3 Time Skip (2)

After the "Maid Selection" event, nothing major happened the next few years. The first few months, Tony only comes home once every month, after he played around with me and I used my charm on him (when he's home, I only slept in his arms. Every time he carries me, I try to cling around him as much as I could). After a while he goes home every few weeks and as time passed by the time of his return became shorter and shorter until he comes home everyday.

I developed myself to speak when I was 6 months old or as Tony said I was. Of course I reserve my first word when Tony went home from college. He carried me just as soon as he went home saying that he misses me. Then I used my secret weapon and said "Tony". I could see the shock on his face after a while he was delighted and ran around the mansion telling everyone that I said he's name. He looked so silly and I couldn't help but laugh at him. After that I tried to practice walking. This was really hard because Jen was always with me. I don't want to startle her if she saw a 6 month old baby walking around. I could only practice in secret when she was asleep.

Jen was easy going. She just sits in my room and read books. She always feeds me on time. But sometimes I saw her talking to herself; it was weird but who am I to judge. Sometimes she tells me stories. There was one time she told me about herself. I just thought that she was really unlucky. So I tried to play with her every time her attention is on me so as to not make her lonely. She became really close to me and sometimes she said that she wishes I was her son. When the contract with Jen ended, I became sad thinking that she will leave then. But to my surprise she asked Tony if she could become my personal maid which also made Tony delighted since he knew what type of person Jennifer is. She stayed by my side most of the time, sometimes I ask her to teach me when I learned that she was once a lawyer.

One of the things I really like about living with Tony is that he gives me anything that I asked for. There was a time when I told him that I wanted the ship that I saw on a movie called "Galaxy Wars". I was amazed by that movie, I really like the designs of the space ships that they used specially the "Millennium Eagle" so I asked Tony if he could buy me one. I saw him hesitate a bit and when my 4th birth came. He bought me to his work and in the garage there was a life size copy of the "Millennium Eagle".

"Well, it can fly like a normal aircraft but it's not capable of space flight yet. I can't find a power source to make it fly as fast as the one in the movie. Do you like it? This is your birthday gift. You can fix it on your own in the future or maybe you'll build something much better." Tony told me with a smug look on his face. When I saw it I was honestly shocked. I didn't know that it was possible to build this kind of things and I became interested in building things.

I remember when I turned 5, it was when I started going to school. Tony already inherited our father's company, the Stark Industries. There was one time that a kid tried to bully me after the classes were over. When Jen saw that the kid tried to hit me she became mad and ran towards us as fast as she could. I saw her hands clenched tightly, you can see the veins on her hand popping out. When Jen realized what she was about to do, she calmed herself down and made a call. In a few minutes Tony came to the school and asked to talk to the principal. He made them call the kid's parents. He almost bought the school to make sure none of this happened again. I saw the principal's face at that time pale and he kept looking at me while he reprimands the kid who tried to hit me.

I was eight when they told me that I have an edict memory. I could learn and remember most of the things I read in books. Tony then bought me lots of books on engineering, physics, and those other sciency stuff; while Jen taught me human psychology, how to know when someone's lying those kind of stuff. Though I was learning advance things than my age, Tony didn't let me skip grades as he told me that I needed to experience normal childhood, make friends. Not to brag but I grew up to be quite handsome if I say so myself. My face were soft yet sharp on the edges; big greenish eyes, soft skin and refined nose. My hair is always messy even though Jennifer always tries to fix it before I go out. It was very easy making friends specially girls, I don't know why but most of the time girls comes to me and starts conversation which in turn made some of the boys jealous. But as we had classes together, I always play in P.E. and beat most the guys in our class. Some of the started hating me but there are a few that started befriending me which turned out nice.

A week before my 10th birthday, Tony decided to bring me with him to Africa. He planned a charity event in Uganda to celebrate my birthday. Jennifer was supposed to come with us but she had an emergency at the time so she couldn't come. When we got there I became fascinated by the new sight. It was the first time for me going out of the country since Tony doesn't bring me anywhere if I don't ask. I ask Tony if I can go around alone, he told me to bring Happy, one of Tony's bodyguards with me. I agreed and happily went around the area. I tried different kinds of street food. I enjoyed walking around normally without anyone giving me scared looks. Happy always kept a fair distance around me. Even when I bought food for him, he only comes and gets it, thank me then move back to distance again. I found it odd but I just let him since I'm enjoying myself.

As I was walking in the street I saw a girl being chased but a couple of suspiciously dressed men.

"WAIT, STOP THAT GIRL! SHE'S A THIEF!" shouted one of the men.

The girl just kept running around she bumped to some of the stalls in the market which caused chaos. When one of the men almost captured the girl, she threw some sort of powder in his eyes. "F*CK!" he cursed out as he tried to remove whatever's in his eyes. He pulled a gun aim at the girl. When I saw the gun I realized that it's not a simple theft that happened. I threw the food that I was eating at the man and grabbed the girls hand and ran away. Luckily I hit the man in the face and he stumbles as a result. The other man aimed his gun towards us, but before he can pull the trigger I saw Happy tackling him down as we ran further away.

We went around the corner and hide to catch our breaths. I look at her closely. I noticed that her black hair is tied up into a bun. She has a small round face, her eyebrows are quite thick like that one anime that I loved to watch. As I observe her for quite a while she suddenly looked at me and said, "I thank you for your help. My name is Shuri daughter of T'chaka."

I asked her "It's fine, I'm Daniel Stark. So why are those guys chasing you?"

She looks at me warily. I continued looking at her curiously waiting for her answer. After a while she told me.

"They got into a fight with my escorts then those two chased me. I do have an idea on why though"

I pondered for a while thinking what could be the reason for a few thugs to chase a little girl even to the point of shooting her. While I was deep in thought she said.

"Now if you'll excuse me I need to get back to my kingdom to inform my father– the king about those people."

"Wait, your father is the king? That means you're a princess!? I hope I haven't been rude to you." I shouted as I was shocked to hear it.

"Shhh, don't be so loud"

"Sorry I was excited. What's your kingdom called? Can I come with you?" I asked excitedly.

"I came from the Kingdom of Wakanda. I don't know. I've been asked not to bring strangers to our place." She said while looking at me apologetically.

When I heard what she said a was disappointed as I was about to go back to Happy she suddenly said.

"But maybe I can make an exception, I'll also inform father of the way that you've helped me."

"REALLY? THANKS!" I was so excited that I unintentionally hugged her. When I noticed it I immediately let go of her and apologies.

"Sorry, I was too excited."

"Don't worry about it," she bashfully said while blushing a little.

"Let's go I have a vehicle in the forest."

"They let you drive? Sweet." I said as I ran after her into the forest.

"WHAT! WHERE IS HE?" Tony shouted as he heard of Happy's report

"He helped a girl that was being chased by a few guys, I tackled one of them because he had a gun. When I tried to look for them they were gone." Happy explained as he catches his breath.

"That kid, when Jen's not around he goes around causing trouble. Ask for help with the local police and try to find him ASAP." With a worried look on his face Tony dashed off the hotel and quickly made a few calls.

"Hey Rhodey, Can you help me, my brother is missing. We're at Kampala, Uganda. Yeah, I know I owe you one. Also can you help me identify which group do these people we captured belong to? They pointed a gun at my brother. Thanks Rhodey" Tony has angry look on his face as he tell him.
