4 Chapter-4{Marine Headquarters}

(3rd Person POV)

Defeating Morgan might not be a big deal but how he defeated him is the key point.

As soon as Morgan rushed at Helmeppo he calmly dodged his attack and mobilised him very efficiently which made the elites in Garp's ship shocked.

Bogard as a swordsman himself also noticed when Helmeppo slashed at Morgan's knees there was no resistance which means that he at the very least mastered "Breath Of All Things"

"Bwahahaha, kid you're pretty good." Garp also noticed all of the above and was suddenly interested in Helmeppo.

Garp immediately rushed at Helmeppo and threw a punch while smiling.

Helmeppo saw this and instantly got serious and thought 'The fact I am able to see this means, he must be going easy on me.'

(Helmeppo's POV)

Of course I didn't try to block with my sword as even if Garp is going easy on me, I would still absolutely get destroyed in a contest of physical strength, so my only viable option here is to dodge.

As soon as I dodged I immediately felt an impact on my stomach and flew out.

Damn it it seems like he expected me to dodge.

"Cough." I spat out blood on the ground and looked at Garp with a grim expression.

Garp just was standing at the position where he punched me and was waving his hand indicating me to attack him.

If I don't attack him with his temper I will probably suffer more, so I need to attack him.

I immediately rushed at him and thrusted my wooden sword at his dog mask.

Garp just leaned slightly left to dodge my attack and once again punched at me in the exact same spot where he punched at me before causing me to fly out again making me bleed even more.

His reflexes are very sharp so there is almost no way to land a strike on him unless he wishes so.

I immediately tried a new tactic and I rushed at him and this time instead of launching an attack on him I immediately used all my strength to crack the deck under his feet.

Garp lost his balance slightly but still maintained a grin on his face.

After he lost balance, I immediately took advantage of it slashed at him vertically at his hips to at least damage his clothes a bit.

Of course even causing a scratch on him is impossible now with my strength currently.

Garp instead of dodging my slash instantly lauched another attack on me extremely fast causing me to fly out.

Instead of getting angrier the battle passed on instead compared to the beginning of the battle, I got calmer.

(Koby POV)

I was shocked and paralysed in fear when Captain Morgan ran in our direction but Helmeppo-san instantly subdued Captain Morgan making others shocked.

This was also the time when the tragedy began.

The battle between Vice Admiral Garp and Helmeppo has already been going for hours.

Garp-san looked absolutely fine with no injuries whatsoever after all he is the Marine Hero.

But Helmeppo-san situation on the other hand can only be considered tragic.

He was bleeding from almost everywhere making the other marines murmur how is he even alive.

And yet every time he was knocked down, he stood up again and again making the marines eyes change from pity to awe to respect.

Ripper-san tried to meddle in the middle of the fight and pleaded Garp-san to stop the fight but he shut his mouth as soon as Garp-san looked at his direction with a terrifying expression.

But this fight cannot go any longer! If it goes on Helmeppo-san really might die.

I gritted my teeth despite Garp-san staring at me and immediately went in front of Helmeppo-san and dropped on my knees and pleaded "Vice Admiral Garp! , Please stop this battle. He already has lost too much blood and if this goes on any longer he will really die. Please Vice Admiral Garp!"

Suddenly an arm was placed on his shoulder making his shoulder wet from blood.

It was none other than Helmeppo.

I looked back at Helmeppo-san to see him smiling at me with his eyes closed "Thanks Koby, but I will finish this soon."

As soon as Helmeppo-san said that he walked in front of me and despite his injured body rushed at Garp-san once again.

As soon as he arrived this time Garp-san took the initiative to attack and punched at him right at his head from behind Helmeppo-san where as it looked like Helmeppo-san himself was not aware of it.

I closed one of my eyes in fear predicting what's gonna happen next but the result shocked me.

Helmeppo-san dodged at the attack which looked like he had an eye at back of his head and he immediately rotated his body and slashed at Garp-san where Garp-san leaned back just enough to dodge the attack but Helmeppo-san immediately threw his sword forcefully while in mid air at Garp-san feet which even Garp-san couldn't dodge and was hit by it.

"Bwahahaha Kid, you're good I acknowledge you!" said Garp-san laughing loudly while Helmeppo-san just stood in silence.

Immediately a guy wearing a hat and suit approached Helmeppo-san and looked at him for few seconds and told Garp-san "He passed out."

Garp-san immediately looked stunned and laughed even harder "Bwahaha even while fainting, you still stood up huh."

(Helmeppo's POV)

Hmm?

As soon as I opened my eyes while feeling weak, I immediately felt pain all over my body.

As soon as I gained consciousness, I immediately remembered what happened.

Even though I went through all that pain but there was a blessing in disguise, I awakened Observation Haki briefly, I still did not fully master it yet.

But still it hurts so much.

"Ouch." I muttered immediately causing the guy who was next to me awake from his sleep.

"Helmeppo-san, you're awake!" shouted Koby.

Too loud.

"Don't shout, anyway how much days passed after I passed out?" I asked Koby who looked happy after I woke up.

"It's been twelve days! Helmeppo-san." said Koby.

I see, so I passed out for nearly half a month.

Well regular injury + awakening Observation Haki surely would have consumed a lot of mental strength.

"And where are we currently?" I asked Koby while looking at the surroundings where it looked way more advanced compared to Shell Town.

"Marine Headquarters!" replied Koby extremely excited.
