1 Prologue

[[Welcome mortal]]

"Huh?" A young man who looks like he was in his late teens confusingly uttered as he was brought out in a daze by a strong and majestic voice.

His body was nothing but an astral version of himself. He has shoulder length curly hair, an above-average looks and was neither thin nor fat.

He confusingly looked around, checking the very unfamiliar and unusual surroundings, which actually composed of nothing but just darkness.

It was dark, darker than the color black itself. The only visible thing that he could see in this place was his slightly glowing astral body.

The last thing that he remembered was painfully dying after being hit by a bolt of lightning when he was relaxing by the window in his room.

He was fiddling with his phone, having fun checking and reading various DC fanfictions and watching DC movies in the internet.

But what he didn't expect was to be ironically killed by a sudden bolt of lightning in a sunny day!

Before he knew it, he was suddenly brought to this unknown place and was pulled out of his daze when he heard that voice.

Raising his head, the young man carefully and respectfully asked. "W-Who might you be sir?"

He received no reply.

Feeling nervous, the young man called out once again. "Sir?"

[[Hmm... Did I make a mistake?]]

The young man heard the voice mumbling on its own in a low voice.

"Ahmm, sir? Who might you be? I assume you are God?" The young man carefully asked as he kneeled to the cold floor.

He clearly remembered dying, so he expect that voice to belong to a god and he clearly doesn't want to appear rude or disrespectful, as just like the god said, he was just a mortal.

He could feel the overbearing aura somewhere in the place, but he could not pinpoint where exactly it is as it was too dark for him to know.

Patiently kneeling and waiting for a reply, he finally heard the voice who he assumed that belong to a God.

[[You are not the mortal I was searching for. You can scram now]]

The young man heard the very uninterested voice of the God.

Though confuse and slightly dejected by that uninterested tone, who was he to complain when he was just a mortal?

So in an awkward tone, he still respectfully asked. "T-To where should I go... Uhmm, God?

The god didn't reply, which cause him to frown.

'I know I am just a mortal, but can't he at least answer my question?'

[[I could hear your thoughts mortal]]

The voice reverberated throughout the place, which caused the place to shake, akin to that of an earthquake.

This shocked the young man as he could feel the slight anger in that voice. Afraid that he would completely perish, he sincerely apologized.

"I-I am sorry, I didn't meant t-"

[[Enough!]]

The young man wasn't able to finish his sentence as God cut him off.

[[You don't need to speak anymore. Let's get this all done. Choose a world and a wish, I'm in a hurry. Treat this as a compensation for taking your puny life]]

Though slightly angered, the young man dared not to fight back as he was against a God.

So he instead focused his attention on what the God just said. 'World? Wish?'

He raised his head once again and carefully asked. "How many wishes, if I may ask?"

[[Three. Now hurry.]]

"Y-yes. Uhmm, another question, Is the DC Universe real?"

The young man asked once again. He had read various fanfictions for two years back in his life. There, the main characters would suddenly wish to be born in a world of fiction, as though they already know that it really exists in real life somewhere in the vast expanse of the Multiverse.

He was clearly trying his luck here by asking if DC Universe is real despite it being a world of fiction in his world, and he really hope for it to be real.

[[It is, now speak your wishes. Your wasting my time]]

The God coldly replied.

Despite that cold tone, the young man could not help but cheer internally, so with an excited tone, he unhesitatingly said.

"I want to be reincarnated in DC Universe as Diana's or Wonder Woman's younger brother!"

Hearing that, the god could not help but scoffed.

[[Stupid mortal, now the wishes]]

"Huh?" The young man was confused when the God called him stupid, but he ignored all of that as he excitedly list out his wishes.

"For the first wish, I want to be a God of Destruction, as strong as Beerus!" The young man was indeed a fan of DC, but that doesn't hindered him from liking Anime.

"For the second wish, I want to have unlimited potential!"

The young man stopped for a while as he thought of his third and last wish, remembering that he chose to be reincarnated in DC Universe, he wouldn't let himself become weak.

After a while of contemplating, the young man finally stated his last wish.

"For the third wish, I want to be stronger than Darkseid when I reach eighteen years of age!" He smugly stated, thinking that no one could stop him if he wish for something like that.

The God did not reply, but he patiently waited. He thought that the process would normally take for a while when he ask for wishes like that, so he remained extremely patient.

After a while, the expected voice of God reached him, but unlike the usual uninterested tone that the God used earlier, the God's voice was now very cold.

[[I see, so let me state all your wishes... You wished for eternal Death, yes?]]

"...Huh? G-God I-"

[[Mortal! Your greed knows no bounds, you wish to be a god in that place without much effort? You think I would grant such despicable wish?! Rather than compensating you, I might as well erase your entire existence!]]

The place greatly shook by that voice alone, while the young man was reduced into nothing but a shaking and kneeling mortal that he is when in a presence of a God.

He was feeling fear much greater than the fear he felt when he saw that flash of thunder heading his way.

He was scared at the thought of being erased down to his very existence, he blamed his stupidity for asking for such wishes and treated his situation as like those in the fanfictions he had read.

He stupidly thought that he could wish for anything and everything because the God owed him for bringing him here.

Ignoring the fact that he was nothing but a mortal and God owes him nothing!

He was really regretting his actions, he should have carefully thought of everything first!

[[Hmph, foolish mortal. Do you treat me as one of those Gods in fictional stories you read? How could a mortal depict a God?! You dare to treat me like how mortals depict Gods?!]]

Hearing that angry tone, the young man hurriedly replied while apologizing at the same time. "N-No God! I-I was naive... I am very sorry!"

[[I have no time to waste on you. Luckily, you have been respectful this entire time, so I'll give you a chance. Now, state your wishes!]]

Hearing that, the young man was very thankful. Not wanting to anger the God more than he already did, he hurriedly stated his wishes. "I want to have the Three Haki's in One Piece!"

He stopped for a while, hoping that his wish isn't too much.

Receiving no reply from God, he stated his other wishes. "For my second wish, I also want to have the Eternal Arms Mastery. As for my last wish, I want a system that could raise my stats, upgrade my powers, skills, abilities and weapons".

Carefully raising his head, he nervously waited for a reply.

The god was angry to him when he wish to be strong without much effort, so with the help of the system, it shouldn't be too much right?

[[Fine, now scram mortal!]]

The young man breathed a sigh of relief, glad that his wish was granted and he wasn't erased down to his very existence.

His astral body was surrounded by a glowing light that slowly enveloped him whole, taking him far away from that place.

He was glad that he survived the anger of that God and was really looking forward to his life in DC.

Alas, the young man didn't know how naive he was.
