Chapter 16

Starring at the hand rising from the summoning circle, Yue Yang made xiao wen li summon the serpent general and the conch mermaid.

His plan was to use the serpent general ice ability to restrain the Demon King movement range and he will battle it himself for some time.

The barrier was made before all the hand could come out. In it, there were only the demon king and Yue Yang, his beasts and the two other remaining criminals. As for Yi Nan, he had already brought her away from her with the help of the thunderfire wolf.

His preparations were all complete. Now was the time to battle this giant hand.

He neared with his sword in his hand, after arriving he swung his sword.

That was the sound that came out of this attack. His fingers were all trembling and numb. It was like he struck a metal wall, not a body made of skin and flesh. He attacked again and this time with more strength but the sound only softened a bit, there was only a white mark in the place he attacked.

The demon hand like it has eyes turned toward him and with a flick of its finger attacked Yue Yang. He flew like a feather and was hung in the ice wall.

It was really painful! That was the only thing he thought after standing up. He let the attack hit him to gauge the strength of the attack and now that he tasted it he was sure that if he was hit a couple of times again he would be in danger.

That only made him excited! That was what he wanted! A real battle not like those in his previous world where there were rules for every attack one made. This was it! A battle where you and your opponent wanted to kill each other.

Although he would never admit it he was a battle maniac. In his previous world, he participated in some tournaments but those didn't make his blood boil like this fight.

Yue Yang griped his sword with force and at a high speed, he attacked the hand. He was using his speed to trust the sword in that hard like steel skin.

This time a new sound was made when his sword encountered the skin. His sword entered three centimeters in that hard skin and little blood was coming out.

While he was taking out the sword out of the skin a finger attacked him. But he already saw it so he used the binding skill to stop the hand before somersaulting backward with the sword still in his hand.

The demon finger like it was enraged began emitting flames from its palm. That was the hell flame! A flame that was hotter than ordinary flames used to cook. If one used this to cook even with an enormous control of the fire he would burn the pan and the ingredients he planned to cook in ashes. When it was released the ice barrier began to melt.

Yue Yang attacked again, this time he used his invisible sword Qi and the sword was able to cut through the skin and stopped only after arriving at the bones.

While they were still battling the demon king didn't lose any time and was pulling his other hand out of the hole. In little time he would be able to make his head come out. It was only using the other hand to distract the little human that challenged it.

The battle continued with Yue yang injuring the hand and dodging his opponent fatal attacks. However, he was still hit by one of the demon attacks again and it took him 3 seconds to recover from the stun. The only reason he wasn't attacked while he was stunned was that the demon used that time to advance his body out.

Finally, the demon king was able to exit the hole but his lower body was still in the portal. It was struggling furiously searching to enlarge the passage but he wasn't able. This was because of Yue Yang who had prepared this trap.

For the demons to come to this continent they needed a human that was the portal and sacrifices and the stronger they are the more sacrifice was needed. Basing his plan on this Yue Yang let the demons follower massacre a certain amount of people so that the portal would open and let only his upper body out. After he was sure that the amount was sufficient he created this barrier to separate himself and the crowd so there wouldn't be more sacrifice.

Even though this plan was inhumane he didn't care. He cared only for people he knew or interested him. As for the other, he didn't care at all! And he would do this again if he could help his beast became strong. This wasn't his previous world where if you killed the law would condemn you. Here it was the law of the jungle and only the strongest survived. He wanted to become the maximum predator in this lawless world.

Seeing the mouse in the trap Yue Yang ordered the conch mermaid to summon her storm and fill the ice barrier to a certain capacity. After that, he ordered the serpent demon to freeze the water.

The demon king now had his waist till the stomach frozen. Yue Yang knew that it wouldn't take long for it to destroy this ice so he and xiao wen li began their attacks simultaneously. He was attacking the left chest while she was attacking the right.

The two of them trained this attack skill for so long that they knew how to communicate with each other. Seeing these two ants attacking it the demon king prepared to block their attacks. But before he could do anything he saw them change direction and attacking his two eyes. So he decided to block again. Unfortunately for him, he was fooled by the two. As they arrived near his eyes they disappeared again.

Before he could see them he felt a wave of pain assault him and he couldn't help howl in pain. He was also scared because these two have struck the place where his two hearts were.

How could they know where his hearts were? He didn't even tell this to his favorite wife or child but now he was stabbed there as though they have already known this secret of his.

That was the thoughts he has before dying.
