20 20 – Journey

After handing The Blade of Chaos to Kratos, who didn't even look at it properly, Poseidon also asked, '' Are you sure you don't want more of Zeus' powers?''

Kratos nodded, '' I didn't even want what you gave me... but I understand that I will need them.''

Poseidon nodded and then went to talk to Pandora, '' And this here is for you.''

What Poseidon passed to her was the communication device that Hephaestus created. Pandora took it and began to study it, '' What is it?''

'''It's a way to communicate between realms. It's a prototype, and we don't know if it works.'' Poseidon then explained how it supposedly works. After that, he told Pandora, '' If you find any problems, use this, and we'll do our best to help.''

Pandora nodded and took the device with her.

Poseidon then hugged her and offered his hand to Kratos, "You are always welcome in Greece. But I know that your path is not here... I wish you happiness.''

Kratos shook Poseidon's hand, "Good luck!''

Poseidon didn't notice at the moment, but Kratos silently passed some power to him.

The rest of the gods waved goodbye awkwardly while Hephaestus and Aphrodite gave Pandora a few things.

''This armor is very strong, I made it with some leftovers of the Blade of Olympus, but don't tell Poseidon ...that sword is also good, I stole some parts of Poseidon's Trident...that shield is one of the best.''

While the family talked between themselves, everyone could see Poseidon and his twitching eyebrows.

When the couple finished giving the gifts, Pandora could barely move, '' ... Thank you?''

Kratos helped her with her luggage, and the two left the realm, heading north.

''Remember, you are family! Any problems, just let us know!'' Poseidon shouted as Kratos and Pandora left Olympus.

The two of them didn't stop and disappeared from the Gods' view after a while. After following them with their eyes until they left, they turned their gaze to Poseidon, waiting for his orders.

Poseidon also looked at them, '' Now that we resolved the issue, we still have 2 major ones. We need to rebuild Olympus and ... let's bring in the mortals... how many of them do we have left?''

''5.000,'' Athena said the number while Poseidon remembered something.

''Damn it!''

Athena got worried, "What's wrong?''

"I forgot to ask Kratos for the customs of Sparta... it was the only city to be totally wiped out before we could get 500 people.''

Athena sighed in relief, '' Maybe you can talk to him later, with the communicator.''

Poseidon accepted this, '' Okay... now, bring the mortals here.''

Iris said nothing and disappeared from the scene.

A few minutes earlier, Isis returned with all mortals to Olympus. While the majority were kids, the elders were shocked by the destruction of Olympus.

All of them are stunned. To them, yesterday they were at home, and now they are at Olympus.

The elders discussed between themselves while the children looked around in curiosity, '' What happened?''

'' I have no idea.''

While they were discussing, a deep voice interrupted them, '' I can explain that.''

All mortals, be children or elders, looked in the direction of the voice and noted it was a man with blue hair. He looked around 30 years old and was handsome.

Some of the elders recognized him straight away, ''Poseidon!''

The God nodded, '' It is me. I'll now explain what happened in the previous months. Zeus has gone mad, and we, the Gods, decided to overthrow his reign of terror once and for all. But before we could do that, he killed all other Gods and destroyed all of Greece.''

All mortals were shocked. It took some time for the Elders to recover from this, while the kids were too young to understand the gravity of what has happened.

'' Thanks to Demetre and Hestia, we managed to save a couple of thousand mortals, you people, to recreate Greece. We did put you on sleep for a few months.''

Poseidon then showed the new Greece, '' This is your new home. I ask the elders to teach the children the culture of their people, while also teaching them the ways of the world.''

'' All historians are welcome to stay in Olympus, to write down the history being made.''

'' This is a new chance for all of us, to do better than before. We, Gods, promise you to do our best to protect and help in times of need.''

The elders got emotional and kneeled in front of Poseidon, while the children did the same while looking confused.

Athena and the rest of the Gods also made their presence known, to basically show the mortals that the Gods were now working together. After the other Gods showed up, the mortals got even more emotional.

Then, after some time, Isis gathered the mortals in their respective cultures and brought them to decide which part of Greece they would want. That part was discussed between the elders and the Gods.

'' I want to build a new city near the sea, to honor you!'' One of the elders said to Poseidon, who nodded.

'' Anyone wants to give their opinion? We are okay with any suggestions!'' Poseidon said while looking at the Elders.

' They are afraid... it's normal thought. They just woke up and found that Zeus died and their home was destroyed. The only one with the courage to speak with me was that one.' Poseidon decided to remember that man.

It took a while, but other elders started to give their opinion, '' Then... I want my city to be here.'' He points at the center of Greece, '' We would build a temple to all Gods there and worship them.''

Poseidon nodded.

Other elders then started to divide the land among themselves while Poseidon just observed. It took a while until they had all of Greece divided.

'' Is everyone okay with this arrangement?'' All the Elders nodded at Poseidon's question. '' Okay. Iris will send you to your place now. The soil is fertile and the animals abundant, so no problem with food or water.''

After saying goodbyes to the mortals, Poseidon called a reunion between the gods. They waited until Iris returned after dropping off all mortals.

Poseidon nodded at Iris and started the reunion, '' The wedding of Artemis and Apollo will be held in a few days. We will rebuild a part of Olympus to hold the ceremony. After the wedding, the focus will be the total reconstruction of our home.''

'' If you have any need you need to be meet, talk with Hephaestus. He will be responsible to build the accommodations.''

'' The mortals are now at home. You are free to have them worship you, but you can't force them. No more kidnapping of mortals or forced intercourse. Though you are free to have a relationship with a mortal, if you make a mortal pregnant, inform me or Athena about it.''

Poseidon looked around and saw no one objecting, '' Now, onto the part, a lot of you were waiting for... how should we distribute the Divine powers that I possess.''

The Gods looked at each other with a smile on their faces, '' I already passed some to Iris and some to Pandora. Apollo, come here!''

Apollo excitedly arrived in front of Poseidon, who put a hand on his head and passed Helios' powers to him. Apollo took a deep breath while he felt the new power coursing through his veins. '' Thank you!''

'' I promised all of you new powers, and I intend to uphold my words.'' Poseidon then called them in order.

Athena got 30% of Zeus' power, while Poseidon held onto the 10% for himself.

Aphrodite got the powers of some Gods with similar Divine powers to her, such as love and fertility. Hephaestus was the one who got more powers, as Poseidon gave him a lot, all of them related to blacksmith.

Hestia, Demeter, and Dionysus were the most difficult ones to pass the powers because they basically had the same one. It took a while to find suitable ones for them, but Poseidon managed to do it.

Even after passing a huge amount of his powers, Poseidon still felt he had a lot. When he used his divine sense to check his powers, he noted something among his God's powers, ' Wait! Why do I have titans powers!?'

Poseidon then remembered the last handshake between him and Kratos, ' So he passed some of the Titans powers to me... cheeky bastard! It seems to be power over Water and Thunder... I have to ask Athena which Titan had it.'

Poseidon smiled, remembering Kratos, 'I know how your journey will be, but I have no idea how you will walk the path until there. I wish you luck!'

After Poseidon was done checking his powers, he dismissed the Gods, '' That's it for now! Prepare for the wedding in a few days!''

Just as the Gods were leaving the meeting place, Poseidon called out to Athena, '' Athena, stay here with me a little longer.''

Aphrodite shot a small smile at Athena, who ignored her and went next to Poseidon.

'' What do you need, love?'' Athena asked Poseidon.

'' Which Titan held the power over Water and Lightning?''

Athena thought for a second, '' Oceanus, but why did you ask?''

'' I noticed some titans powers among my divine ones... Kratos must have gifted them to me earlier.''

Athena said nothing and took Poseidon's hand. Then she used her divine powers to check his body. Poseidon gave no resistence.

After a while, Athena said, '' It really is Oceanus' power...''

Poseidon then picked Athena in a princess carry, '' Should we check if I got better in the bedroom?''

Athena sweated, '' If you did, I'll be in trouble...''

Poseidon then carried Athena to their house and closed the door. What happened next was a 'fight' that Athena lost.
