8 THAT NIGHT (EIGHT)

After dealing with waaay too many questions about how I managed to improve so much, I snuck away from the crowd up to my dorm where for some reason I couldn't find Henry. I noticed a strange sucking groaning noise coming from his closet and opened it up to find Henry going to town on some girl from our class. I immediately apologized, covered my eyes and closed the closet door. After which shouting, "next time don't be so damn loud man, or just be on the bed with a sign on the door."

After washing my face and trying to get that image out of my head, I decided to meditate until nightfall when I was supposed to meet the princess.

Finally it was time. I headed out of my dorm to meet with Rachel out in the courtyard.

From up high in his office the headmaster felt one of the students he was keeping a special eye on leave their rooms. The headmaster noticed it was leo who left his room and wondered where he could be going. He decided to watch him from afar and intervene if need be. He followed him to the courtyard where he saw him meet with the elven princess. 'oh, young love' he thought as he walked away.

I made it to the courtyard and waiting for me was a scene that took my breathe away. Rachel was standing there shyly, in her pajamas. The thing was, her pajamas consisted of a long pair of semi baggy pants and a crop-top showing off her perfect white freckled skin. I pushed to just admire the sight before my eyes making sure to look at every detail until I heard an annoyed "done checking me out yet?" that made me jump. I tore away from the perfect body to see a more perfect face staring somewhat angrily at me. "well, why you call me out here so late?"

"right, right" I said "actually its better if I show you, follow me"

I led her to the classroom where the crystal was being held, and dragged her to the crystal. I said "ready"

she nodded

I used all the water mana I had and put it into the crystal, I was ready to show my power, but that in multiple elements was a little too much at the moment. She nearly fainted when the number popped out of the crystal high enough to make me a rank 7 mage.

"wha...who...were...waa." she stuttered, unable to form complete words.

"whaddya think" i asked

"wtf" she said

"rank seven first year mage, oh my gods."

I laughed, "you are the second person to know of this, tell no one, can I trust you" I asked

"of course" she said. "goodnight" she said and walked away. She ran back, went up on her toes and kissed my cheek then ran away without giving me time to react. I touched my cheek and smiled like an idiot as I walked all the way back to my room.
