Chapter 1Prologue

A figure pranced through the raging storm of the battlefield.

Curses and sorcerers alike fought violently as dark energies and crimson cruel of the fallen stained the ground.

Yet slow her every step the figure lanced her hands like blowing winds gracefully.

She felt the winds move through her body as the abyss steadily ran through her feet.

The warring surrounding gazed at her in roaring confusion except one who saw it quite differently.

Nonetheless the curses filled the air with dark energies as the sorcerers shouted and screamed either from maniacal glee or....fear.

Yet here she was dancing.

A light pink haired boy sped his pace towards her.

"Are you crazy!? You should get out of here! Things are getting bad."

He said loudly voice ringing through the empty fields but she just smiled with thin eyes as her long eyelashes lightened through the blaze of the chaos cheekily.

Besides all that she continued to dance and the one that remembers watched as thoughts he's long forgotten began to resurface.

They dance around him in his dead mind from beneath the compound of his vessel's warm body to his cold lonely domain.

They slowly formed yet a puzzling panoramic that he cannot place. Nonetheless he found it rather unbenknowily intriguing.

Thoughtlessly watching he continued.

Suddenly her slow graceful steps gained momentum and force as ground shook and the abyss was full gazing at all.

Her smile wavered and her eyes whitened lifelessly as the curse emerged.

Before the young man, he found himself looking at the figure of woman whom he comes to know certainly isn't quite human.

The battlefield rumbled as the abyss awoke shivering those who dare stand in its presence.

The woman stopped dancing as the darkness slowly emerged from her as it quaked the earth.

The shadows ran through the surrounding like winds dancing on a flaring tornado.

In a moment of suddenly silent, the black winds formed a figure of seemingly a woman fully of the abyss.

The figure wore a ashened furisode as its shadowy hair despite its storm cloud like appearance danced in the winds.

That one who remembered then finally found himself shakened by the past he fought so long to even remember.

'it can't be....'

He thought to himself as he stood from his throne in the depths of his vessel gazing so near yet so far.

Despite the silence of his domain, out in the fields the dance has begun.

The music plays...

A frightening melody he never thought to hear again played. A unique melody of an olden shamisen of broken beyond relief yet still playing a horrendous though oddly beautiful sound.

That person's own little lullaby..

The woman began to dance again as the memory from centuries upon centuries ago played.

From the time perhaps...

They both were human...

When neither of their hearts were dead and cold and full of spite...

He remembered her clearly..

He bright lush skin under the heat of the sun as she danced on the chaos centuries ago.

Back then she was a light that emerged in his dark world where curses ran rampantly and caused havoc among humanity.

His heart beat for her in the abyss...

As he watched her dance as the crimson flowers splattered through the wind as corpses fell.

Only she could bring such beauty and crimson death like red sakura blossoms in the wind of spring to life.

Cold and uncaring of the lives she took as she danced. She was ethereal..

Yet when he felt her warm hands on his face he knew truly what it meant to be alive in her..

His heart beat for her...

Even when it was dead it could never forget how it felt to beat for her...

Gazing at the present Sukuna awakened from his vessel to gaze at the impossible sight before as dance of shadows swayed the battlefield as her cruel Kabuki mask grinned coldly.

As the music died down just like their hearts from centuries ago..

She gazed at him silently.

"Good to see you. Ne, Yomen-san!"

The woman said cheerfully mocking as her mask fell and her humanly inhuman face was shown.

Although he didn't exactly hear her curse under her breath..

"Dammit, too much interference. I shouldn't have fangirled and tried to take pic to take home of Gojo. Why did I have to see him in the street.."

She said to herself.

Well what was she to do..

She reincarnated into the story centuries before it started.

And atleast after centuries of putting herself to sleep the story begins..

Although when you're a nosy spectator she should've expected chaos.

The Lucky Farm Girl

After dying unexpectedly, she was reborn as a ten-year-old little girl in an ancient farming family, with barely a few rooms in her house and even fewer acres of land, not to mention a household of the old, weak, sick, and disabled. Fortunately, the elders in the family were kind and honest, her brothers loving and good-natured, and the neighbors harmonious and friendly. For Yang Mengchen, who had suffered from her relatives' torment and endured all sorts of mockery and scolding since she was young, this was truly a blessing from heaven. To support the family she loved, she resolutely took on the heavy responsibility of providing for them. If she, a modern corporate CEO who had once dominated the business world, couldn't feed a family, then who could? Pharmaceutical recipes, building greenhouses, opening storefronts... Not only did her family start living a comfortable and prosperous life, but she also led the surrounding villages in creating a magnificent pastoral scene! With money and fame, as she grew up, Yang Mengchen decided it was time to choose a husband, and thus, young talents from around the world began to flock to her. Who knew a grim-faced god of death would be blocking the entrance to the Yang family's home? "You're too tall, you're too short, you're too fat, you're too skinny, you're too dark, you're too pale, you're uneducated, you're deceitful and sly... All eliminated!" In a moment, the entrance was empty, and Yang Mengchen was instantly furious, "Prince, you've driven everyone away. How am I supposed to choose a husband now?" "I would like to see who dares to marry you. I wouldn't mind sending him to the Underworld as a groom!" Yang Mengchen... A certain Prince counted his merits on his fingers: "I have power, prestige, and substance, no concubines, no secret love affairs, no gallivanting— I embody the standards of a husband's three obediences and four virtues... In short, only I, this unparalleled good man, am worthy of you!" The guards: Oh wise and valiant Prince, is it really good to be so lacking in your role as a husband?
