Quirk Awakening / System Online
I hold back a groan as I try to lift my head and see where I am. I feel sour all over my body. As soon as I get up I see a string of text appear in front of my face.

Finally my system is here! Before I can say status I see my mom and sister blow through the door and rush towards me. I try to act like I don't know what's going on as I will take the secret of the system with me to the grave, maybe only in the future I will tell.
Ace: " Hey mom, Hey Steph, what happened"
Steph: " ACEEEE! It looks like you have awakened your Quirk." she says as she hugs me.
Ace: " That's great did the doctor say anything about it"
Mom:" No, Dr. Nakaya is just running tests to see what your quirk is."
Steph: " Yeah it's obvious you have a quirk with the tattoos on your face"
Ace: " Huh"
Mom: " Here look" she say's as she hands over her hand mirror
As I look into the mirror I can see a centipede leading out from under my right eye. My left and right eye also has a deep red concealer mark under them with a red highlight in the front of my hair. I forgot some time ago that I had asked for this appearance but I am not complaining I look cool. That also means I should have another tattoo of a centipede on my back. I'm contemplating whether I should wear his blindfold but I'll think about it later.
Dr. Nakaya: " Hello young Ace how are you feeling". he says as he walks through the door.
Ace: " I feel great, can't wait to see what my Quirk is" I say even though I know what it is.
Dr. Nakaya: " Well I have to say, you are very lucky as from what I can tell you have two quirks"
Steph/Mom:" TWO QUIRKS!"
Dr. Nakaya: " Yes it is very rare but it does happen. If Ace here would give me permission to touch his hand I would be able to tell you what the two of them are but what I do know is that they are both very power full"
I nod my head as I reach out my hand for him to grab. It takes a minute or two for the doctor to gather his thoughts and look over the information he has received.
Dr. Nakaya:" Well your first Quirk is the same as your mother and sister's, Light manipulation. It gives you the ability to manipulate light in anyway that you like as well as absorb light into your body to make it stronger. Your second Quirk is a very power full defensive quirk that allows you to deflect any attack that you feel is an attack and return it back to it's source. Of course you will have to train both of them to be able to make them grow stronger"
Mom:" Wow Ace those are some power full quirks, as expected of my son."
Steph:" Amazing, my little brother is so amazing. We are definitely going to be top heroes"
Ace:" Yeah!" I shouted excitingly.
Dr. Nakaya:" Now before you guys start celebrating will would need to name your quirks"
Ace: " For my first quirk I will name it the same as my mom and sister, "Light Manipulation", and for my second I would like to name it " Full Counter" "
Dr. Nakaya: " Those are good names, I will put your quirks into the system and then we will get you on your way".
After finishing up at the and on our way home I remember I also have received my system. " SYSTEM" I shout out in my brain.

First I want to check my status so I click on the status tab.

I look at my stats and see that all are below the average amount except for Intelligence and Charm which is not at all surprising since I was pretty smart in my past life and looking at my reflection I can see how my charm is high. After all I chose this body for a reason. I wonder what the Alias tab is for, maybe for my hero name when I become one, I'll have to see. I'm also guessing regular skills aren't included or what skills I have aren't worthy enough for the system. Either way this is a good start point for my growth. Then I look at the inventory. It looks like one of those inventories you see in games like Minecraft with fifty open slots. I see a Gift box Icon in the first slot and press on it.

At first I was confused what the house was for but then I remembered about my third wish. I guess if I am able to change the time to large degrees I would need a house to live in. Hopefully it is fully furnished. Thankfully I got some Harry Potter House elves that are able to take care of it for me. I decide to redeem the gifts when I get home just in case something happens. I back out and decide to take a look at the rest later. As I look up I see my mom and sister giving me weird looks.
Ace: " Why are you looking at me like that?"
Steph: " What do you mean why, you were just staring into space while poking at the air."
Mom: " Yeah are you ok, do we need to go back to the hospital"
Ace: " I am fine don't worry" I said as I turned to face the window while blushing.
When I was looking at the system I forgot I could control it with my mind. As they look at me while trying to hold back their laughter at my expression I couldn't help but think about how awesome my life will be from now on.
