Thus just by consuming this shard Will didn't become a broken character as he could only use Rank G spells as of now even when having A level mana.

Further, another problem was that his strength and speed had been locked at G level, ie , in order to raise his rank he could only go for increasing his vitality.

This in itself was a big problem.

In this world one could increase his strength by exercising, fighting and consuming world treasures.

Similar case was for speed.

Mana could be increased through repeated using of spells, meditation and consuming world treasures.

But vitality, well vitality was something that was the toughest to increase.

Vitality increased by either eating world treasures or through body tempering pills.

Now, yes world treasures could increase all stats, but they had some problems.

For starters, finding one was tough(that's why they are called as world TREASURES)

Also, they were really expensive when sold on auctions.

Further one couldn't endlessly consume world treasures. "Too much of anything is harmful" – this statement applied to world treasures too. Consuming too many harmed the body in the long run and hence they were used sparingly.

The second method – body tempering pills was what people usually followed.

Body tempering pills were something that people found by killing monsters in dungeons.

A rank F monster would drop rank F tempering pills , a G rank one may drop G rank tempering pill and so on.

The problem in this ? one could only eat 1 pill each day.

Also, after consuming one pill, the whole body pained for 30 minutes to an hour.

This was because body tempering pills destroyed the cells of the body and then remade them. This continuous process of of destruction and reconstruction strengthened the body cells and hence increased the vitality.

Because increasing vitality was slow and a very painful process, people usually didn't focus on vitality.

Warriors, archers focused on strength and speed.

Mages usually focused on mana and either strength or speed.

Only the tanks focused on vitality.

But Will by consuming the shard of mellow had to now focus on vitality as this was his only choice.

'Sigh…. My journey would now be fraught with pain.' Will had tears in his eyes while thinking about this.

'I could have written in the book that eating tempering pills wont hurt. But no I had to write how painful in was to increase it in the book... F**k you realist author Will' With this thought he started his return journey.

Will was standing in front of a big building.

This was in fact the most popular building in Divine.

Even at this time, when the holidays were going on, it had many people.

It was the dungeon palace.

Divine was the best school of the continent, because of this building.

The reason why student's flocked from all over the continent to get admission in Divine was because of this building.

Dungeon Palace , was actually a portal.

Divine actually controlled many dungeons of different ranks – right from G upto B.

Each student was allowed to go to any one dungeon once every day.

Further , whatever the students earned inside the dungeon could be kept by them as long as the entry fees.

The entry fees depended on the rank of the dungeon and the time spent inside the dungeon by the student.

Will entered the building and went to the receptionist.

The receptionist was reading a book.

"Give your ID and state the dungeon you wish to enter.", she said without even looking up from the book.

Will gave her the ID and then said."Rank G goblin's cave"

The receptionist swiped his ID and returned it while also giving him a card.

"You may go stand in the line in front of the portal and wait for your turn. Give the card to the guard near the entrance of the portal.After you return, you'll have to pay the fees. If anything goes wrong inside the dungeon, just message us through your phone. Good luck"

Will patiently waited for his turn.

Whenever a student entered , they had to wait for 1 minute before the next student could enter. This was the time needed for the portal to reset and connect to the next dungeon.

Soon, his turn came and he gave the card to the guard.

The guard inserted his card in the machine next to portal and wished Will good luck.

With this Will entered the portal.

"ugh…." Will fell on his knees while holding his stomach.

'So this is the feeling that one experiences after being teleported.' He wanted to puke but controlled it.

After few seconds he stood up.

He looked around and found himself at the entrance of a cave. The cave was well lit by torched all along its wall.

Will then heard a sound from the other direction.

"Kueeckk", There stood a goblin who still hadn't noticed Will.
