18 Perfect Cherry Blossom (Part 3)
Richard: "I guess that means I'm first?"
The battleground was set, Richard prepared to face Youmu in a showdown that would determine their path through Hakugyokurou.
Youmu: "it doesn't matter who is first, lets get this over with already"
Youmu goes into a stance while Richard wags his finger at her
Richard: "Lets fight in the sky alright?, you don't want to damage this whole area"
Youmu looks at Richard with a stoic but contemplating look
Youmu: "Fine"
Richard looks over at the duo behind him
Richard: "you two stay here for a bit, ill be right back"
Reimu and Marisa look over to Richard before speaking
Reimu: "alright but don't take too long"
Marisa: "take as much time as you want, ill just play that Uno game you taught me with Reimu ~ze"
Richard then looks back to Youmu
Richard: "Alright then, lets get this over with"
With a nod from Youmu, Richard and the ghostly gardener took to the sky, leaving the ground below untouched by their impending clash. The landscape of Hakugyokurou, with its cherry blossom-laden fields and the imposing figure of the ghostly mansion, diminished to mere indistinct dots as they gained altitude
The wind rushed past Richard and Youmu as they ascended until Reimu, Marisa and Gate had become invisible from there perspective
Richard: "Stop!, this is high enough"
Youmu and Richard immediately stop in the air
Youmu: "We are high enough now, so now I will have to kill you"
Richard wipes some sweat of his face but grows a playful smile
Richard: "haha!, you keep on saying that but your a yokai so it should just be a non lethal danmaku battle.
Youmu looks at Richard with a little but of confusion
Youmu: "I have no obligation to engage in a danmaku battle with you, I'm a half human and half phantom hybrid"
Richard looks at Youmu for a minute then grows a wry smile
Richard: "ehh?"
Richard: "so we are fighting for real then?"
Richard: "why would you even want to kill me!?!"
Youmu looks at Richard as if he is stupid
Youmu: "Well your an intruder, and if I kill you you just turn into a phantom or reincarnate, so why should I hesitate?"
Richard chuckled at Youmu's matter-of-fact response, appreciating her straightforwardness. The aerial stage was set for a unique confrontation between a powerful yokai and a half-human, half-phantom gardener. The winds whispered around them, carrying with them the scent of cherry blossoms as they hovered above the ghostly realm of Hakugyokurou.
Richard: "Fair enough, I suppose"
Richard: 'Hey system show Youmu's stats"

Hakurouken is the ancestral wakizashi of the Konpaku family, which only they are capable of using. It has the power to dispel the confusion of those it cuts. That is, using it on humans will cause them minor pain and discomfort though it is also able to kill them, while using it on phantoms will send them to nirvana.
This can also send spirits to heaven even if they don't deserve it.

Richard stared at the information displayed by the system with a mix of disbelief and intrigue. Youmu's skills and equipment were far beyond what he had anticipated, and the prospect of facing her in a real battle took on a whole new level of seriousness.
Youmu after seeing Richard have a face full of emotion after looking intently at the sky for forty seconds then breaks the silence
Youmu: "Hello?"
Richard, jolted back to the present, blinked rapidly as he refocused on Youmu. A momentary lapse in his attention had caused him to inadvertently display his surprise. He quickly composed himself, offering a sheepish smile.
Richard: "Oh, uh, sorry about that. Got lost in thought for a moment there. Anyway, I've got a better understanding of what I'm up against now."
Youmu maintained her stoic expression, though a subtle quirk of her eyebrow hinted at mild curiosity.
Youmu: "Ok then, Lets start"
Richard shook off the remnants of his surprise and grinned, displaying a newfound determination.
Richard: "I'm gonna need to take this seriously"
Richard: 'System put all my troll points into agility and mana'

Richard, fueled by his determination and the newly boosted stats, felt an immediate surge in power. The transformation was palpable, the air around him crackling with energy as his presence became more formidable.
Richard: 'I need to think of a plan, how can I defeat an enemy that I cant hit?"
Youmu, sensing the change, eyed Richard with a mix of caution and readiness. The cherry blossoms continued to dance in the air, seemingly attuned to the impending clash between these two extraordinary beings.
Richard: "GO!"
With a swift motion, Youmu unsheathed the legendary swords a glint of anticipation in her eyes. The wind seemed to respond, carrying the scent of cherry blossoms as if nature itself acknowledged the significance of this battle.
*ZOOM*
Youmu near instantly catches up to where Richard and attempts to slash him but her swords seem to slow down before they reach Richard
Richard: "Hehe, I nearly forgot I had Limitless, good thing with gojo's mastery and all it just activated on its own"
*Slice*
Richard: "AGH!"
The cut transcended physical boundaries, making contact with Richard and leaving a deep gash across his arm. The wound, both physical and metaphysical, sent shockwaves through Richard's being.
Youmu, having successfully breached the space between them, landed gracefully on the floating sakura petals. Her blades returned to a neutral state, no longer in their empowered form.
Youmu: "That ability is quite strong, you made me have to use my own"
Youmu: "I've never shown anyone the Embodiment of cut, not even my master"
Richard, recovering from the strike, realized the gravity of Youmu's abilities. The battle had taken an unexpected turn, and he needed to adapt quickly to counter the unique skills of the half-human, half-phantom gardener. The winds whispered around them as they stood on the precipice of an otherworldly confrontation in the skies of Hakugyokurou.
Richard: "damn, that was close, you nearly hit me"
Youmu: "?"
Youmu: "Are you stupid, I just cut your arm"
Richard then pulls off his prosthetics arm
Richard: "welp, bye buddy I've had you for far too long anyway"
[Alert! [Hyakkimaru's arm B+] has been destroyed]
Richard: "Reverse cursed technique"
With a swift incantation and a surge of mana, Richard initiated a reverse cursed technique. The damaged arm, once a prosthetic, started to regenerate, reconstructing itself at an accelerated rate.
Richard open's and closes his hands, getting a feel for having his normal arm back
Richard: "Wow, this feels so... fleshy"
Youmu, observing the regeneration with a hint of surprise, readied her blades for the next exchange.
Youmu: "You're resilient, I'll give you that."
Richard: "You've got some impressive tricks yourself. Now, let's continue, shall we?"
The clash resumed in the skies above Hakugyokurou, where cherry blossoms continued to dance, seemingly indifferent to the battle unfolding beneath them. Richard, now more wary of Youmu's Embodiment of Cut, strategized on how to counteract the unique ability.
Richard: 'Damn, she is fast. is think her agility is at 3000 since her duel wielding skill'
Richard: 'even though I'm technically faster I can only escape her attack's by teleportation'
Richard while having his body readied is waiting for Youmu to strike so he can dodge
*Slash*
*Fwip*
Richard teleported the instant he saw Youmu move a muscle but As he teleported he felt something running down his cheek and touched it with his hands
he moved his hand in front of his head and saw blood over them that was from the sliced cheek Youmu just gave him
Richard: "damn it, she sliced my cheek"
Richard then heard a voice behind him
Youmu: "you're quick, I was aiming for your head"
Richard, his cheek still stinging from the earlier slash, grinned despite the gravity of the situation.
Richard: "You sure do know how to intimidate people huh?"
Richard was deep in thought, he needed a plan to defeat Youmu now
The wind carried the scent of cherry blossoms as the two combatants weaved through the aerial battlefield. Richard, using his enhanced agility, tried to create dodge by feinting and swiftly changing directions and using his teleportation. Youmu, undeterred, countered each move with precision, her blades cutting through the air like a phantom's whisper.
As they clashed, a plan formulated in Richard's mind. But he needed to get to a place extremally far up in the sky, probably even bordering on the edge between earth and space. But Richard can just lead Youmu on into space, he would die before Youmu could fly up to there.
Richard: 'OH WAIT! I've got it!! I know how to beat her"
*Stab*
Youmu had gotten behind Richard and stabbed him in the chest, her sword going through his body and poking out the other side while blood splattered everywhere around them and continued to gush out as Youmu held onto her sword
Youmu: "That's you finished, now die in peace"
Youmu while still gripping the sword that in Richard, silently commends him for being this agile but her face turn to one full of surprise
But, to her surprise, Richard's expression transformed into a mischievous grin. In a swift and unexpected move, he activated his teleportation ability, whisking both himself and Youmu to an extraordinary altitude where the very edge of Earth met the vast expanse of space.
*Fwish*
The duo emerged at the zenith of the atmosphere, the peak of the stratosphere. Youmu, still holding onto her sword embedded in Richard's chest, gazed wide-eyed at the breathtaking view. The curvature of the Earth, the endless expanse of space, and the cosmic beauty that stretched out before them created a surreal backdrop to their confrontation.
Richard, despite the dire situation, couldn't help but revel in the absurdity of the moment. The massive grin on his face showcased a hint of triumph.
Richard: "Haha, is it getting a little hard to breath?"
Youmu could be seen gasping and backed away from Richard, leaving her katana in his chest
*Gasp* *Cough* *gasp*
Richard: "the only reason you can even hear me is because there is basically only hydrogen here, so sound can go through that"
Richard: "Its not recommended to breath in nearly 100% hydrogen though, since you need oxygen to breath after all. But not like I need it.
Richard: "I have the reverse cursed technique after all. so I don't need air and also while I'm at it"
Richard then pulls Youmu's sword out of his chest and the wound closes by itself
Richard: "hehe, all healed."
Youmu by this point is purple due to suffocation, but suddenly out of nowhere she plunges her second sword into her chest
Richard: "Woah!, what the hell are you doing!"
Youmu: *gasp*
Youmu then pulls the sword out of her, and the would begins to heal
Youmu: "I'm all healed as well"
Richard stares at her in confusion
Richard: "What did you do!, how!!!"
Youmu: "I cut my suffocation"
Richard stares at her in disbelieve
Richard: O_O
Richard: "NO!, you cant do that. Its cheating"
Richard: "cutting your suffocation!!!!, I call bullshit!"
Richard: "Damn it!, my whole plan fell apart because of this"
Richard: "I even took your second sword so you don't get your 30x agility boost so you could not just fly down to get air"
Youmu, now healed and no longer suffocating, maintained her calm demeanor despite Richard's protests.
Youmu: "There's no such thing as cheating in a battle. Adaptability and resourcefulness are crucial. Besides, you brought us here; it's your own doing."
Richard, still processing the unexpected turn of events, couldn't help but marvel at Youmu's resilience. The cosmic backdrop of Earth and space, with the curvature of the planet and the stars surrounding them, added an otherworldly atmosphere to their clash.
Richard: "Well, this certainly complicates things, But at least you she wont nearly as fast. at least if I don't attack her"

{A/n here, or should it be Blender? I don't know , but anyway I did listen to you guys, I made her a little challenging for Richard. This does make this the longest fight in the series so far. but I plan on making more. Specifically after the moon people ark. then after the ark after that}
{as you can tell the chocolates played a give role in this chapter! (sorry I forgot to add it again but i did not want to do that again. so ill give it some screen time next chapter along with the next persons donation)}
