1 Chapter 1 – The world I chose
Hello my name is well that's not important anymore because I was dead. yes, I was indeed dead. I remember how I choked myself to death while eating pizza. I know it's a very pathetic way to die. but as I said I was already dead so there is nothing I can do about it. And now I was floating in darkness. as I thought this is the end
suddenly I heard a voice.
" hello there human."
" I am the god of this world I was observing you for a little while. you were really boring person and then you suddenly died while choking yourself to death and I have to say it was a little fun to watch."
Hearing those words I was stunned. even a god was making fun of me.
" So I will give three wishes. And send you to any world you like." god said.
hearing those words my mind went blank. it,s like the novel I have always read when I was still alive. And if I had to pick a world there is only one I could think of
"Can you send me inside a novel name Trash of the count,s family" I asked.
"if that's what you want ok." god said.
Hearing those words I thought it was a dream come true. I am a very big fan of the trash of the count,s family. And I also was a member of cale,s fan club . young Master silver light let,s gooooooooo.
"What are your wishes?" god asked
Oh I was so happy that I forgot about the wishes. now let me think about something good that will come handy in the novel. after thinking for while I said
"My first wish is give me infinite amount of money in the novel"
From what I have learnt so far from the trash of the count's family. I know that money is really important. so, infinite amount of money would be nice.
"ok tell me your second wish."
"I want the gate of Babylon along with all the treasures inside of it."
Like it or not I was a big fan of Gilgamesh,s gate of Babylon I mean it had all the treasures of the world. you can,t blame me for that can you.
" And as for my third way wish. I want a system that will allow me to buy anything with money and by anything I mean literally anything I want."
"Ok now farewell till next time"
That was the last words I heard before everything turned black. And when I opened my eyes I could see a ceiling not so fancy but good enough.
Was this really the trash of the count's family I asked myself when I open my eyes. after that memories started to flow in my mind.
these were the memories of the person whose body I am in right now. after a few minutes the memories stop flowing . with the memories I know that my name is Joseph Martinez and that this is the Roan Kingdom. I am now at the Henitus territory. and I am an ordinary citizen of this territory. I did not have any special background. my mother died when I was little. and my father died when I was sixteen. now I am eighteen I live by myself. I work at a bar from which I get a decent amount of money and live a decent life.
suddenly I heard a voice
"System activated."
Then suddenly a half transparent screen popped right in front of me out of nowhere.
"The name of the user is Joseph Martinez. this is an almighty system that allows the user to buy anything and everything with money. to do so first you have to go to the storage option of the system and then choose an item from the store if the user has sufficient amount of money then the user will be able to purchase the items. when the user wants to to use the system the user must say 'System' and the system will automatically appear in front of him."
When I asked the system how would I be able to see my balance the system replied
To see the balance of the user. the user has to say,
"Current balance."
and it will show itself. then the system described. after hearing those words I said,
"current balance."
Then another light blue screen appeared out of nowhere the only thing written on the the screen was.
" username Joseph Martinez"
"Current balance: infinity."
whenever the user wants to use money he just have to think about the amount of money he needs and it will appear wherever the use wants it to appear.
And then that screen also disappeared. after that I said,
"The gate of Babylon."
Suddenly lots of portals appeared in front of me. after that I smiled satisfyingly because all of my wishes came true.
Then I went to the bathroom and washed my face. looking at the mirror in front of me. I saw that person's body which was now possessed by me he is quite handsome. light dark hair along with light red eyes I was pretty much as handsome as Cale . after washing up. I finally left the room to see the new world that I was in right now. I know the perfect please to go right now. after leaving the room I am found out today was the 25th day of the 3rd month in the 781st year of the Felix Calendar. I arrived in this world 4 days before kin Rok Su aka cale. that gave me a starting point I thought to myself. after that I arrived at place I wanted to visit.
[The Fragrance of Tea with Poetry]
It was a tea shop that allowed you to read poems while drinking tea. This clean three story building looked to be pretty expensive. It was true that the owner of the shop was very wealthy. In fact, as the bastard son of a concubine of a large merchant guild, he was even wealthier than Cale. The only thing was that he was living here while hiding that identity. I didn't mention it before but I have really sharp memories I can memorise anything I want just by reading it only once. you can say that the novel is literally printed in my mind.
after I opened the door to the tea shop. I entered the tea shop.
l stood at the entrance and looked around the tea shop. It was still early, and there were not many people there. the memories I have. I could tell that this was my first time coming here.
"Welcome"
The owner of this shop warmly welcomed me in. I looked toward the baby pig-like man who welcomed me in from the counter.
'He must be the owner.'
The wealthy bastard, Billos. His round face and full body definitely looked like a baby pig just as Cale had described. His charm was his extremely bright smile.
'He really looks like a piggy bank.'
l took out a silver coin and put it on the counter as I said.
"I plan on staying on the third floor all day today."
I wanted to took out a gold coin but looking at my appearance it was too much for me at that moment.
"Any tea that is not bitter. Do you have novels here too or just poems?"
There was nothing here to do accept read novels or poems.
"Of course. We have a lot of novels"
" Then send up the most interesting book and a cup of tea."
"Yes. I understand."
then I gave the silver coin to Billos
"I'll drink more tea later so just keep it."
A silver coin was worth 100 thousand gallon.so, I think it shouldn't be a problem.
"Just as Cale said."
There was nobody else on the third floor right now because it was early in the morning. I took a seat in the innermost corner of the third floor. I then looked at the window table.
'That was the spot were Cale will sit after 2 days.'
The spot where you could best see the Northern Gate of Western City. Cale planned to watch Choi Han from that location.
so, I sat two tables away from that spot so that I could see Cale properly. then someone came in with my cup of tea and a novel in His hand. then I started to drink the tea and enjoy while reading the novel. after reading the novel for a few hours I finally went down as I was about to leave I told billos
"I would visit again so please keep the spot open for me"
then billos replied.
"I look forward to your return."
as I was on my way back home. I stopped by a tailor shop. it was a fancy shop it would cost a lot of money but it's not like I am in need of any money. infinite amount of money was a lot money. they were not that excited as enter the shop. maybe it was because I wasn't wearing any fancy clothes. but I didn't care and then I ordered 10 most expensive clothes which were worth each 500 thousand gallons. as they were shocked. I paid them with 3 gold coin which was worth 3 million gallons. after they took my measurements. I took the change and was on my way home.
on my way home I bought some food which looked delicious And finally after a long day of enjoying myself I was finally home. then I ate the food. and now I was lying on the bed thinking.
"I should buy a bigger house."
after that I fell asleep and that was how my first day in a new world ended.
