Invitation

Unknown to those rumors, Su Yuxin was still relaxing in the courtyard watching all the subordinates rolling on the floor in pain.

Some were clenching their first trying not to scream whereas some were screaming not being able to hold the pain but not wanting to lose their consciousness.

Losing conscious means failing. Not fully but if you lose conscious the effect will not be to the fullest.

None of them wanted their effort to go to waste. They wanted to do their best.

After a while the process was finished, foul and putrid smell hit everyone nose. It was smelt all over the place.

Everyone ran to the bathroom to get changed. Su Yuxin also went in and closed the back door. She hated this smell.

She hold her head with her hand feeling dizzy. As a doctor, her sense of smell were more active than other people. So for her, this smell was torturing after a while she calmed herself by smelling lavender.

It was her favorite plant.

Everyone rushed back to the backyard after they were done bathing.

Su Yuxin with her high sense of hearing walked out after their return.

They all knelt to the ground.

Su Yuxin looked at everyone progress. The best performance was of Rong Fang and Lu Xiu.

She nodded her head in satisfaction.

"All of you did great job enduring all the pain. Now all of your impurities have left and your constitution had changed.

All of you will take the spiritual energy gathering pills and cultivate here. It effects last 3 hours. After that you guys will practice the training method I prepared for you all. Everyday each one of you will get spiritual energy gathering pills and cultivate for 3 hours. Then rest of the day practice your physical training. Do you get it?"

"Yes Master."

All of them said in union.

"Rong Fan come here and take this training schedule and method. You will be looking after males whereas Lu Xiu you will be looking after females. I hope you both don't disappoint me and let me see huge progress in a week worth of time."

"Master we will not disappoint you. We will show you the best trained troop."

Both of them said in union.

Su Yuxin nodded her then walked away leaving them to do their thing. She then went in and started reading books on spiritual skills.

In General Su courtyard

"General Su, Eunuch Kai is here in the arrival room. He is asking for your and young miss presence."

General Su nodded his head. His stare became cold, he knew his granddaughter who almost died was because of the crown prince scheme. He never brought up that day event In front of Su Yuxin thinking that event might have traumatized her.

He really wanted to kill that crown prince but he couldn't.

'I should break their engagement no matter what. Even if it makes Xiner sad. If I let her marry to that pig, who knows how he will hurt and torture her inside the palace. Might even kill her.'

General Su thought while putting his coat on. He then looked at the maid,

"Go tell Xiner to come at the arrival hall."

He then walked to the arrival hall and saw Eunuch Kai sipping on tea.

He slightly bowed his head.

"General Su."

He called out.

General Su nodded his head at him.

"Eunuch Kai, how have you been?"

"I have been good General Su."

"So what brings you here today at our general mansion?"

Eunuch Kai smiled.

"Let young miss come then I will explain it."

"Sure"

General Su didn't want to push him over much. The servant came and poured him tea and both of them sipped their tea in silence.

In Su Yuxin courtyard

As Su Yuxin was reading her book in her courtyard there was a knock on the door.

"Come in." Su Yuxin said lazily still gazing at her book.

The maid came inside and bowed at the young miss .

"Young Miss, General Su has asked for your presence."

Hearing the news, Su Yuxin looked up at the maid and raised her eyebrows.

"Why so suddenly grandpa called to me? Did something happened?"

The maid timidly nodded her head.

"Eunuch Kai has arrived at the arrival hall and was asking to meet you and General Su."

"Okay then. Let's see why has he came to visit us."

Su Yuxin then stood up and walked to the arrival hall.

When she arrived at the arrival hall she saw both her grandpa and Eunuch Kai sipping tea in silence.

Both General Su and Eunuch Kai looked up after hearing the door open.

There was a beautiful girl in pure black dress. She looked so wickedly enchanting.

These were the first thought of Eunuch Kai.

General Su seeing it was his granddaughter smiled warmly.

"Come here Xiner. Eunuch Kai wants to talk to you."

Eunuch Kai was shocked. He didn't expected this beautiful young lady to be the no.1 trash young miss of General Mansion.

There were rumors that she was as ugly as a witch.

But truth was In front of him. Those rumors were probably from people jealous of her beauty.

Su Yuxin sat next to her grandfather. She looked at Eunuch Kai and smiled,

"Sorry for making you wait for so long , Eunuch Kai."

Su Yuxin said elegantly. Her every moment was elegant like elegance was rooted deep in her bone.

Eunuch Kai quickly dismissed his thoughts and smiled back at the young miss.

"It's alright young miss. I was the one who came to the general mansion without prior notice."

Su Yuxin gently tapped the table while looking at her fingers.

"So for what reason has Eunuch Kai came to visit our General Mansion?"

Su Yuxin asked in her wickedly lazy tone.

"Ahh yes. I am here to deliver the invitation letter to the upcoming Sakura Blossom Festival which is next week. All the young misses have to come to the festival."

Su Yuxin looked up at him.

"Why do we all have to come? Is there any reason?"

Eunuch Kai smiled bitterly.

"Yes, young miss. This year festival's event is to showcase talents of all young miss. It was requested by the imperial concubine. All the events details are written in the invitation letter."

Su Yuxin smirked and accepted the invitation.

"I will surely arrive their at time."

"Then I am rest assured. I will be leaving now. Thank you for the hospitality."

"I won't be seeing you out then Eunuch Kai."

With that Eunuch Kai bidded his goodbye and went back to the imperial palace.
