1 Reborn
Looking at the bottom right corner of my monitor I see the time is now 4am, and I can feel the strain on my eyes from over 48 hours of no sleep.
"Come on, just one more good Pokémon and I'll go to sleep." I mutter to myself as I continue the same rhythmic motion of hitting apostrophe and then enter with my index finger and enter with my ring finger. Only for the damn "chill zone" message to pop up.
"Woah there. Way too spicy
You're sending messages too quickly!
Enter the chill zone"
Sighing I just keep tapping entertain until the message goes away stretch as I let my messages send. When my eyes fall back on the screen I see something that made my heart stop. In all my last week of playing PokeTwo on discord I had never seen a legendary Pokémon and now I was staring at a Rayquaza on my screen.
My hands settle on the keyboard and I type out the familiar.
"P!c Rayquaza" and then then a euphoric feeling passes through when the congratulations message pops up.
"Congratulations @Jaron! You caught a level 70 Rayquaza! Added to Pokédex. You received 35 Pokécoins!"
I'm relief I laid my head down on my desk and my eyes fell shut. Wait I need to check its stats! Only when I open my eyes I find out I'm now laying on a bed with a headache. At first I curse myself fro having dreamed about getting a Rayquaza in a game controlled by a bot on discord. But then I begin to notice that I don't recognize this ceiling, so I cautiously sit up and look around.
The movement sends my head spinning and a pain shoots through my head, but I keep looking around as my right hand clutches my forehead. It's a plain, small room. It has the bed that I'm currently sitting on pushed into a corner with an night stand beside it that holds a lamp. The lamp however is covered in the kanto starter pokemon.
I grab a glass of water that was sitting on the stand and gulp it greedily not having realized how thirsty I was, and that's when I noticed more strange things. Usually my hair would be draping down into my face and I'd have to brush it out of the way, but now I had short hair that barely reached my eyebrows.
Feeling panicked I look around some more and see a dresser with a mirror on top of it. Standing I feel disoriented as I make my way to the mirror, wobbling with unsure steps. In the mirror what I see staring back at me is my younger self, instead of the 20 year old with the long hair and stubble I see a 15ish year old teen with short hair and not even a trace of facial hair.
I look exactly as I did when I was 15 years old, short, but shaggy black hair and bright blue eyes. I probably stood around 5'10 right now and I was wearing a black shirt with a purple Pokéball on it and dark purple pajama pants. My hands traced their way over my face and that's when another headache hit me and sent me to my knees as I gritted through the pain.
"Agh!" The grunt escaped through my clenched teeth and a storm of information entered my brain. I was a kid named Jaron Winters, who had grown up in an orphanage in Pallet town since I was a baby. Today I was to go to Professor Oaks lab and receive my starter Pokémon and begin my journey, the other trainers were Gary, Eve, and Ash that would be starting their journeys today as well.
I couldn't believe it, I just stayed there kneeling on the floor as countless thoughts ran through my mind. There was no way this was real. I was probably just dreaming with my head still laying on my desk. I squeezed my eyes tight enough to make lights blink in the darkness, and when I finally opened them back up I was met with something even more improbable.
I mean I of course had read plenty of isekai novels and fanfics where the MC got a system, but that had to be as impossible getting brought to the Pokémon's word right?!

"HUH?!?!" I couldn't help but let out a cry of confusion at the floating transparent text box in my vision. I reached a hand out to it and when my finger reached where it seemed the window was the message disappeared and brought up a new one.

There was a diagram showing a person thinking Bulbasaur and it appearing in a party box and another with a person touching the word Bulbasaur with the same result. I look further down below and surprisingly I felt a bit of excitement well up within me despite the circumstances.

(Quick Author's Note: In actual PokéTwo it shows stats, IVs and nature, but that would be a pain to type out all the time so I'm not going to do that. Nor am I knowledgeable enough on which IVs is good for which Pokémon or which nature. So the system will purely be for catching new Pokémon and leveling them up.)

I couldn't believe my eyes as I looked at the window and looked over Mudkip, but a nagging feeling was hanging over me and when I saw the time in the bottom right of the window I knew why. I had to get to Oak's lab in 15 minutes or I would be late! The window seemed to disappear when I stopped focusing on it and I scrambled around the room, only to find a black with purple and gold stitching backpack sitting by the only door in the room.
I crouch in front of it and find it to be a bag that's bigger on the inside and it also comes with its own pop up menu that displayed in front of me.
"A bottomless bag and a system should be enough boons for you to live your new life? Good luck Jaron. Try not to die like you did before. Live this new life and enjoy it.

So a ROB sent me here. I sent a little thanks to the ROB as I was slowly coming to terms with the fact that I was in the Pokémon word and I couldn't be more excited. My favorite series is now my real life and I can get Pokémon through the PokeTwo system as well as level them and I wouldn't even have to battle with them!
I wonder if I can convert Pokécoins into this worlds currency and Vice versa? Do the Pokémon I catch in this world get put into the system as well? I guess I'll figure that out when I get my starter which I need to hurry up and leave if I want to pick a good one! Throwing on a pair of clothes that apparently I had set out for this morning I rush out the door.
Seems this person really is just me placed into this world as he likes the same color schemes as me. I wore a black long sleeve undershirt that fit snug against my body. Over it was was a dark purple sleeveless hoodie with gold stitching and a gold Pokéball on the front. The pants were like a black cargo style and I wore black ankle socks with black shoes that had purple and gold stitching along with a traditional Pokéball now with the red changed for the purple, the white was yellow and the black was now white on the outside panel of the shoes.
My hat was of a similar style to my shoes and fit nicely over my shaggy black hair. I slung my backpack over my shoulder and took off running out of the orphanage towards Professor Oak's lab. I was glad that my bag was already packed with anything someone could need for a Pokémon journey and that I wouldn't have to deal with the weight of all of it.
Running down the road I saw people walking the paths, heading to shops and stores but what I was really focusing on were the Pokémon. I mostly believed it already, but actually seeing Pokémon walking around it really confirmed it for me. Pidgeys flew through the air, people walked with their Pokémon. Such as Pikachus, Rattatas, and I even saw a Machoke walking around with one woman carrying her groceries.
I really was in the world of Pokémon with a bottomless bag and a System….

First chap done, hopefully more soon. There will be more explanation on the PokeTwo system next chapter. It's not going to be he's able to just easily catch Pokémon with it, he's actually going to be placed into a discord server (or channel specifically as he won't be able to interact with the other users). He will be able to slam which levels up your Pokémon in PokeTwo, and no one will see it. But he'll have to compete against the other members of the server for the Pokémon that spawn in the channel.
Meaning if he's too slow he won't be able to catch that Pokémon. He will be able to use the store to buy rare candies and the various items as this isn't supposed to be a struggle to become a Pokémon master, he's going to just live life exploring where he wants to explore and maybe battling gyms and the league as he comes across them.
May have him only use the Pokémon he physically catches to battle gyms and his PokéTwo caught Pokémon will just be back up for while he's traveling. Haven't decided yet.
