Chapter 12- Conversation

We made our way to the room that we will be staying. It was a big huge. I can see why the king wanted us to stay here. We went inside the room. It was amazing how the room looked. The inside of the room was like one of the rooms where rich people live on. Of course, I understand the person I am going to be staying with is a princess after all.

The principal informs us that our first class will be held on an archery range. She also told us that we will be learning about archery in this field. I know about archery. I do not think that I should go to that class, but the princess wanted us to go. The class will be held tomorrow at 8 AM.

The principal finally left, and we left the room to explore the school. It was almost time to go to eat anyways. The princess was extremely hungry, so I decided to go with her to the cafeteria to eat. After a few minutes, we made to the cafeteria. There was a lot of people there already. The princess and I went to get our food. Everyone in the room stared at us.

Why the fuck are they staring at us? Do I have something in my face? Maybe, I am too handsome or some? I notice that they were not looking at me but at Marissa. Princess Marissa had a smile on her face, while she was getting her food. It does seem like these people know that she is a princess yet. I do not think these people were during this afternoon ceremony.

Marissa Da Fiore grabbed my hand after I got my food, and she pulled me toward an empty table. She sat down first. After she sat down, I decided to sit down as well. I saw how the princess started to eat her food. The way she eats it was elegantly, but also really beautiful. While I was seeing how the princess was eating, a group of guy made their way toward us.

Fuck fuck fuck here comes trouble it seems like I can't even eat in peace.

"Hey, beautiful girl why don't you ditch this loser and eat with us. I promise you will have a nice time." One of the guys says to Marissa.

Well, this guy is starting to piss me off. If he continues, I will kick his ass. He better leave us alone. I am not in the mood to deal with these guys.

"I am not interested in eating with you pathetic asshole. Please leave us alone and go bother someone else" Marissa say to them while looking at me.

One of the guys grabbed Marissa arm, he started to use force to pull her up. This is where I decided enough was enough. After they piss me so much, got out of my chair, and I punch the guy that was holding Marissa arm in the stomach. Afterward, I kick another guy in the face. Then I punch the last guy in the face. All this lasted a few seconds. All three of the guys drop to the floor unconscious.

"It seems like people never learn. Let keep eating Marissa pretend as nothing had happened." Arturo says to her after sitting down on the chair.

Everyone started to look at me like I was a monster, but I did not care. The food was delicious. What I was eating it was a piece of chicken, as well as some rice. The princess had the same as me. After eating, the princess and I made our way toward our room.

"I want to get to know your better since you are my fiancé." Marissa says to Arturo with a determined look on her face.

Well damn, I guess I will have to talk to her about myself.

"What would you like to know about me, Marissa? You can ask me anything you want, and I will answer you." Arturo says to her with a look of somewhat annoyed.

"I would like to know how you became a god of war. I also would like to know what you like to do, and what you don't'. I want to know what you dislike and what you like." Marissa responded to him with a smile on her pretty face.

"I cannot really say how I became a god of war since I don't even know that. I like to fight against people. It feels amazing when I have a sword in hand. It feels like I become one with it. It feels like the sword is part of me. I do not know how to describe it. I do not like when people stare at me it makes me feel horrible. My favorite food is a dish made of fish plantain and fried onions. That is the best dish ever. I don't really like sour things. They make me feel sick." Arturo says to her while looking at her eyes.

Why in the world did I say that to her? I should have ignored her demand to know more about me, but is too late now. I have done it. I had to open my big mouth. Shame on me.

"Wow, that so cool thank you for answering me. For me, I hate when people try to please just because I am a princess. It is so annoying especially when they want something. I love to meet new people, so I can be friend with them. This makes me really happy. My favorite food is chicken with garlic. I love to eat it with fried rice, of course, a tall glass of you go fine with it. I really like talking to you, Arturo. I want to say thank you for saving me. I really appreciated how you save against those goblins. Also, I want to thank you for what you did on the cafeteria to the guys. That made me really happy to know that I have you on my side." Marissa says to Arturo with a smile on her face.

Wow, she kind of got a pretty smile. What am I saying I need to stay being an asshole I cannot let people in again? Or can I? Fuck I do not know anymore. I choose to stay being an asshole. Who needs a friend or a girl? I know I do not.

"We should go to sleep is getting late, and we have classes in the morning. I will wake you up tomorrow. I hope you have a good night rest. I will go to my room if you anything let me know. Arturo said to Marissa as he started to walk towards his room.

Why did I say I hope you have a good night? It sounds like I care about her. What in the world is happening to me? I need to be an asshole I cannot afford to change. I won't change I will stay like I am.

After saying that I made my way to my room without letting Marissa answer me. When I made my way to my room I began to take off my clothes. The only thing I had left was my underwear. I went inside the bathroom, I decided it was time to take a shower. After deciding to take a shower I took of my underwear, and I went inside the bath. Ten minutes later, I put my underwear and went to sleep.

(Marissa point of view)

We finally arrived at the school after a long way here. I have made friend with the two girls Arturo have rescued. They are really nice, but it seems like Arturo is annoyed with them. I do not know why since they are really nice.

Arturo has barely talked after we have rescued that group of people. He always has a strange look on his face. The look is like he does not want to be near us. I do not know how to explain it. It seems like he hate us for some reason, but at the same time, he treats us nice. I do not know maybe I am imagining things.

The group of five people left to get their registration completed. The soldier that came with us also went and register us. I wanted to register my save, but they refuse, they say the princess of the country and the general should not do a simple task.

Afterward, we made our way toward the principal office. She informed us that we will be living in the same room. Wait for a second, did she say we will be living in the same room. How can live in the same room with a guy? This is beyond embarrassing. I wanted to refuse, but I know that won't get me anywhere since is my dad order. At least we will sleep in a separate bed that separated by a wall and door. This is not that bad. I can deal with that.

After we got to our room, the principal left the room. I am hungry, and I want to eat something.

"Hey, Arturo we should go to the cafeteria and eat. I am extremely hungry." I say to him with a smile on my face. He agreed with me of course.

After Arturo agreed, we started to make our way toward the cafeteria. The cafeteria was extremely elegant. It looked somewhat like the dinner room in the palace. This made me surprised of course. I was not expecting this. Arturo and I made our way to get our food. After we got our food, I grabbed Arturo hand I pulled him toward a huge table that was empty. I notice that many people were looking at us. That is really annoying, but I do not care since I will be eating with the handsome Arturo.

The food that I got was so amazing it is really good. Arturo looked like he enjoins his food. That put a smile on my pretty face of course. Arturo looked so mainly while eating the chicken. Even so he was eating it like no one was around. I do not care about that. A group of three guys approached us while we were eating. This is getting annoying.

"Hey, beautiful girl why don't you ditch this loser and eat with us. I promise you will have a nice time." One of the guys says to Marissa.

I knew this was going to happen. They are here to harass me. This is extremely annoying. They are interrupting my only time with my handsome Arturo. They should go and die.

"I am not interested in eating with you pathetic asshole. Please leave us alone and go bother someone else" I say to them while looking at Arturo's eyes.

One of the losers grabbed my hand after I say that. He began to pull me out of my chair. At this moment, Arturo got up of his chair like an angel from heaven. He punched the guy that was grabbing on the stomach. The next second the guy was on the floor unconscious. After Arturo punched that guy in the stomach, he kicked the other guy on the head. That guy also drooped to the floor unconscious a second later. The third was a punch in the face and he also dropped to the floor a second after. Everyone in the room was looking at Arturo with admiration.

"It seems like people never learn. Let keep eating Marissa pretend as nothing had happened." Arturo says to me as he sat on his chair as nothing have happened.

How cool he looked when he did that. At this moment, everyone was looking at me with envy. I do not know why but it seems like the female that was eating here hate me. After we got done eating, Arturo and I made our way toward our room. We talked in the room for about two hours, and I got to know Arturo better. I am liking him even more. After we were finished talking, Arturo left the room and went to sleep, and I also went to sleep.
