The Power of Plot Armo... Ahem, Kishimoto Points.

*In case you hadn't seen it. The previous chapter has been wrewritten to better explain Hoshikage's reasoning. Long story shot, he's scared that his village will face the same fate as Uzushiogakure, that's why he sends his family away in case their weak village gets attacked and destroyed.

Danzo was quietly sitting in the meeting of all the clan heads in Konoha. They were seated in a circular formation with both of the other elders sitting on either side of Danzo. Across from him, though not seated next to each other, were Fugaku Uchiha and Hiashi Hyuga.

'Hmm, all is going according to plan. The Uchicha are being ostracized, they are being pushed further and further into a corner. Eventually the hardliners in that cursed clan will foolishly force Fugaku's hand. It was a good idea to take a slow approach and let it happen naturally, the 9 tails attack was a godsend. It allowed everyone to see what the Uchiha could do to our village as well as cause the meddlesome fool, the fourth, to perish.' Danzo had a thoughtful expression.

After thinking this, a sudden itching began to set-in all-over his new arm. Danzo began to scratch it vigorously.

'Ugh, damn you Orochimaru. The side-effects of the this new arm is extremely annoying. However, to wield the power of the First Hokage and the sharingan, it will serve me well in destroying all threats to Konoha.' Danzo expressed his irritation.

Danzo had recently gotten a new arm from Orochimaru. It contained both Hashirama's cells and a number of sharingan. In his right eye, he was able to find and place a 3 tomoe sharingan, however he wished for more.

'Perhaps Itachi or Shisui will awaken it soon, I need the power of the mangekyo to fight off the Uchiha. You will see soon Hiruzen, I am the true heir to the will of fire. I have the will to do what you cannot and purge this village of Uchiha filth.' Danzo thought to himself proudly.

The itching doesn't stop and he continuously scratches the bandages wrapped across his new arm. The bandages were somewhat damp as he had applied various ointments and mixtures across it to ease the pain and itching. Their bindings began to unknowingly weaken due to both these factors.

'Ugh... hopefully my body adapts to the new cells soon. This annoyance is hindering my ability to save this village.'

The topic for discussion currently in the meeting was the arrival of the new clan in their village, the Hoshi. They were specifically discussing how the logistics of the new clan in the village would work. Danzo however was thinking of something slightly different. He had heard from his Root subordinates that the limitations of Hoshigakure's mystique peacock had been mysteriouly fixed around 5 years ago. Due to this, he had raised the threat level of Hoshigakure to Konoha from 'Useful Tools' to 'Burgeoning Threat' .

'The hoshikage was smart. He realized that only through bowing down to the leaf shall his clan survive. In repayment for this, I shall ensure that that eyesore in the land of bears shall be destroyed painlessly. Don't think you are so smart Hiruzen, I know that you are trying to get a new Kekkei genkai into the village blood as well as a new secret technique. Me destroying Hoshigakure will only hasten and ensure their integration into village. Do not worry, I will only require one of their clan heirs to join Root as payment. Perhaps the eldest one, though it it unconfirmed, I hear that he is special among their clan. If I am able to control him, I will gain the allegiance of the whole clan.'

As Danzo was thinking, Koharu whispered in his ear.

"Are you alright Danzo? You've been scratching your new arm for some time now. Would you like me to look at it?"

"Thank you Koharu, but it is unneeded I only need time to get used to it."

"Take care of yourself Danzo, you are one of Konoha's important assets." Homura overheard their conversation and added.

"Yes, Homura do not worry." He waived off Homura's blatant attempts to compliment him.

'F*cking bootlickers, you are worse than Hiruzen. If our places were switched, you would be planning my downfall with him. I would have even preferred Kagami live and you both captured and tortured to death. At the very least Kagami was useful for his ability as shinobi. You two are nothing without the position me and Hiruzen gave you.' Danzo inwardly thought.

'Bootlickers, an Uchiha, and a Naive fool. It seems it is up to me to save your legacy Tobirama-sensei.' Danzo added as he thought of his deceased sensei.

It was then an Anbu appeared beside Hiruzen and whispered into his ear. After, this Hiruzen called everyone's attention.

"Everyone, the clan head of the Hoshi clan has arrived with his family. They will be entering now, let us greet them warmly." Hiruzen says proudly.

The doors then open and in walks a lean man and woman with purple hair and sharp features. They are accompanied by a young boy with their features. However, unlike his parents, the boy was sturdier and looked to have physical foundation geared for taijutsu, additionally all three siblings had darker more violet hair as compared to their parents.

'Hmm... yes, that boy has good potential for root. I shall observe his growth and see if he can serve me well.' Danzo supposed.

The family then introduced themselves and explained their circumstances. Hiruzen happily asked about the current Hoshikage who he fought alongside with during the last ninja war. The current clan head, Aka Hoshi, happily replied stating his father-in-law was in good health. After some time, before Hiruzen was able to thank and send them home, Danzo raised his hand.

"Hiruzen, before they go, I have been told that aside from their improved mystique peacock, there is another blessing within the Hoshi clan." Danzo begins.

Before Hiruzen could rebut him, Hiruzen was interrupted.

"Oh, do tell Danzo? What is it?" Homura added immediately.

'Could you not be more obvious you fool. Incompetent all of you!'

"I have heard that eldest grandson of the hoshikage has awakened a special bloodline based jutsu aside from their Mystique peacock. If they are truly joining our village, isn't it fair for them to reveal their abilities? Both the sharingan and byakugan are well known among the ninja world, however the Hoshi clan's new kekkei genkai is completely unknown; it is a threat to the village if we do not at least have some knowledge of it."

Hiruzen and the Hoshi clan leaders' faces hardened at this statement. Meanwhile, Fugaku and Hiashi had complicated faces, though they did not like the idea of starting the precedent where kekkei genkai should be revealed. It would be a lie to say they were not curious, they too had heard of the eldest child's specialness and wanted to learn more.

Truthfully, Danzo was not expecting to actually get them to reveal this secret. He was only doing this so he could later negotiate for lesser concessions with leverage after they refused.

However, as Hiruzen was about to berate Danzo for even requesting such a thing. The child in question spoke up.

"That is alright with me, as long we are provided repayment." The child suddenly said.

It was Danzo's turn to be surprised. He didn't expect the child to be so willing. The child looked at his shocked parents and nodded, trying to ease their concerns.

'Oh the child is willing to step forward eh. Good, this obedience is a good sign.' Danzo thought.

"Hmm... What do you propose child?" Hiruzen's curiosity was also piqued.

"We would simply like some concessions, such as a 10 year tax break and free access to all general and forbidden leaf jutsu up to B-Rank."

"Oh? That's a rather greedy offer no? 10 years is too much, 5 is already generous." Hiruzen countered with the same offer Danzo was thinking. They did not need to pay for the jutsu they already owned, and all leaf jutsu up to B rank were not dangerous enough to warrant that much protection. It was more important to preserve financial stability as they were still recovering from the last ninja war and the kyubi attack.

"Hmm... I see that is fine then." The eldest son said after looking to his parents and some thought.

Danzo inwardly smiled.

'You are still young. You definitely could have haggled for more. Do not worry, you made a good attempt.' Danzo thought.

"Alright then. Please tell us more of your ability child." Hiruzen said.

"Well, if it is alright hokage-sama. I think it would be better to demonstrate it here. Do not worry it is not destructive." The child said.

"I see, let us see it then child." Hiruzen replied.

The child nodded to his parents who stepped out of the circle of seated clan heads while he stayed in the center.

Though somewhat disrespectful, both Hiashi and Fugaku openly activated their kekkei genkai to properly view the child's ability; Danzo himself would have done the same with his 3 tomoe sharingan if no one else was there. It was not everyday a new bloodline's ability was revealed.

The child, who was standing in the center of the the clan heads while facing his Danzo and the two other elders, turned to Hiruzen who nodded.

He then faced Danzo once again and channeled his chakra.

"Starscourge Jutsu: Endless Starcaller" The child said as he stomped on the ground.

All the clan heads suddenly felt a gravitational pull, pulling them towards the child.

'Ohh, this is an interesting jutsu. It uses the concept of gravity to pull things toward him... I wonder if the opposite is true.' Danzo mused and thought of possible applications.

The child continued this for a few seconds before Danzo noticed that the child started to have a panicked expression.

"Child! Control your Jutsu!" Hiashi with his byakugan noticed that the child was starting to lose control of his chakra.

"...I-I can't!" The child finally with a scared expression said.

Hiruzen was about to step in when...

BOOM!

The jutsu exploded, sending the child towards Danzo and the elder siblings who he was facing.

While Homura and Koharu were to shocked too move or react, Danzo did not move because he was barely able to judge that the boy's trajectory would travel in between him and Homura and not hit either of them.

As the child passed through in between them, Danzo was busy in thought, intensely thinking of how he could get the child to join him in root. Due to this, he did not care to notice a pulling feeling on his arm.

CRASH!

Danzo looked over at the fallen child behind him and saw that he was okay.

'Good, he is sturdy. He will need that when he joins me.' Danzo smiled and then looked back at the rest of the clan heads.

To his surprise, the clan heads were looking at him with faces of surprise, fear, and anger. Danzo furrowed his brow confused and then he saw Hiashi and Fugaku Uchiha who had their respective dojustu active with looks of rage. He watched as Fugaku's 3 tomoe sharingan strained and suddenly transformed into a a new form, blood started coming out from Fugaku's eyes.

'Mangekyo.' Danzo thought in shock, as black flames suddenly engulfed him.

"AGH!!!!" Danzo started rolling in the ground in pain as he noticed both Homura and Koharu were also caught in Fugaku's fatal gaze.

'Ametarasu... He had the mangekyo? No, I would have known if he had it before. It means he had just awakened it. But why?' This was Danzo's last thoughts as his consciousness faded into oblivion.

"Fugaku! Stop your jutsu!" Hiruzen shouted after getting over his shock.

Fugaku, who realized what he had done, strained and ceased use of his mangekyo sharingan.

For a solid 10 seconds, there was silence as the black flames burned and then finally died down. This revealed the destruction it had caused in the meeting area. There was numerous burned walls, furniture, and decorations. Additionally, there were the three corpses of Danzo and the elders.

After, everything calmed down, Hiruzen was about to accost Fukaku, who was covering his bleeding eyes in pain, but it was Hiashi who spoke first.

"Third Hokage! What is the meaning of this!" Hiashi pointed at Danzo's corpse.

Hiruzen, confused, looked over at what Hiashi was pointing at and saw Danzo's burnt body. He looked closer and noticed that parts of the bandages covering his arm was torn of. It was then his eyes widened in surprised as he saw that Danzo's arm was composed of the experimental hashirama cells he had previously banned him from continuing research on; as well as a number of sharingan.

Hiashi then body flickered over to Danzo's corpse and with one swift motion, cut the bandages covering Danzo's arm and eye. This revealed even more sharingan in his arm, and even one in his eye.

"This looks like Lord First Hokage's cells as well as a large number of sharingan. Tell me Lord Third, are you illegally experimenting with the byakugan as well?" Hiashi was furious, if Danzo was willing to even touch the first hokage's body, what of his clan's byakugan.

Hiruzen was shocked. He didn't expect so much to happen today, much less all three of his friends and former teammates passing away at the same time.

"Sigh... it seems we will need to have a longer discussion." Hiruzen finally recovered and said. If he could deal with the 2nd, 4th, Kushina, and his wife's deaths, then he could deal with the current situation.

Unknown to everyone, the boy, who was launched into the wall and still knocked over, was smiling while holding a clump of bandages that he tore off of Danzo's arm as he passed by him earlier.

'That f*cking hurt...' Was Tora's first thoughts. In-line with what he had written, he had genuinely failed the jutsu on purpose and launched himself at full speed into the meeting hall wall.

'Was it worth it?' The goddess spoke in his mind in her usual sultry voice.

'Hell f*cking yeah.' Was Tora's thoughts looking at the notifications that appeared as he started to lose consciousness.

"Tora!!!" His parents yelled as they ran to him.

'Damn, these plot points are broken.' Tora thought as he finally slumped over.

Author's Corner

Hey Guys! I hope you like this chapter. This was my longest chapter so far and it took me sometime to think through. As you may have noticed, I don't particularly care for Danzo and the other two elders, I found them boring and annoying in both the manga and media (Sorry to their fans), and wanted to write them out as soon as possible since I felt like I would get a headache and write terribly if I had to calculate their involvement in the future chapters. Instead, I'll do my best to find better alternatives to them in future chapters when needed.

Idea Corner for Future Bloodline Mutation

Moving on to good news, I wanted to ask for ideas regarding possible mutations to Tora's bloodline that he could get from the bloodline gacha he just earned.

I only really have 3 ideas at this point and would like some more.

These ideas are:

Scarlet Rot/Rot Release: At this point, Tora probably got over his trauma with Malenia and may be willing to use this. Unfortunately the concerns regarding collateral damage still remain.

Conditional Lightning Release(Only specific Jutsu in the Starscourge series): To allow him to use some of Radahn's lighting looking attacks. I just don't like the idea of saying he can't use nature release in the original chapter and then suddenly saying he can use lighting release after only a few chapters.

Special Bloodline Summoning Contract ("Kirin" = Deer Dragon Horsey): Not gonna lie, I just really like that Radahn had a cute horsey in the Elden ring and I wanted Tora to have one too hehe. To be honest I don't think he needs a bloodline to use this though haha.

If you have any suggestions I only ask for two things to make this easier.

- Where the idea is based from?

- How would you translate it to the narutoverse (This can modified if it's too broken or weak)
