Ancient Strengthening Technique and letting Qing Yi know

When he wake-up next day it was all ready noontime, Qing Shui slowly sit up and started to rub his eyes using both of his hands when he saw that beside the bed someone was looking at him with tired and worried face.

Noticing that Qing Shui wake-up Qing Yi quickly hugged him with a face full of happiness.

"Shui'er, you've finally regained consciousness Are you feeling alright? and why did you not woke-up all this time!? " Qing Yi asked with a worried expression, it was now that Qing Shui noticed that it's noontime.

"Mum do not worry, I was just tired from yesterday's training and overslept nothing to worry about" Qing Shui's heart was filled with warmth seeing that his mother waited for him to wake up for the entire night.

"Mum, go to sleep. You must be very tired after staying awake for the entire night." Qing Shui said with a naive child-like way of speaking to let her know that he is all right, so Qing Yi can go to sleep easily.

Even so, Qing Yi felt warmth in her heart and could tell that Qing Shui's intelligence was way above the childers of his age. What a very sad thing though, that he is unable to cultivate. If not for that, based on his high level of intelligence and understanding he would have been defiantly be able to become a great genius.

In the end, Qing Yi was still calmed down by Qing Shui and obediently laid down on the bed.

As Qing Shui wanted to get down from the bed to make space for Qing Yi to sleep, she reached out her hands to catch him at her embrace . Qing Shui got in her hands and gently lay in his mother's embrace. without any hesitation.

After waiting for her to fall asleep, he slowly got out of her embrace and silently walk out of the room. with heart filled with excitement thinking that he can now start to cultivate, his blood also started to boil.

He also wanted to know about his transformation, specially what that orange glow was.

The moment he come out of the Qing mansion he started to run at his full speed toward the mountain.

With only a single breath, he managed to run more than half of the distance between the Qing Mansion and the top of the mountain.

Even though his breading was hard, it was not to bad, like in the past, he felt that he can keep on going like this some more.

There was a remarkably big difference when compared to before! He felt that from comparing to the last night before he fallen asleep, currently his body was on a complete different level, like it is a complete new body.

After thinking about it, Qing Shui know that it's because of that image of Yin-Yang which is now imprinted in his sea of consciousness!.

Reacting the top of the mountain, sitting down Qing Shui entered the state of meditation.

His spirit entered into his sea of consciousness where he saw the Yin-Yang symbol again. The Yin-Yang symbol was rotating slowly but continually, letting out streams of energy, that slowly entered Qing Shui's body and organs, transforming them.

During the period of unconsciousness yesterday, a lot of information regarding foundation building and strengthening techniques had flowed into his mind alongside the knowledge he acquired from this past year reading books. He had already decided to use them to strengthen his body.

Moreover, from yesterday night , he no longer has the same weak and delicate body from before.

The Yin-Yang symbol in his sea of consciousness is continuously nourishing him with energy, slowly transforming his body. He is sure that together with his current physique, and by practicing the Ancient Strengthening Technique seriously, he wouldn't need that much time before the quality of his body become stronger than normal cultivators.

Qing Shui looked through various information in his mind and decided to focus his attentions on mastering body strengthening techniques! The most important point of the body strengthening technique is to having a solid foundation. It also needed a trough body and bones. As long as he can make the quality of his body strong enough, there would be basically no difference between him and the other normal cultivators.

The Ancient Strengthening Technique that Qing Shui was about to start cultivating is one of the strongest strengthening technique in existence.

Cultivating the Ancient Strengthening Technique would allow a cultivator to strengthen ther body greatly. The effects were quite similar to the rotating, seed-sized YinYang symbol inside of his sea of consciousness.

The Ancient Strengthening Technique could also nourish one's bones and marrow, refine the organs in one's body, eventually evolving the muscles to become soft to touch, and at the same time also capable of revealing the toughness of steel and iron!.

The only difference between the Yin-Yang symbol inside his sea of conseiosness and the Ancient Strengthening Technique is that, the Yin-Yang symbol inside his sea of conseiosness can strengthen one's body and mind and Ancient strengthening technique can only strengthen one's body.

Qing Shui got up from that place and move to a secluded place and started to practice according to the ancient strengthening technique to form Qi inside his body, then he remember after he faild many time, that this technique is a supportive art and it need a Cultivation technique to form Qi.

When Sun was about to set he made up his mind to tell Qing Yi that he can also cultivate now and returned to Qing mansion.

Finding his way to Qing Yi's courtyard he found her seating at the bench with a sad face while looking afar.

Qing Shui silently sneaked behind her back before shouting in a loud voice "Mum, I am back, I finally recovered, I am fine now!!" He don't want Qing Yi to be sad. therefore Qing Shui decided to loudly called Qing Yi to let her know that he is back.

It was just as he thought, once Qing Yi heard his voice her sadness filled face instantly turned into happiness, greeting him with a smile on her face.

"Mum my body is completely recovered! I can also cultivate just like everyone!" Qing Shui happily smiled.

Qing Shui could see traces of happiness and the once extinguished hope once again returned in Qing Yi eyes!

"Did you do anything that you are not suppose to do? Do not make me worry Shui'er, I just want you to live a happy live.." Qing Yi quickly said to Qing Shui, because from her personal experience it was almost impossible for Qing Shui to recover. There was almost no way for him to start cultivating because of his weak heart.

Qing Shui knew that it wouldn't be that easy to make Qing Yi believe it.

"Mum what i am telling is true. These past few days, Grandpa personally brewed a lot of purple ginseng soup for me to consume. Grandpa said that these 100 year old ginsengs were very valuable!" Qing Shui spoke excitedly in a childish manner.

After hearing this, Qing Yi felt that there was a slight chance that Qing Shui's health could have improved! Compare to the past. She then asked "Qing Shui, tell me the details of what happened, I want to hear everything that happened to you, and when it started."

"It started two days ago, after drinking the 100 year ginseng brew, I felt my body is full of energy. The problem of my breathlessness had also disappeared at that time. Mother had originally forbidden me from cultivating as my heart won't be able to take the stress. However, at that point I could feel an endless amount of energy within me. So I started to ran faster and faster, from Qing Mansion to the mountain, but nothing bad happened to me, but I once saw in a book that valuable herbs can make someone full of energy, becuse of that I didn't tell mother thinking it was only temporary" Qing Shui hurriedly explained.

"Is this true…? Shui`er, is what you are telling me true?!" Qing Yi asked hastily with her eyes filled with tears.

"What I am telling is truth mum. Even Grandpa knows about it, he took my pulse and said that I was fine. but he want to be more certain so he wants to bring me to Doctor Wu, so I came here to ask mother to come with us as well!" Qing Shui excitedly pulled Qing Yi's sleeves slightly as he talked.

"Alright! Let's go to Doctor Wu together!" Qing Yi happily held Qing Shui's hand. The excitement in her heart was forcibly suppressed, but Qing Shui could still somewhat feel it. Now she is just temporarily overjoyed, but in the future, I will have to be stronger to make sure that she stays happy forever!
