8 There's a war...already?!
Night Shadow walked towards the Tower. He had already gone there once so, going the second time was faster. Within a few minutes, he reached the Tower.
Night Shadow entered the tower but it was empty today. Night Shadow got confused.
'What's going on?'
Night Shadow did not know what's going on so he didn't pay attention to it and kept walking towards the reception.
"You know what to do", the receptionist said without bothering to look at him.
The door behind the receptionist opened and Night Shadow went inside. Night Shadow continued walking to the square platform and stood on it. The translucent walls appeared and the suction force pulled Night Shadow. While flying, Night Shadow got a message which shocked him.
[Time until war: 1̴4̴ ̴y̴e̴a̴r̴s̴ ̴3̴5̴9̴ ̴d̴a̴y̴s̴ ̴1̴6̴ ̴h̴o̴u̴r̴s̴ 10 days]
Night Shadow didn't know what to say. He knew every day there would war going on with the bots of Cybertron but they never changed his "Time until war". Never. It only means that this war is not a small one.
'Hey, system. Could you explain what's going on?'
[This war will change the history of Cybertron. It was because of this war, the "War of Cybertron" happened]
Night Shadow got shocked. It seems that there was a trigger that was released for the "War of Cybertron". Night Shadow became serious about this.
'I need XP for leveling up but...'
Night Shadow widened his eyes when he read the next message posted by the system.

Night Shadow became excited.
Firstly, he got to know that every time he kills a bot, he gets 1000 XP for it. So, he thought the enemies would be non-living beings. Night Shadow could finally see what other non-living beings look like.
Secondly, he could 50 points for each kill. That means, 10 million points just like that but he could get more because it said "at least 200,000". Killing more would get him more.
Thirdly, he could get unlimited Energion wherever he could go. Night Shadow knows that without Energion, the transformers would only be able to live for a maximum of 100,000 years. The normal lifespan of normal transformers is 1 million.
Night Shadow couldn't help but get excited about the rewards but he also became serious that this was his first 'A' grade mission. The enemy bots were probably very strong.
Night Shadow thought about it and found out that what he needed were weapons of mass destruction. Night Shadow didn't think about it much as his speed started slowing down. The platform for the triangular room opened, he went through it and stood on the platform.
"Hello, Night Shadow", Deus's deep voice called out in respect.
Night Shadow also bowed back to Deus.
Deus said, "Night Shadow, insert your USB into the USB port and collect all the information. We have decided to give you a gift. There is classified information on Planets, Other beings we found on many planets, and Mechanical knowledge you wanted"
Night Shadow became very happy. He did not expect to get more classified information on other planets, and beings. When Night Shadow transferred the first time, he felt something was missing from the knowledge he had gained. Maybe this was the thing that was missing.
Suddenly, the floor of the room opened and a long black prism diagonally came out of it. It kept moving diagonally until it reached in front of Night Shadow. The prism that was in front of Night Shadow had a USB port. Night Shadow understood what to do and transformed his arm hand into a USB and inserted it.
The instant he inserted it, a screen appeared in Night Shadow's vision which had three files - "Mechanic", "Information on other beings" and "Planets". Night Shadow clicked on "Mechanics" and saw a lot of information. He selected all the information and transferred it.
Instantly, he felt a similar yet uncomfortable feeling in his core. The data kept transferring for 1.5 hours when it stopped. Night Shadow became surprised because the amount of information in this file was less compared to the one he had done in his workshop yet it took longer time to transfer.
Night Shadow didn't give it much thought and started doing the same for the other two files. It took another 3 hours to finish the transferring of the files. Night Shadow felt the information was now complete. The topics in the "Mechanic" folder had more blueprints than information. Night Shadow felt he was very lucky to obtain the blueprints because he was in need of weapons for the war. The long prism retracted into the floor and the floor closed.
Night Shadow then asked, "Creators, is it okay for providing me with 10 million tonnes of Rarified Energon? In return, ask any question you like and I will try to answer it"
The creators looked at Night Shadow with confusion and were about to ask why he needed them when they heard the 1 question they could ask Night Shadow. They could even give him a billion tonnes because the thing they never lacked in was in Rarified Energon but they would never get a chance to ask a real Beastbot a question of their past.
The creators started discussing with each other for a long time before they came to conclusion.
Deus said, "Alright, we will give you 10 million tonnes of Rarified Energon. In return, we would like to know what existence wiped out your race?"
Night Shadow sighed in relief but started thinking about what to answer them. He thought about it for a few minutes before lying in a grim voice, "I hate to disappoint you but all I can say is, the existence that wiped us out was incredibly powerful. More powerful than you have ever seen. An existence like no other"
When the creators heard this, they became very serious. They knew that the existence that wiped out the Beastbots was indeed very powerful but didn't know how powerful. But listening to Night Shadow, they understood they had underestimated the power of existence. Although it was not a very detailed answer, it was understandable for a Beastbot to survive till today to only remember that much.
"Thank you Night Shadow, for telling us that. For the Rarified Energon, we will provide you with 20 million tonnes but we don't have the capacity to hold it", Creator Deus said.
Night Shadow gave a smile and said, "No problem. Just give the Rarified Energon. I have the storage to store it"
Creator Deus nodded in relief and told Night Shadow to hold on tight. The moment he said that the platform beneath Night Shadow opened and Night Shadow fell in. All Night Shadow had was a smirk on his face.
After going down for 15 minutes, Night Shadow suddenly stopped. Night Shadow became confused but the confusion did not last for long when the force pushed him into one of the walls and he passed through it.
'Illusion creation?!!!!'
Illusion creation was one of the advanced mechanic's knowledge and was extremely complicated to make.
Suddenly Night Shadow reached a huge room with piles and piles of translucent bricks. Night Shadow looked in awe at the piles.
'Just how much Rarified Energon do the creators have?'
Night Shadow shook his head and told the system to keep all the bricks in the storage. Instantly, the bricks disappeared and the room became dark. Night Shadow switched on night vision and looked at the room. Due to his eyes being of the best quality, it was easy for him to see through the darkness. It was 20 km in length, width, and height. A perfect square. Night Shadow thought it would be a nice place to make the spaceship but he did not want anyone to see what he wanted to make.
Suddenly, creator Deus came right behind Night Shadow.
"Is there a problem, Night Shadow?", he asked.
"No, it's just that this would be an amazing place to make what I wanted to make", Night Shadow said with a sigh.
Creator Deus thought about something and said, "Why don't you use it? I can provide you with the materials and we won't monitor you. But there is something you would have to do for us"
"What can I do for you, creator?"
"I want you to participate in the war"
Night Shadow paused for a moment and said, "Alright, we have a deal"
Night Shadow told the materials he needed and Deus said it would come in 20 minutes. Night Shadow had gotten a lot of blueprints for weapons, armor, and even some spaceships. He chose the "Fallen Phoenix Spaceship" and the "Cosmic Compressor Cannon". Night Shadow also chose some short-range and long-range weapons. The Fallen Phoenix Spaceship had great defense as well as great speed, making it a very suitable spaceship for him. The Cosmic Compressor Cannon is a very powerful gun that could destroy planets but the only problem is, it takes 5 minutes to reload. Although it may not be much, in war, every second counts.
Before the materials came, Night Shadow wanted to distribute his stat points.

Night Shadow suddenly felt he could make more changes to the Fallen Phoenix Spaceship to make it faster and increase its defense. It was due to the tremendous increase in his intelligence stats. He called Deus and told him the order for the new materials. Deus said the new materials would take another 10 minutes to reach.
Night Shadow finally sat down and let out a sigh of many emotions. He started remembering how he reincarnated here, how he surprised every bot when he had affinities with 4 kinds of transformations, how he felt when he first flew, and so on.
'Life really is strange and sometimes amazing, isn't it?'
Night Shadow smiled and waited for the materials to come. He waited for 20 minutes before the first batch of materials came. Night Shadow stood up and started building the spaceship. In another 10 minutes, the second batch of materials came in and Night Shadow started working seriously. For the whole spaceship, he was going Rarified Energon. If anything hits his spaceship, he did not want to go out of the spaceship to repair the damage and risk himself.
'Alright, this is going to take a lot of time'

In a random place in space,
A purple-black colored spaceship was floating in the middle of a humongous fleet.

Inside the control place, stood a 32 feet tall transformer, completely in black and had purple eyes. He looked at the opposite fleet and then at its own fleet.
"How are the stabilizers, Athena?
"There are working perfectly, master"
"Good, get the weapons ready"
"Yes, master"
The transformer was none other than Night Shadow himself. Night Shadow looked in awe as he saw the stars, spaceships, and Cybertron from space. It was his first time in space, so he would naturally be excited. All types of black Cybertronian spaceships stood with each other facing the enemy fleet. The enemy fleet was completely white with hints of gold. Their fleet looked pure, grand, and majestic whereas the Cybertronian fleet looked dangerous and cold.
The main command ship of the enemy was at least 25 km long and completely white in color with a golden ring rotating around it.

The main command ship of the Cybertronian Army was even bigger than the enemy ship. It was completely black and at least 40 km long.

Suddenly a voice called out from the enemy command ship, "Cybertronian bots, we, the Carbon-Angel Race, want you to surrender yourself and the resources of Cybertron. We do not want to fight with you. If the war starts, we will completely obliterate your race"
The voice sounded way too arrogant.
Night Shadow thought sarcastically, 'Am I sure I haven't reincarnated into a wuxia world?'
Suddenly, the holographic picture of the creator Deus came in front of Night Shadow.
Creator Deus asked Night Shadow, "Ready?"
Night Shadow replied with a smile, "As always"
Deus nodded and told the bots to start attacking. The Cybertronian fleet started attacking.

Many of the enemy's fleet started being destroyed but they didn't stay still too. They started attacking the Cybertronian fleet but couldn't do the same damage the Cybertronian fleet did to them.
Night Shadow's eyes lit up as he saw the enemy's fleet being destroyed and blasting like fireworks. It was indeed a very beautiful scene but Night Shadow had other things to do.
Night Shadow said while pointing to one of the enemy's fleet large ship on the radar, "Target this ship, Athena and fire the Cosmic Compressor Cannon on it"
"Yes, master", said the beautiful voice of Athena.
The cannon pointed to the ship and fired.
The bullet launched at a speed even faster than the speed of light and when it touched the targetted ship...
BOOM!!!!
It blasted to nothing more than metal scraps. It was brilliant and beautiful.
Night Shadow looked at it in awe and said while targeting another ship, "Reload the cannon and use the Void Disintegrator Cannon to destroy this ship"
"Yes, master"
A black and beautiful yet deadly cannon on top of the Fallen Phoenix Spaceship activated and pointed at the targetted ship and fired.

Before anything could happen, the targetted ship vanished like it was never there, and a void space was left behind which sucked another 5 small spaceships of the enemy fleet into it.
The smile on Night Shadow's face never wore off as he targetted another ship and fired.
