4 Chapter 4: Meeting The Family 2

Alec's pov

It was exhilarating killing the minotaurs; seeing their blood spilling made me feel something I haven't felt since my past life. I forgot this feeling, of being alive, with adrenaline rushing through my vein, a thrill that has every cell in my body tingling; the sense of freedom was terrific. But something was missing, the danger, these minotaurs died too fast. I wanted something more of a challenge; the leader it's still alive. Maybe it can be more of a challe-.

*THUD*

Hearing something falling, I turn around to see the minotaur leader kneeling. I could see it in its eyes; it was scared; it just saw me massacre its' whole herd, and it was afraid it should be rushing me trying to kill me. But all it was doing was kneeling before me; I feel disappointed, disgusted, and contemn towards it for not fighting back for being weak. I approached it slowly, and with each step, I took it would tremble even more; when I arrived in front of it, it looked up at me with eyes that were begging for me to save it. But the only thing going through my mind was that its' weak existence disgusted me.

"Your existence abhors me," I say with my voice and face devoid of all emotions. "Compress." I watched as its' head began to shrink then exploded with its' blood splashing everywhere on my body.

When I came out of my trance, I felt five unknown divinities behind it must be the other gods; I can finally talk to someone else apart from myself. Turning around, I saw a gorgeous naked, petite woman/Goddess around 5'2" with bright blue eyes and shining red hair that reaches to her ankles. There was a heat coming from her divinity, but it felt warm, inviting, and safe like a home; unlike Kronos's own that was scorching, this goddess is undoubtedly Hestia.

Her appearance would have matched the feeling from her divinity if she wasn't shaking in fear. This must be because of what Rhea said when I was born, about me looking like Kronos. If that's the case, of course, she and the others would be shaking in fear.

Well, only she and the other two, who I'm assuming are Hera and Demeter, were quivering with fear. Hades just seemed to be confounded. Not wanting them to be afraid to approach me, I gave a disarming smile while running my hand through my hair to stop the blood from draining down more into my face.

{AN: His smile was not disarming}

"Hey, their sis. I'm your brother, Poseidon," Knowing that I look like Kronos, I say it to reassure them that I'm not him.

""""!!!!"""" I could see the shock of disbelieve in their faces of me saying that, some more so than others.

"YOU CANNOT BE OUR BROTHER YOU, YOU'RE THE MONSTER WHO PUT US HERE!!!" Shouted a fair-skinned naked woman with long light brown hair tied in a braid with flowers weaved in and stunning light brown eyes. It seems she inherited Rhea's personality.

If I were, Kronos wouldn't I have killed them the minute I laid eyes on them? Is she that stupid?

"I know I might look like our father Kronos but I am not him, I hate him as much as you do for trapping me here!" I say to her to all of them with a small amount of frustration and anger in my voice.

I hate him just as much as they hate him, no even more so than them. I know what is on the outside what I'm missing. It hurts me more to lose what I had than those who don't even know what they lost because of Kronos.

"Kronos?" An unnatural pail-naked man with deep combed-back black hair and deep dark black eyes that seemed to absorb all light was no shorter than I asked. He must be Hades since he's the only man here.

"Kronos is our father, the one you call a monster," He nodded his head with a visible understanding.

"Surely you don't believe his lies Hades, sisters. He's a monster," the blond woman said to the others. She's starting to piss me off; why the hell would I lie about something like if I wanted to kill them, I could have done so already.

"I have to agree with Hera. Hestia, this 'Poseidon' looks just like the monster who trapped us here for all these years. Have you forgotten when we used to cry each other to sleep? Having someone who looks exactly like that monster with us would be unbearable." Said a blond-haired woman with her hair touching the ground, a crown of flowers on her head, and brilliant green eyes filled with life.

The woman who I'm guessing is Demeter said to the brunette who I now know is Hera and Hestia. Are they really going to stop me from joining their little group?

"You saw what he did to those creatures sisters, the same creatures we fear. You honestly believe that if he wanted to hurt us, he wouldn't have done so already." Hades pleaded for me to our sisters, but it was pissing me off for him to beg them for me to join.

Am I not their brother as well? I didn't go through decades hoping to converse with someone else apart from my thoughts for these bastards to reject me.

"What Hades says is true, Hera; if he wanted to harm, he would have done so already, and I sensed no lies from him, sisters," Hestia explained to Hera and Demeter. She truly is the best of all the Greek gods and goddesses.

"I think he should come with us sisters he went through the same tribulations as we did. Persecuting for something he has no control over while he is in a state of confusion as we were when we first arrived would be cruel." Hades said to them, but what state of confusion is he talking about?

"He shouldn't come with us he can't be trusted Hades and Demeter agree with me on that!" She truly is Rhea's daughter, isn't she?

To think that they would reject me, how shallow can these Greek gods be. Fuck this. If they believe that I have to beg and grovel to lower beings for them to accept, they can go fuck off!

"I disagree with you Hera he is family just like all of us are and he shoul-" Hestia tried saying, but I cut her off before she could finish.

I looked at them with a cold look in my eyes, "I don't need your pity, Hestia. If you have to vote and debate whether I join your little group of eaten gods you can go fuck yourselves." Not that it would be weird for you Greek gods.

"And as for you Hera and Demeter I don't need you to survive on my own from what I can see...." I take a pause as I looked at the bodies of the minotaurs. "You're the ones who do." I started walking off as I had nothing else to say to them.

"Wait, brother, you may be stronger than these creatures but there are beasts out there that outclass them by margins and you don't know their territory!" Hades shouted towards.

"Then it would be good if there was someone who already knows their territory. So are you coming with me brother? I can make you strong enough to not fear our food." I say to him as I reached a torn-off head minotaur and threw its body on my shoulder.

I saw a smirk appear on his face as I said that it explains everything now when he arrived there. He wasn't shocked because of all the blood or how I looked; he was surprised because he didn't know someone could become this strong.

"Of course I will come and assist you brother and if it also means I will be able to kill these beasts it would be well appreciated," Hades said as he began walking towards me.

"Hades! You aren't actually thinking of going with him are you Hestia Demeter tell him to stop this madness."

"It's his decision whether he wants to go or not Hera, we have no reason to stop him."

"You finally said something correct Demeter. I only hope you stay safe and come visit us. Hades our home will always be opened for you and you as well Poseidon when you feel it's the right time for you." Hestia said with warmth in her voice. It was even capable of making me change my mind about leaving them for a moment, but that was just a small moment.

"I will Hestia, as for you Hera we've never gotten along well so this shouldn't be a problem for you. Demeter, I am disappointed by how shallow you could be I expected as much from Hera but not from you." Hades said his farewell to his siblings. As we walked in the opposite direction that they came from before. I looked back at Hera and Demeter with an expressionless face, and my heart immediately went cold when their eyes met mine.

"You insignificant pieces of shit," I say as Hades, and I disappeared into the darkness.
