"Do you realize what you're saying?" Poseidon's whole demeanour changed as his body began to radiate power.

"Of course I do! I won't serve someone weaker than me." As the megalodon said that, he began to release power at the same level as Poseidon's.

"It looks as if I'll have to put you in your place."

A nine feet tall, muscular man with a wild and aggressive appearance is looking down on Poseidon. He had a long face with pronounced cheekbones and pronounced hairless brow ridges. He has green eyes and long stringy black hair growing out past his shoulders.

{AN: He looks like Kenpachi Zaraki}

"Are you crazy!? You can't fight the king; he is our creator, master, and saviour!" Elease preached to the megalodon expecting him to share the same fanatic outlook she has on Poseidon.

"Shut the hell up. This has nothing to do with you weaklings." He responded to her in a demeaning tone to show that they were nothing but an insect in his eyes. "I'm telling you this… 'king' this is a fight to the death. So if you're scared, save me the time and let me take your head now." The megalodon said to Poseidon, who just stared back at him with indifferent eyes.

"Well, if you have nothing to say… shall we begin?"

*THOOOM*

A murderous intent was released from the megalodon when he said that; it was powerful enough to give the weaker humanoids a sense that death was right before them, ready to reap their souls. Consequently, all of them fainted, leaving only the four other leaders and Poseidon standing.

*WHOOSH* *Bam*

Poseidon was the first to make a move, a swift jab barely visible by an average person, aiming for the mega's jaw. But to most of the bystanders' surprise, when it landed, it didn't even cause him to flinch. "Hmph, don't be in such a hurry; let's enjoy this. Now let me show you…WHEN YOU PUNCH SOMEONE, PUT YOUR BACK INTO IT!!"

*BOOOOM!!*

The megalodon cocked his hand back and hit Poseidon with a blow that sent him flying deeper into the depths of the sea, creating ginormous shockwaves that pushed away everything surrounding them. His assault didn't end there, as he swam off at incredible speed, eventually reaching his max in only a few seconds.

*KABOOM!!*

Multiple shockwaves were created by the megalodon as he approached Poseidon. But Poseidon didn't stay idly by as he made numerous shards of ice and launched them at him.

*Whoosh**Whoosh**Whoosh**Whoosh*

They cut through the sea swiftly, taking only milliseconds to reach their target; however, contrary to what some might've expected, the mega didn't dodge the attacks. "Impossible!" Adira shouted in disbelief at what she saw; the others were shocked by it as well. Rightly so as there wasn't even a scratch left behind on the megalodon from the attacks.

"Is that the best you can do? How disappointing." The Mega said to Poseidon in a gruff deprecated voice. He rushed Poseidon and started bombarding him with combos of punches and kicks.

*BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!* *BOOM!*

Each attack created shockwaves causing enormous waves and whirlpools. "IS THAT ALL YOU GOT!" It seems everything was in the megalodon's favour as he had Poseidon on the defence.

"!!!" *BOOM!*

That was until Poseidon easily dodged his jab and struck him in his solar plexus. "GAH!" Blood came out of the megalodon's mouth as he was sent flying out of the sea.

"AMAZING!" Adira shouted in joy.

"As expected of you, my king." Elease had a prideful look on her face at this.

"Never doubted your might, my lord," Conrod said with a slight smile. As for Ameleo, he looked at the mega with a mocking smirk. A few seconds passed, and the megalodon finally landed back in the sea with blood running down the side of his mouth.

"You blonde bastard… NOW YOU'VE GOT MY BLOOD PUMPING!!"

"Is being loud… your only redeeming quality?" Poseidon asked the mega aloofly.

"Wha- Tsk, guess I underestimated you too much."

*Crack*

The megalodon cracked his neck and held his hand up.

*Crackle* *Crackle*

Electricity started to coursing around his fingers as lightning struck and thunder rolled in the distance. 'Interesting.' Poseidon thought as he watched the megalodon.

*KRAKKA-KROOOM!!* *KRAKKA-KROOOM!!* *KRAKKA-KROOOM!!*

Dozens of lightning started striking the water surface, and the megalodon began to somehow absorb the discharge of energy. As he was doing this, a tremendous change started happening to his body. His long wild hair became even spikier as his body grew in size; his skin began taking on dark tooth-like patterns with a sandpaper-like texture.

The same scale-like patterns began framing his face; sharp fin appendages grew on the back of his arm as well as on his back. When his extreme transformation ended, he stood at the height of twelve feet with rows of sharp teeth in his mouth and blue lightning coursing around his body.

"Don't die too quickly." He said in a rougher voice fitting his new appearance.

"Hmm?" Poseidon hummed in curiosity while not paying attention to the mega anymore. Feeling offended by this, the mega prepared to attack.

When he was about to move off and attack Poseidon, he noticed he was no longer in his sights. "!!!" He sensed Poseidon behind, which should be impossible since he didn't even see him move. When he turned around, he saw Poseidon holding a trident made of ice in his hands.

"How the hell did you ge-"

"Omae wa mou shindeiru."

{AN: This shit is cringed as fuck. But worth it, in my opinion.}

"What?" Simultaneously, when the mega said that, a large gash from his left eye going straight down to his abdomen materialized.

{AN: I actually wanted him to say "NANI!?" But you don't always get what you want.}

Poseidon's pov

Few moments before

*KRAKKA-KROOOM!!* *KRAKKA-KROOOM!!* *KRAKKA-KROOOM!!*

Interesting, is it possible that they also inherited some of my abilities? How else would he be able to call upon lightning like that? He even has knowledge of how to use the powers to enhance himself. I'll have to ask the others what they can do when I finish this one-off; he's way too cocky as is.

But I have to say his transformation is astounding and intimidating too well for anyone else who isn't me. Ah, it seems like I outdid myself again and made an incredible race.

"Don't die too quickly." Hmph, like I said, cocky. By the way, how his muscles tensed, I could tell he would attack, so I positioned myself to counter. "Hmm?" What the hell is this?

*Fwoosh*

Everything around me stopped moving as if they were some kind of movie that got paused. The reason I froze them was relatively simple someone was watching us. It didn't take long for me to complete pin down their position as they were in the sea, and my sensing abilities are top class here. I'm technically omnipotent in here, so no one should have been able to sneak up on me for even a slight period without me knowing.

When I teleported to where the person was, I was a bit taken back. She was gorgeous. Her hair glowed under the water, and her blue eyes are mesmerizing, almost hypnotic. When I looked at her entire body, I noticed she had a fish's lower half. A mermaid?

Dammit, what the hell am I doing getting all flustered for? Coming out of my shock, I touched her shoulder to release the time freeze on her. Not that I have to touch someone to free them from my time abilities.

"Hmm, why aren't they moving? WAIT! Where did that blonde one go!?" She started panicking when she saw everything frozen and realized that I wasn't amongst them.

"Weird, I never noticed it before because I was entranced by the little warm-up, but to think you were watching us."

"!!!" She turned around quickly while going into a defensive position. She had a look on her face that clearly said, 'How the hell did he get behind me?' So I decided to ease her worries.

"You don't stand a chance against me, so relax." Accepting what I said, her defences lowered but not entirely.

"Now tell me who you are and what you're doing here. Be truthful as well. I wouldn't want to have to pry the information from you…another way." I materialized an ice dagger at her neck to get my point across.

Just because she's attractive doesn't mean I'll lower my guard; I'll treat her as an enemy until proven otherwise. I saw a slight fear in her eyes that was quickly covered up by confidence.

"I'm called Amphitrite, one of the hundreds of daughters belonging to the titan god of the seas Oceanus." Amphitrite? Wasn't she the wife of Poseidon? And what the hell does she mean by Oceanus, the god of the seas? I'm the god of the sea, not that pacifistic bastard.

"As for what I'm doing here, I sensed your massive amount of divinity within the sea. So I came to see who it was so I could recruit you to fight against the tyranny of Kronos since my father won't." That's quite brave but stupid because she didn't even know what kind of person I was.

"That was quite stupid of you."

"Huh?"

"You didn't know what kind of person I am. What if I was an ally of Kronos, luring out those who want him dead. What would you have done then?" base on her facial expression, she was genuinely perplexed by my question.

"I see. It was foolish of me, wasn't it." A wry smile graced her faced as realization struck her, but then it immediately disappeared as a serious one replacing it.

"Though I've told you who I am and my purpose of being here, you haven't."

"You do realize I don't have to tell you any of those, correct?"

"I suppose you don't, but that would be awfully rude of you." She stated while looking directly into my eyes.

"Hmph, my name is Poseidon, god of seas, earthquakes, and storms, as well as the son of Kronos. And my purpose here is relatively simple gather an army to kill Kronos."

"!!! The son of Kronos!? So the prophecies were accurate; after all, you're the child who will slay him." She optimistically said while she grabbed hold of my shoulders. She even skipped over the part about me being the god of seas.

"I'm not doing this because of some prophecy or to save anyone from tyranny. I'm doing it because I want his head in my hands for what he did to me." I pushed her away when I said that

"I understand, nonetheless our goals still align, so I think it would be in our best interest to become allies."

"Allies? You've already seen what I'm capable of. So tell me how joining with you would benefit me."

"I have resources and connections to others who want Kronos dead just as much as you do, not to mention I have plenty of information I know would be of use to you."

"How do you know that I don't have those connections and information myself."

"Believe me, I'd know if you did." She stared right at me, not backing down.

"Fine, there is an island close by. Go there if and when you come in contact with a group of people, tell them that I sent you. Also, don't tell them of anything you saw here, understand?"

"Yes, there's no need for you to have such a threatening tone with me. I wasn't planning on telling anyone anything."

"Good, now go." It only took a few seconds for her to disappear in a swirl of water. When she did, I turned my attention back to the megalodon and teleport in front of him.

*Crackle*

I was no longer in the mood to play around with him, so I made an ice trident and slashed his twelve feet tall body across his face down to his abdomen. The injury wouldn't take place until I resumed back time.

"Oh, wouldn't be a good time to use that?"

I went precisely behind him and then unfroze time. "!!!" I saw the panic on his face when he quickly turned around and saw me.

"How the hell did you ge-"

"Omae wa mou shindeiru." Now that I say this out loud it's cringey as hell.

"What?" When he said that, the wound finally appeared, and a tremendous amount of blood spilled from which immediately froze along with the injury.

"HAHAHAHAHAHA! THAT WAS POWER!!! NOW FINISH ME Oof…." Tsk, damn battle junkie.

"Ameleo, pick him up. When he wakes up, tell him his name is Einar Otodus."

"Yeah, of course, I get the heavy lifting." Just from his face, I could tell that he was going to be a lazy bastard.

"You five will be the leaders of your specific species. When I return I want to know how many members each group contains. You can also name them if you like or allow them to name themselves. It doesn't matter what they chose as long as their last name is the same as yours. Understand?"

"Yes!"

"Yes, my king."

"I will complete your request, my lord."

"Yeah, whatever."

They all answered in their own way well except for Einar since he was out cold.

*Whirl*

I created a portal leading back to the island to explain what was happening before those four started running around like headless chickens. I also need to think about the fact that other beings might have sensed my divinity as well.
