Chapter 33

Luo Hua seeing him thanking her smiled and said,

"Now you owe me a favor and when I need your help you must come. Understood?"

Yue Yang only nodded and then turned toward Ye Kong and asked,

"Tell me how many demons you killed! If no one reached the quote they will remain here for 3 days."

Ye Kong shuddered a bit hearing him but he answered with confidence.

"We all killed over fifty demons as you said!"

Hearing that Yue Yang made a mischievous smile and said,

"Why would each of you kill over fifty demons? I only said that you had to kill fifty demons and I never said that it wasn't a group thing."

Hearing what he said Ye Kong and co cursed in their mind. 'Why don't you say this before? Do you what we passed through to kill so many demons?' That was the thoughts they were having in their mind right now. As for the other, they looked at Yue Yang strangely but didn't say anything.

"Anyway good job. To think you could kill so many demons. You really did a great job." Praised Yue Yang he then looked at Yue Bing and said,

"What about you? Did you do well?"

"Yes, brother. I killed some too." Said Yue Bing as she looked at her brother wanting more praises.

Seeing her expectant gaze he patted her again and complimented her.

"Alright, it's time to return. We have already remained here long enough." Said Luo Hua as she began opening a portal.

The other looked at their surroundings one more time before entering the portal. Returning at the guild they could see many warriors resting or cleaning the mess. They were taking away the corpses of their friends, as for the demons ones they put it together and burnt it all.

Seeing this the 3ks also began helping them. Ye Kong and co too joined the fray too. Yue Bing too wanted to help but seeing so many corpses frightened her. Yue Yang looking at how afraid she was, he held her hand as he calmed her.

After finishing their jobs the 3ks went to Luo Hua and greeted her before using the guild teleportation circle to return back. As for ice guy before he went away he looked at Yue Yang the last time before he went away.

Yue Yang seeing how he looked at him smiled wryly as he knew that the guy wasn't really bad he only wanted to protect his sister dignity.

Seeing that there weren't a lot of people around Luo Hua looked at Yue Yang smiling with a smile that wasn't a smile and said,

"I think our conversation hasn't finished yet right Mr. Lots of senses?"

Before Yue Yang could say something he heard a voice behind him.

"Ah! Yue Yang, I have finally found you." Said the voice excited.

Seeing the owner of the voice Yue Yang smiled at her. As for Luo Hua when she saw her she was surprised as she called her name,

"Eh? Yi Nan? Do you know him?"

Yi Nan looked at Luo Hua and was surprised to see a familiar face.

"Ah! It's you, sister Luo Hua. Were you here all the time? Sorry I didn't see you"

Yi Nan was really embarrassed right now. She was so excited to see Yue Yang that she didn't see her sister.

Seeing how embarrassed she was Luo Hua really wanted to tease her even more.

"So you were so happy to see this boy that you didn't even notice your sister who was basically near him?"

This time Yi Nan face reddened so much that she turned her face away from Yue Yang eyes as she didn't want him to see her embarrassed face.

Yue Bing, on the other hand, seeing her was somehow surprised she then looked at her brother and asked,

"Brother who is she?"

Hearing how she called Yue Yang, Yi Nan became happy. When she saw how close she was with him she thought that maybe she was his girlfriend but now knowing that it was his sister she became really happy.

Her changes didn't escape Luo Hua eyes.

She then turned toward Yue Bing and introduced herself.

"My name is Yi Nan. You are Yue Bing right? Nice to meet you." She smiled as she said so.

"Nice to meet you too." Replied Yue Bing smiling.

Yue Yang looked at Yi Nan and asked,

"Since you came here I assume you found it right?"

Yi Nan happily replied,

"Yes, I found it although my aunt helped me a little."

Yue Yang patted her head and said,

"Good job. Since I never said that other people couldn't help you it's fine."

Yi Nan hearing his praise and his pat on her head became both happy and embarrassed.

Luo Hua, on the other hand, seeing how she was acting was sure that she was smitten by Yue Yang. After all, even an idiot would be able to tell that she has a crush on him.

Even Yue Bing could see that. She was really happy that her brother found someone who liked him but somehow she felt sad too and the problem is that she didn't know why she was sad.

As for Yue Yang and Yi Nan, they continued speaking while the other didn't even know what they were speaking about.

Yi Nan after recovering a bit from her embarrassment asked,

"Why aren't you asking what I chose?"

Yue Yang only smiled and said,

"I already know what you would choose. So have my hints helped you?"

Yi Nan looked at him with admiration and said,

"As expected from you. You already know it. As for your hints, I understood them only after thinking about them for days and with my aunt help."

Not wanting to hear them speak about things unknown to her Luo Hua faked a cough and said,

"Alright, guys now can you stop your couple talk and speak about something that all of us could understand?"

Hearing that Yi Nan become more embarrassed and she began looking at the ground. She then said in a hushed voice,

"We- we are not a couple. We are only friended right?"

She looked at Yue Yang seeking confirmation but all she could see in his face was a frown. She was really surprised seeing him like that. She didn't know what she had said that was wrong.

Yue Yang, on the other hand, was thinking about those damned words as he thought 'Am I already being friendzoned?
