Hi,my name is Ace caldwell and I'm 18 and a average person that is sadly a otaku. My almost newlywed friend wants some help on marriage with his wife. I decided to help him because I'm nice and bored of rewatching Naruto, I might try That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime, I've only watched it once.
"Ace! There you are, I thought you wouldn't show up" A boy with blond hair and full brown clothes named xavier shouted as I got closer. " Hi ace, it's nice to meet you, I'm maria" A squeaky voice said as I stopped infront of them.
" Of course I know you, I've heard some rumors about you cheating on him" I said seriously.
" W-WHAT! " She yelled, completely red.
" He's joking, don't worry, ace you need to refrain from your bad jokes. " Xavier said, clearly embarrassed about what his friend did.
" Hehe, sorry it's just I spend a lot of my time thinking of jokes, so I tend to have a joke prepared at all times" I said.
" MOVE OUT OF THE WAY!" We all heard a voice screaming, I looked at the direction it came from and a man with a knife was running through the crowd. "I'll protect you!" Xavier said as he put himself infront of the man and maria.
The man was about to jab the knife into xavier but my body moved on it's own and I blocked it with my body. I got stabbed.

This is the end isn't it, well, Tensura here I come, maybe I'll be the main character.

The man had ripped the dagger out of me and stabbed another person. The man dropped onto the ground and I fell beside him.
" Heh, I guess we die the same way huh?" I questioned the other man.
" I guess it just has to be like this, maybe this is god's plan" The man said to me, completely ignoring two people that were screaming at him. I noticed he looked like Rimuru when he was human.

I looked at the man closer. " Do you hear a voice, saying great sage?" I asked the man. He looked at me then the two people to see if they could hear it too. They couldn't.
"You can hear it too?" He said to me. I was about to say something but, my eyes dimmed and I died. He died right after me.
A blinding light blinded me, I immediately thought about stuff I could be.

He slowly turned to and faced the huge dragon, saying.

The slime 'stood' on a platform on the mountain.
"That entrance was the bomb.co- " Rimuru fell from the platform and into me, I was prepared so I took took my claw and sliced, creating a split second shield.
" You've got some great skills, kid, your also very short for your age" Veldora said.
" HEY IM NOT SHORT! ALSO IM NOT A KID!" I screamed.
" Sure sure" Veldora said.
You know what, I was planning to let you get out but now rimuru's gonna eat you!
"Do you guys have any names?" Veldora said.
"Names ace Dragneel, his name is Rimuru tempest" I said. Rimuru and I felt like something inside clicked.

I started walking towards them, they started fearing me. I walked pass them, Rimuru following.

" Excuse me powerful ones, may you please help us" A voice spoke in the middle of their conversation.
" Uh, sure we would love to help, what happened?" Ace said, forgetting about his conversation with Rimuru.
" Wolves have been attacking us lately, we can't defend against them!" The goblin said.
" Show me your wounded, my friend can help" I said.
They brought us to a small tent, there were about 20 people laying on mats, with wounds ranging from a scratch, to a huge wound on their chest. Rimuru got a idea and ate one of them, he healed the goblin and spat it out. He healed all of them. "Nice one Rimuru!, now we need to prepare for the wolves!"
3 hours later at night
There they are, the wolves!
Wolves gathered around the village, unsheathing their claws. A small fence was between them and the goblin village. The wolves growled as they saw the fence.
"A SMALL FENCE WONT STOP US!" Their leader yelled. The wolves howled and got ready to charge
A small but loud word started this battle and it was.....
