28 Let's Follow the Plot

When I completed upgrades and built the laboratory, I went to the ladies to discuss plans.

I found them relaxing on the sofa. They were tired of the tour except for Van, who had high stamina.

I used the Heal and all their stamina recovered. They all noticed the change and looked around to find me coming toward them.

They straightened their backs to sit properly. They were nervous as I was their new 'Master'.

"Sit down ladies I have to discuss business with you all", I asked and pointed towards the sofa for them to sit.

"As I have already told you, I plan to open many businesses and I want you all to be leaders in your respective fields, as you all were before you came here", I said, while speaking the last sentence softly to not make them uncomfortable.

"Candace, Carina, and Claire come forward, you all worked in different companies or I can say every type of company, according to your resume", I said while signaling them to come forward.

These three worked in all types of companies, be it Gaming companies, Software companies, Food industries, and many more. They came in that category of people who liked to challenge themselves and be the best in what they do.

When I called they became nervous but after hearing my praise they calmed down and their heart beamed with pride. It always felt good when someone praises you, especially when your boss does that.

"I want to open different Companies and I want your suggestions", I asked them. I could do all things without depending on anyone but I was a lazy person and I don't want to live alone like in my previous life where my only interaction was doctors and nurses.

The most prominent reason was it felt good when ordering and instructing people.

When I asked them their demeanor changed immediately, they discussed amongst themselves, and then Candace came forward to answer.

"We would suggest you buy land and upgrade it with your abilities. According to our speculations, money will not be hard for you to obtain. You could build different buildings related to different fields", well Candace was correct, I thought of building a skyscraper, like Avengers tower, to look cool. The idea was good if I had to do one or two businesses, but was not good for me.

"Ok, I like your idea but how can you say that money is not a problem as you know I can't just make cash as it will lead to inflation".

"I only know how to manage your business and money, but how to make that money is not my expertise. I can only increase the efficiency and productivity and I speculated by the abilities that you have shown.", Candace said with a professional expression.

She panicked when she heard what she said, she thought that I would be angry and was about to ask for forgiveness but my reply calmed her. I said, "I am satisfied with your answer".

"Ok, I will arrange for the money. I already had the property in my mind", I said.

"Ok, now you all can rest as from tomorrow I will be training you, so be ready".

They all dispersed and I sat near Vanessa. Katana was also there. She didn't leave cause I asked her to stay.

I recall what happened today early in the morning. Katana was adamant about leaving but I emotionally blackmailed her by saying, "I saved your life, and shouldn't you be indebted to me".

She thought that I was threatening her so she put her hands on her blade and was ready to fight.

"It's not a threat, and why are you so eager to fight, don't tell me you are on periods", I asked her to which she didn't reply but I saw her removing her hands from the hilt of the blade.

"I just want you to teach my girls and ladies, including my wife. Van might be strong but she was not efficient in using that strength. It is what I want from you for saving your life".

She thought for a moment and agreed.

She was now sitting together with Van to discuss their training schedule from tomorrow.

"Van, I will be going out for a bit. You stay here and think of designs for our rooms and also ask for suggestions from the ladies for theirs". I sat beside Van and said to her.

"Ok, be back before 8 p.m.", she replied.

I kissed her and opened a portal to a dark alley.

Vanessa never asked where I was going. She always says that it was a bad omen to do so.

I arrived in the city where the sun never rises. "Could you guess where I was?".

I was in Gotham City. The gloomy and dark city with the highest crime rates, corruption, and the place where the biggest hypocrite lived named, BatMan.

I was here for my revenge and to 'make' money. I transmigrated into Wade after Ajax tortured him to activate X-genes.

I was not a direct enemy of his but he turned the body that I reincarnated into an ugly piece of shit. What would have happened if I didn't receive Cosmic Physique? I would be forced to remain ugly for my entire second life.

The second reason that I found his assistant hot, so you all know the drill.

"You all may ask where I got the information. Well when I read the memories of the captured lady, I found Ajax talking to Vampires during their purchase. He mentioned that there will an auction for meta humans in Gotham. So here I am tracking the lead that I got".

I created a mask and put it on my face. I had 3 reasons for coming here, first, to kill and torture Ajax, second, to steal his assistant, and third, to make some money for my future endeavors.

I started scanning Gotham to find where the auction was being held. It took me some time but I found it. The auction was taking place in the disguise of a party.

All the guests were rich and corrupt. I scanned their mind to find a perfect candidate to impersonate. I found a perfect candidate. He was a middle-aged man, the reason for me to choose him was that he was a pedophile. All Pedophiles must be obliterated, this was my motto.

He was sitting in his black Limousine. I teleported just before him and sealed his mouth like Wanda in Dr. Strange and also used magic to make the interior of the car soundproof.

The man was in a panic when he found his mouth was sealed. I simply put my hand on his head and read all his memories. I also made him feel an unimaginable amount of pain for the things that he had done to small children.

I then disintegrated him and changed my body into the replica of that man.

The car stopped and the driver opened the door. I got out and made my way to the party venue.
