Chapter 20

After greeting Luo Hua one of them began looking at Yue Yang intently like he wanted to devour him. This was Xue Tan Lang the most powerful of the three as well as the little brother of Xue Wu Xia.

Yue Yang really didn't want to discuss the engagement problem right now since this guy was a lost cause so he began moving toward the portal that Luo Hua created.

As he entered the portal he secretly ordered Hui Tai Lang and Ah Man to bring those bastards with them since he wasn't finished with them. And if he killed them there even if someone suspected him he could say that they were killed by demons and if they didn't believe him then they had just to open a portal in the demon abyss and investigate it if they really will go so far for those trashes.

Before he could enter the portal he heard a voice behind.

"Wait!"

After turning the demon worshipper began speaking looking at him

"I've seen your father, he was the only elite who did not discriminate against me in the entire Soaring Dragon Continent. He was also the only warrior who respected me. After I die, I am willing to give you everything I have. Take it as paying back my debt to Mister Yue Qiu for saving my life when I was being chased and killed at that time."

He then continued, "In the future, when you pay respects to your father, just say that Shi Ming was unworthy of his saving my life and painstaking advice."

Seeing Yue Yang approaching the heretic, the people around him began advising him to not go near him but he ignored them and went forward.

The guy then took out a black metal fragment and a grimoire and handed them to Yue Yang. After that, he spoke about how he respected Yue Yang's father, and then he exploded himself after saying his goodbyes.

When Yue Yang received the silver grimoire a message appeared in his mind: 'Would you like to contract the secondary grimoire?'

He instantly declined it as he didn't want to do it here with so many people watching him.

Luo Hua looked at him and the three killing stars and said, "You four chose five elite warriors and command them as captain in the demon abyss"

Hearing that Ye Kong and the company began calling him captain as they wanted him to take them in the demon abyss.

Yue Yang looked at them and said, "If you went in and didn't kill at least fifty low-level demons before the invasion finish I will let you remain there until you are able to kill a demon general. Now, do you still want to come?"

The guys gulped in fear before nodding with so much force that their necks could break at any given moment.

Seeing the fire in their eyes he commented, "Good. At least you have some guys"

He then began walking quickly towards the portal. The reason he was so quick was that he didn't want to encounter the fatty again.

When he entered the portal he sighed happily as he was able to ditch that fatty.

When he looked at his front all he could see was a sea of demons that surpassed the thousands. He looked at Ye Kong and company as if telling them the mission he gave them.

Yue Bing who was in his finally seemed to wake up. She looked around her and she saw so many demons she was really scared shitless but seeing that she was still in her brother's arm she calmed down and curiously asked, "Brother where are we? It's so strange here."

Yue Yang looked at her then smiled and said, "Oh, you are awake. By the way, we are in the demon abyss." It was like he was saying that they were at a park, not a place where you can die if you made a mistake.

Yue Bing was so surprised that she didn't know what to say.

Yue Yang looked at her and began speaking again but this time his voice was serious, "Bing'er, do you know why your team treated you like that?"

Seeing him speaking about that she became sad as she didn't want to remember that.

Looking at her sad face he continued to speak, "It's all because you're weak and because you didn't react when they bullied you. Do you think that if you were strong and reacted all the time they wanted to bully you would you have suffered so much?"

She shook her head and continued listening,

"I have a method that can help you and your beasts become stronger especially the thorny flower but it all depends on your choice so do you want to hear it?" Said Yue Yang watched her expression and could see some determination on it.

She nodded her head eagerly wanting to know the method.

"It's rather simple. All you have to do is to let your thorny flower eat the corpse of your enemies." He said still in a calm voice.

Hearing that she became a little surprised and afraid then looked at her brother and with a complicated voice said,

"B-but brother isn't this too cruel? Even though they are bad people that method is too cruel. I don't want to be a cruel person brother." She began tearing as she said that.

Yue Yang patted her head and said, "I know that it's a cruel method but what do you think will happen if these bad people were spared? Do you think they will become good people? Of course no! They will only begin to hate you more and if they can't do anything to you they will go for your family." He stopped a little to make sure she understood before he continued.

"What would you do if that person attacked Fourth mother or Shang'er or fourth uncle or me? I don't want anything to happen to you, Shuang'er, Xiu'er, and Fourth mother. I have already decided to become strong, stronger than anyone else so nobody can hurt my family. I don't want to force you but you have to choose a path in the end."
