"I think I'm good" "fine your loss" said Milim "anyways I think me and techno should get going as we still have business to take care of" said Milim

"Yeah no problem, just when you come back, please don't scare the citizens this time"

"Sure" she said as she got out of the water, she then snapped her fingers, and her clothes just, poofed into existence,

(POV MC)

I was just lazing around reading a book about poisonous herb's, when Milim came barging into the room, "techno let's go back to the city, I want to see the offerings the people gave us" said Milim "fine, but if we're going back I'm calling a tournament" I said "okie dokie, but it sounds to me like you just want to see how many good candidates there are" she said "of course, if I want good subordinates then I have to make sure they are actually good" I said "fine let's go all ready" said Milim

(The next day)

"WELCOME LADIES AND GENTLEMAN, THE GOAL FOR TODAY'S TOURNAMENT IS TO BE THE LAST ONE STANDING ON THE PLATFORM ABOVE THE WATER, TODAY'S CHOSEN PERMITTED WEAPONS ARE SWORDS, GAUNTLETS, AND KNIVES, SO LET THE GAME BEGIN" yelled the announcer,

As the fighting began I turned to look at Milim, she was looking at the assortment of food that was brought to us,

As I turned my attention back on the fight I noticed that one of them had already evolved into a high level dragonewt, which surprised me as the contestants of this tournament are of the newer generation,

I decided to get some more background information on this one later, but for now I decided to use my skill, [Revealing look] with one look at the target It allows me to see all of their skills, out of the skills I saw these were the most noteworthy,

Now the reason I was a little surprised by some of his skills was that he wasn't named which means he was either born with a higher affinity for fire magic or he'd killed some strong monster,

I decided that this one might be worth training,

(After the game)

After the game was won I turned to the person to my left that was here to tend to us and ask him to bring me the boy,

"Did that boy catch your interest?" asked Milim "yes as you can see he's already evolved on his own without a name so I think there might be some worth in training him" I answered

After they gave the prize for the winner, the person I sent to retrieve the boy came back followed by the Young boy,

"Your Grace I have retrieved the boy that you requested" the servant said with a bow "yes, thank you, please leave us to talk" I told the servant

It was now just me the boy and Milim

"Do you know why I called for you?" I asked "no your grace" said the boy "well I'd like to give you a proposition, would you like to be trained to be one of the jewels working directly under me" I asked "j-je-jewel" he stuttered "me a jewel, I couldn't possibly" he said "of course you can why do you think I would take any interest in you" I said

"with enough training I can turn anyone, correction almost anyone, into a formidable warrior" I said "what do you say" I asked "if you'll have me" he said

"Be ready for the hellish training, I want you at the training ground of the Temple tomorrow at daybreak, don't be late" I said in a stern voice "yes sir" said the boy
