my sister didn't leave any trace and I don't know anyone who would want take her"

Shomei:"Hmmm..."

Shomei:Hey Eva, do you have anything that can help in this situation?

Eva:There are tracking skills the User can use, but most of them require either the User to have had contact with the target or used within kinda of the same time period the target has left. Considering that the User hasn't made contact with Nōkon's sister and that the kidnapper has taken Nōkon's sister for long time now, I don't think the User can give yourself an ability that would help.

Shomei:Is there anything else I can do?

Eva:... If Nōkon has something with her sister's scent, he User can create or tame a Shirshu and use it to track down Nōkon's sister.

Shomei:What's a Shirshu?

Eva:The Shirshu is a large, star-nosed mole-like mammal that has no eyes and, therefore, relies on its highly specialized sense of smell instead. The shirshu can smell a particular scent over hundreds of miles away, making it an ideal tracker. In addition to its strong smelling abilities, the Shirshu's saliva contains paralyzing agents. Along with its large, sharp set of teeth, the shirshu has a whip-like tongue, tipped with large, triangular papillae, which the shirshu uses to disable its prey. Depending on the target's size and how hard it is hit, the Shirshu's tongue can either stun or paralyze prey for a period of time, ranging from a few minutes up to several hours.

Shomei:Where can I find one?

Eva:I think it's better for the User to create a Shirshu inside of trying to tame one.

Shomei:Why?

Eva:The Shirshu having a low birth rate and can live almost anywhere underground, makes it hard to find even if the User were to try to purchase one since not just anyone has a shirshu. Even if someone did have a Shirshu, it even harder to find two with different genders. Making the Shirshu an almost impossible animal to breed more of.

Shomei:... Although some people on earth and maybe here would think is either morally or philosophical wrong, I guess it's ok to create a mole to help find a kidnaped person... the Shirshu isn't an intelligent creature right Eva?

Eva:... well it can be considered unintelligent like most animals, unless the User counts the shirshu ability to be trained by humans and turn into a tracking hound like a dog as intelligent.

Shomei:I guess it should be fine.

Shomei:"I think I have a way to track your sister"

Nōkon:"Really?! How?"

Shomei:"I have(can make) a Shirshu. As long as you have something with your sister's scent on it, I think that it can track down your sister. And if you meet anyone that gets in your way, I'll be there to help"

Hearing that her sister could be saved, Nōkon started crying tears of joy, Nōkon:"Thank you! I don't know if I can ever repay you"

Shomei:"You don't have to thank me, just remember the deal"

Not phased by the thought of what could happen to her, Nōkon still had a smile on her face. Nōkon:"Don't worry, I'll give myself to you. As long as you can get and help my sister, I won't care what happens to me... just promise me that you'll take care of my sister when I'm yours"

Shomei:"You have my word"
