14 Chapter 14

Yue Yang is laying on his bed while thinking of his future plans. For now, he plans were to kill or at least take a great part of the demon King Ha Xin so he could experiment on it so he could upgrade the power of his beasts. Now that Yi Nan showed up it wouldn't be long for the three criminals to arrive here. Maybe he got a week or less. He wouldn't be able to enhance his battle techniques in such a short time and he didn't want his beasts level further for now since he wanted them to become elite beasts before.

It had been 5 days since he met Yi Nan and while training he sensed the new people that arrived in the city. He was sure that they were the criminals he was searching for but he didn't panic and leave his training. Instead, he continued, he knew that the attack will be only in the night and since he was already prepared he was very calm.

After his training, he did things like normal. He will only act at the night so why should he just his time thinking about those little trashed? The reason he didn't kill them from the start was for this moment. He wanted to obtain the barbarian cow and he also wanted to fight with the Demon King to know his power level against an innate.

After revising his plan he made his way toward the west of the city's Merry forest. Arriving there he hides in one of the trees while looking at the people entering the place. Not much later he saw Yi Nan in her thief clothes hiding a little away from the entrance looking at someone with hatred. She wanted to sneak in and attack Wu Yi but she didn't know that after her previous assassination this man became even more cautious.

Once he felt someone gaze behind him wu yi turned toward the bright-eyed thief. He wasn't very surprised to find her here. Seeing her he began toward the entrance. He wanted to attack her and this place was like territory for him he knows that his friends helping him while this girl was alone.

"Aren't you the little assassin who wanted to kill me? Why don't you come and attack me?" Wu Yi was obviously mocking her. He wanted her to attack him in the merry's forest so she would be arrested.

But the little girl wasn't stupid so she remained out the merry forest. Seeing his taunting not working wu yi began taking out his summoning stone but he was stopped by a guard.

"Sir wu yi it's prohibited to summon a beast in this place. If you do it we will be obliged to take you in." Said the guard with some respect to this criminal. If a battle arises here he would be the one punished so he wanted to stop it at all cost.

Hearing that wu yi exited the place and made his way toward Yi Nan. After arriving at some distance away from the entrance he turned toward the guard and said,

"This is not your place territory so don't come and say something else" after that he summoned his beasts. It was a giant rock.

Yi Nan didn't waste time and summoned her grimoire. Seeing her grimoire the crowd was surprised. After all, for a little girl like her to possess a silver ranked grimoire meant that she was a member of some famous clan or sect since only they could nurture such a girl.

She then summoned a butterfly beast that was the weakness of the rock in front of her.

Seeing his first monster already suppressed he summoned an eagle but the again summoned a monster that suppressed the eagle, it was a spider with human upper body and spider legs.

Now he didn't know what to do. But while he was thinking about it he saw a familiar silhouette in the merry forest so he turned toward that person and said,

"Oi Xie Huo come help me beat this girl!". Hearing this the shadow replied saying that she would accept if he gave him this girl first time. He then showed up near wu yi.

Seeing another person appear she summoned another beast but the new guest too began summoning a beast.

Yue Yang was still there watching this waiting for the third person to attack before entering the scene. Yi Nan wasn't in danger so he didn't have to act.

After a while, the third person appeared the little girl began suffering. This was his time.

The first thing he did was to call xiao wen li and made her wait for the barbarian cow to appear. As for himself, he entered the scene with nonchalance. He arrived in front of Yi Nan and said,

"As always my brother sense wasn't wrong! What have I told you, little sister? This big brother is really awesome but you didn't believe in me."
