Execution (final)

Inside the Blanche HQ for the South Asian region,

Deep inside one of their rooms, laid a young girl. She was a small sized girl, barely 4 feet tall. However, she was wearing a beautiful dress, and her room was full of everything a young girl like her could ever want. The room had a huge bed, many dolls, nearly every video game, books on all sorts of genres, it was basically heaven for any child. She was even served delicious meals three times a day, and could ask for anything she wanted. She basically lived like a princess, and yet, if one were to look in her eyes, you would find an astonishing difference to what it should be. Instead of having lively eyes full of curiosity that a child like her should have, her eyes were dead. They were like the eyes of someone who had seen enough of life and just wanted to pass on to the other side. Someone who did not care about anything anymore. And yet, they were still alive for some reason. They were alive only to live through their monotonous and spiritless lives, which did nothing to alleviate their pain. And so, as she got of her bed, all Divya could think of was

'When will I be able to rest? Will there ever come a day when I will be free? Free from this miserable existence of mine?'

Astana, Kazakhstan

Walking out of the rebel base, Alaukik and Lalita slowly walked out with three other men in tow. This time, they didn't have to hide or even teleport their way out, and just walked out in plain sight. This was because the three men behind them were important members of the rebel leadership, and commanded quite a lot of power and respect in here. However, while walking forward, Alaukik suddenly paused for a second, and noticing this, Lalita asked,

"What happened?"

Snapping out of his daze, Alaukik replied,

"Nothing, nothing. I just felt .. something. Never mind, let's continue. The faster we finish, the faster we can return,"

'The faster I can get back what's mine. The only reason I'm even doing this is to return the kindness I received,' he thought to himself.

Hearing this, Lalita didn't think much and just started moving forward again. And then instantly, Alaukik teleported them away from the rebel base and towards the parliament. Just a second later, the duo and their group were standing in front of and staring at the huge building that was the parliament of Kazakhstan.

Having done this previously, Alaukik and Lalita didn't waste time on pointless chatter and just instantly began to execute their plan. And so, Alaukik instantly teleported them into the room where the three leaders were holding their meeting, and stood there for a second making sure that all the targets were in here. Once confirmed, he immediately executed all three of them, and in just one second, all three of them had a fountain of blood pouring out of their necks, their minds not being able to comprehend what just happened, and why everything was turning red and black for them.

Seeing this, Lalita looked at Alaukik and said,

"I take back what I said about you."

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

"Nothing, forget it. Let's just move on now. Do you remember where each member's cabin is?"

"Obviously. So, are we going with the ones we previously chose? We had to kill off 3 of the rebels, so we're going to kill two from the government. Agreed?"

"Yes. And remember to bring them back here after you're done incapacitating them."

"Good," saying which, Alaukik immediately teleported away from the group of four and went around killing and getting the higher ups they wanted to Lalita, so that she could control them all.

About 20 minutes later,

Getting up and taking her hand off of the head of a man lying on the ground, Lalita looked at Alaukik and said,

"All done here. And that marks the end of this mission for you. The rest will require the RC to send their puppet, and for me to remain here and help keep these guys in control," she said, pointing towards the four men and two women beside and beneath her.

"Good, good. Then let us return to Vinay," saying which, Alaukik once again teleported them across the city and onto the roof where Vinay was staying. And yet, upon reaching the area, Alaukik started to feel something was wrong.

"Vinay.. Vinay isn't here. WHY isn't he here!" Alaukik said in a wrathful voice, and as he did, his hair started to rise straight up, as if being pushed by an invisible wind, and his entire body began levitating a few centimetres off the ground. And as soon as this happened, Lalita and her six puppets started to feel like the entire space around them had started to collapse on them, and felt like they might die at any moment. Hurriedly, Lalita shouted,

"He might have decided to go somewhere else for a while! Calm down! You're going to kill us this way!"

"He would've never left his post without informing us! Something else must have happened," and even though he was still very much in rage, Alaukik controlled his powers, or at least tried to, and started to look* closely at everything around the area to find any clues regarding Vinay's sudden disappearance. And as he did, he found a piece of paper lying on the ground, Alaukik bent down and picked it up. Turning around and looking* at Lalita, he handed the paper, to which all she did was take it and look down to see what was written on it. However, after reading it, she suddenly became quiet. That was because of only two words,

'Twelve Hours.'

Once again, any comments are really helpful. A big thank you to Dao_of_Balance for finding a mistake in chapter 3. Like.. damn, is it that none of the others noticed it or no one bothered to tell me to fix it? If anyone see's a mistake, just para comment or even chapter comment and I'll fix it. Don't think 'Oh, the author won't fix it anyways.' No no, I will definitely fix it.

Also thanks to Ramon, Shinigami, Obama, True_Daoist, Cass and Hangzoed for commenting! Like I said, it doesn't really matter what you're commenting (unless it's like cursing the novel, then I won't bother to respond), even if it's just you're thoughts on an action a character took, I'll be happy to read them. And I will read them. I will respond to them if it's a question, react if its a thought, and basically reply in some way or another.

Didn't really change much from what it was previously, just made the ending a bit better. However, expect a bigger and more exciting chapter today!

Check out the auxiliary chapter on how to get an extra chapter!

And as always, thank you for reading and have a great day ahead!
