That was Easy

"Would you both quiet down!! Do you not know who I am! You should be groveling at my feet begging for me to give you a swift death!" Lower 3 shouted. Tengen and Muichiro stopped throwing rocks and both looked at the demon.

Muichiro just stared at him with a blank expression. He blink once or twice and said "Hey, Tengen."

"What?"

"What's wrong with him. Can't he see we were doing something? So rude, just interrupting very important business. He's not even relevant enough for me to remember his rank." Muichiro hopped down from the lamp pool into the streets.

Tengen nodded placing his blades onto his shoulder. "I know right. You demons always boost about how you live for hundreds of years yet you have no manures. How very unflamboyant of you."

"Unflamboyant indeed." Muichiro said causing Tengen to slowly turn to him with his usual smile.

"You have wonderful potential!"

"Potential in what...?"

"THAT'S IT!!" Lower 3 yelled full of nothing but anger. The golem's arms shot towards the street splitting into dozens of parts. He was done with the two Pillars' bullshit and not taking him seriously. He was going to teach them a lesson. Or at least try.

Muichiro sighed 'Why so angry. You Kizuki need anger management classes. We didn't even do much. We weren't even talking to you. Why ya gotta be a Wednesday and butt into our conversation?' Muichiro shook his head and held the hilt of his sword. His other hand was holding the sheath as he took a stance.

Tengen took out a few black beads and threw them into the air.

*BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!* *BANG!*

*BANG!*

They exploded destroying a few of the stone pillars coming towards them. Tengen dashed forward while Muichiro backflipped avoiding a stone pillar that smashed into the area where he stood. Muichiro landed next to a building and jumped onto the stone pillars above.

Lower 3 looked at him and glanced at Tengen who was still on the floor destroying everything that came at him with relative ease. Stone spikes came up from the ground causing Tengen to jump up and throw a few beads on the floor.

Muichiro didn't need to worry about any of that so he ran forward with his sword in hand. Muichiro slashed everything that even came remotely close to him. The stone pillar he stood on swept upwards causing him to be thrown into the air.

He clinked his tongue in annoyance. Muichiro straighten his body and looked down, when he saw he was above Lower 3 he sighed.

'Might as well end it. I'm getting bored.' No point in carrying on a fight he was going to win.

He held his sword and spun his body building up momentum. It was similar to what people that use water breathing do. Almost the entire style is based on building up momentum to then strick. He's just tacking those principles and applying them to the way he fights.

Nothing much.

Lower 3 looked up at him and send a few stone pillars toward the boy. Muichiro's grip tightened. When a pillar was in front of him, he turn his body avoiding it.

[Mist Breathing. Second Form: Eight-Layered Mist]

He slashed to the side of him eight times. The pillar broke apart without much resistance. Muichiro spun in the air before he was able to fix his body. His feet caught onto a relatively large piece of stone. He bent his knees and looked down.

He was met with quite a few more pillars made of stone and Lower 3 directly beneath him. Muichiro kicked down shattering the stone platform under his feet.

[Mist Breathing. Fifth Form: Sea of Clouds and Haze]

She shot down at blinding speeds releasing dozens of slashes on his way down destroying all of the pillars. Muichiro reached Lower 3 and went past him landing in the streets. He looked up and Lower 3 and waved.

The demon wasn't given the chance to speak when his head fell to the ground. All of the stone being controlled broke apart. Muichiro appeared by its head and spoke "Sorry not sorry. I have places to be, you know how it is. Well, you probably wouldn't know much longer since you dead. Whatever, I bid you ado."

Muichiro put his sword away and walked out of the way. He was walking through the streets when Tengen appeared.

"Good job! Well, I will be off now!"

"Where even were you?"

"I was being flamboyant, out of site!!"

Muichiro deadpanned looking at him. He couldn't even form any words upon hearing the bullshit this man was saying. He gazed at the Sound Hashira next to him and just sighed, then he sighed again.

He was starting to think this man was a complete idiot. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. But one thing is for sure. Muichiro needs to find better friends before his drain cells disintegrate into mush. Muichiro decided to make the wise decision to thank the topic.

"Where are you heading?" He asked walking to the city gates. He wasn't going to clean up that mess. He didn't get paid for that. He paid to kill demons during the night and train during the day.

"I will be visiting my wives. They are pretty close by, after I will go on my regular missions as usual. You?"

"What day is it?"

"Thursday."

Muichiro nodded and kicked a rock away hitting someone in the face. He started to watch fast and so did Tengen who gave him a look. "I didn't mean to do that. Anyway, I'm going to do missions until Monday then go back to the base for a week to learn flame breathing."

"Oh yeah, I forgot you wanted to learn other styles. Ah! I have a flamboyant idea! How about I train you to use sound breathing as well!"

Muichiro shrugged his shoulders. "Maybe in a few years. I'm too weak to use it properly."

"I guess you have a point. Well, I'll be off!"

Muichiro hummed in response. He watched Tengen jump onto a roof and then in the complete opposite direction they were walking before. He sighed and left the city. Muichiro looked up and saw Ginko flying East.

"Well. Let's go I guess."

One Day Later

"This is just annoying." Muichiro was standing in a field looking at a bunch of demons. There were dozens of them and they all looked the exact same. He looked at them and sighed.

He was given this mission a day ago, like yesterday? He had zero clue. It was meant to be a quick one where you travel for a few hours and kill a shit ton of demons on the way back. Simple, right? Nope!

This demon had a blood demon art that allows it to make clones of itself. Pretty annoying for anyone who didn't have a sense enhanced. But he did, unfortunately the clones are the exact same as the original. Their sound, smell, and even aura are exactly the same.

Now, one may say Muichiro could just kill all of them at once. And they would be completely right, without a single doubt in the world. But he usually likes to see what a demons blood demon art is, for research purposes. If a demon was too weak to have one he would just kill them and be done with it.

And we know where this got him. Did he learn his lesson? No. He never does, Muichiro usually forgets them after like two hours.

*Muichiro POV*

"So, Human. Now that.."

"Wait, wait, wait. Hold mochi just one second." I interrupted him mid-sentence. I put my hand out stopping him front speaking.

"Are you about to say some fuckery about how I'm human and you're a demon so you're going to kill me because you think you are better than me in every way possible?" I asked looking at him.

My gaze held nothing but boredom and annoyance. Boredom because, well, I was bored. And annoyance because I just want to get back to the base to learn some cool swordsmanship.

All of the clones' faces change to pure rage. I knew where this was going. This is how everyone demon acts, so damn short-tempered sometimes. I took a stance and held my sword's hilt and sheath. One of my feet shifted back slightly as I watched all the clones run toward me.

They're nothing special, just clones. They don't seem to have any other redeeming qualities about them.

[Mist Breathing. Fifth Form: Sea of Clouds and Haze]

I shot through the crowd decapitating everyone single one of them. I didn't have the patience to look for the real one. I made sure to stay long enough to make sure the demon turn into ashes.

I turned around and looked at Ginko flying in the sky above. N,o it was time to learn flame breathing. Maybe I can also send him a letter or something. I forget his name. Kito or something, I don't bloody know.
