Chapter 8 Numb

I sat upon a pile of bodies. My blood red hair stood out even more in this hellish scene. My black top was ripped which showed my slender body with slightly toned muscles. My skin as white as snow made the blood on my face even more obvious.

My father just left while reinforcements came. There was about 20 genins and 3 chunins. The genins were easy to kill as my stand just killed them when they got close. The chunins could barley see my stand which resulted with them avoiding fatal wounds but I just threw my lighting encased Kunai at them or teleported behind them and stabbed them. They were shocked to see a barely 5 year old boy killing them all which resulted in them being easier to kill.

I had almost no obvious injuries on my body but if some one was to see me thought they would instantly take me too a hospital as the amount of blood on my body though none of its mine.

[Quest-complete]

[Task: Slaughter the enemy]

[Reward: Executioners dagger] (Dagger version of executioners blade)

I looked at the 20cm dagger in my hand before putting it back in my inventory.

I looked towards konoha shinobi that are looking at me like in fear.

My fight wasn't like my fathers. His was fast and clear with some slit throats at most. Mine was just brutal nearly every body around me is disembodied because my stand cut through them and adding my appearance right now I probably look like the "Devil!"

I looked towards the person who should at me. It as a stone shinobi missing an arm and both legs. "You're no human. Your the devil." He shouted towards me with hateful eyes.

At first I was against killing them so I only incapacitated them but a shinobi that I let live snuck up behind me and tried to kill me so I killed him.

I took out the knife that I just gained. The executioners dagger. The same as the executioners blade just a dagger form. "Might as well try it out now." I said while stabbing it into his neck and watching his blood squirt out. "De..d..evil" was all he could say before dying.

I heard a noise where the leaf ninjas were (gonna switch between shinobi/ninja etc.) I looked over just to see father with kakashi and rin.

I walked over towards them and smiled. "Father you're back did anything happen over there?" I asked guessing their faces are so shocked right now because of obitos 'death'

"N..no everything's fine. What happened here?" He asked while gesturing to the dozens of bodies behind me.

"Oh, they were reinforcements that came after you left." I responded thinking nothing was wrong with what happened here.

I was numb. Numb to death, numb to pain and numb to killing.

"Really..sorry hikari..." He said in a sad tone.

"Why are you sorry? If it's because I had to kill people don't worry I'd have to do it in the future anyway. I am a Shinobi after all." I said in a wide smile to try raise his spirit. Little did I know me smiling like that with blood on my face was horrifying.

I didn't even realise I was crying.

My father hugged me seeing my expression and quickly teleported us all back to konoha.

We reached the gates and quickly entered and due to the need to report the missin we could not get a chance to clean ourselves.

We were constantly getting stared at and I knew why they were staring as well.

(A/N didn't expect this chapter to get so dark... Btw I'm doing this at like 1 am on an old iPad sooo yeah if there's spelling mistakes blame that. I'm not going to make him depressed or anything but I want him to learn from this. If yes have any ideas please tell me)
